I heard from my friends that DMax Co is well known for its products and services, but for a small enquiry regarding Job there was no reply from the HR Dept Head Ms. Aruna even after calling her many times and sent email as well and moreover I texted completely to the MD WhatsApp number even then there was no response at all. The reason to give not good because if I would joined D Max group as an employee if I would fail to give the best service to the customers because this is what I faced in the first step itself, as we generally know that first impression is the best impression. If the particular Dept is failed to respond for a job enquiry then how about the customers will get a satisfactory service.

We have booked a flat in ds-max sky classic. Location is decent and nearby electronic City phase1. Price is reasonable as compared to other projects in the same area. Builder is renowned and his team is supportive as well. Finance and marketing team is prompt to solve any of the customer issues. Especially Mr. Manikuttan was very helpful for us. We had some issues to get loan approval, the finance team solved the issues very promptly. Thanks to their support we are able to book our dream home. Kudos for ds-max Finance and marketing team!

Recently I purchased starnest DS Max flat no.210, I felt comfortable in all aspects after occupation. And staffs of DS max are very cooperative, and It is very reasonable price for middle class people.
This builder is a big fraud. On the name of budget home they provide absolute worst quality home which can't even resist a single shot of hammer. I'll never suggest anyone to buy from this builder if the flat cost is greater than 20 lakhs.
Ranganath working as engineer in DSMax silveroak is the best till date whom i have seen. He takes care of all issues and address them .

I brought a 3bhk flat in ds max spark nest, the location is absolute perfection. It's just 20 mins ride to manyta tech park,15 mins to elements mall and the price was reasonable. Also the interior team by ds max is excellent!!
Monica and Mr. Fahad from the interior team helped us a lot with the work. Interior can be installed in a week. Monica also provided us with detailed 3d design of the interior time to time with regular updates. One thing is for sure they provide very good quality products and interior has free service and for wood 10 years warranty.
Overall it is a fantastic investment.
I had been to one of the property called Sparknest along with my friend as she owns a flat and just saw the interior work which was done by DS Max at her home. It was really amazing very unique and stylish so now have decided in future if i buy a flat will get the interiors done from DS Max.

I purchased flat in DSMAX Spring property and it s been good journey with DSMAX. Greater support from team whomever I have met till now and also they bring their all projects in a locations which is convenient for the residence who buy flats. I have purchased it as prelaunch. The speed of construction is quite good and also I did my interior with DSMAX which gave me options to have my own choice of design. I suggest to buy DSMAX property.
Good credentials for good title to the property.. needs too much of follow-up for everything else (updated: during the Corona lockdown thankfully they arranged for help to address a civil issue. While the issue itself should not have occurred, appreciate the response to complaint during tough times)
