Horrible experience

Horrible experience
Unprofessional staff
Waited 30 min to do check in despite 3 front desk and customer where 5
Asked for quite room, they put me in 18 floor in a quite room (as per them) wake up 4 am morning form the TV noise of the next room
So they didn't consider my request despite occupational precent was not exceeding 50%
Water boiler was rusted,
Staff are rude , not taking permission to enter room
