It's one of the best hotel in AD with wonderful lobby and restaurants. I always visit them. I still not believe the attitude of the duty manager Tariq when i raised a complain about the reception desk staff regarding their unhappy faces he directly answered me that it s because the time 2 am. I told him this is s 5 starts hotel and the time should not be an issue, the second answer was go and find other 5 stars hotels. Than i told him that i will raise a complain in AD tourist and here is the surprise. He pointed in his name on the tag (tariq) and he told me go and complain where ever you want. Really sad that the reaction of the duty manager of dust thani hotel is like this.
