As a business customer, they are very disappointing. Account manager does not reply to emails or to calls, your queries get forwarded to some channel partner who is only interested in selling new sims to you. Been trying to renew a contract on my existing business connection and its its get impossible to do it. Its Cheaper to retain and renew contracts than sell new ones, doesnt Du's strategy department understand this? Their service is getting very poor over time. Used to be good a few years ago but not anymore
