We had to book a room on the behalf of our CEO. After being promised a deal over the phone and despite agreeing to honour the 2 for 1 available on the entertainer app. Our CEO arrived to be charged full price for both nights stay and they denied any agreement made DESPITE an email written from them that clearly displayed the agreement made. They refused to honour the offer (which is also shown on their website) and said unless the full price for both nights was paid that he would be unable to stay.

What 5 star establishment treats their guests in this way? What hotel would rather turn away business in this current economy, than to honour a deal they made on the phone just an hour before? Shameful Behaviour.
