I have had a bad experience at DS MAX SISTA, after possession the builder does not provide any response and customer is taken for granted. They collected 3years advance maintenance and it's a new building and all of us are facing seepage issues in 3rd floor, upon highlighting permanent actions not taken and there are lot of other quality concern which management does not bother to hear and get resolved. Example photos below for reference, did not expect so many quality concerns for new property that I brought with them. Still we all owners are following up with them it's been a year now to get our issues sorted. POOR QUALITY OF WORK BY THEIR ENGINEERS.
