This was the first time I ve ever done an e-visit before and it was not only very quick and easy to set up my account but was so affordable and was able to get a prescription for the antibiotics I needed as well! I would highly recommend Dr. Bonnie Berger-Durnbaugh, MD. She was so helpful and very personable. Made me feel very comfortable. Thanks again!

Great service, I don t have insurance and would usually just go to an urgent care when I needed to see a Dr. but where I live in OC most urgent cares cost minimum $100 just to be seen not including treatment if needed. I found Dr. Says from searching google and was skeptical at first but I made an account, requested an appointment, and within 10 minutes was on a zoom video call with Dr. Larson. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to everything I said. Within under an hour I was picking up my prescription from my pharmacy. It was so simple and effective. I ve talked to 2 Dr.s on 3 different occasions for different issues now over the last year. I d recommend Dr. Larson (you can choose which Dr. you d like to see or first available)because of how pleasant she is to talk to and her diagnosis and treatments have been accurate and effective, my experience with the other Dr. wasn t the best, she was condescending and rushed. Still Dr. Says is Just as good as seeing a dr in person and only $35!

Dr. Sattar was amazing! She helped to calm me down so much. I was having a meltdown with my doctor denying my refill until I came in for an appointment, but then he went on vacation! In less than 10 mins she was able to speak with me and get it all handled! DrSays and Dr. SATTAR were a lifesaver!!!

The site was user friendly. After signing up for an account I then submitted my medical information just like in a doctor s office. Then I addressed the nature of my medical issue. DrSays got back with me promptly informing me of my appointment. The doctor called in which he was very professional but concerned. I picked up my prescription from the pharmacy shortly after talking to the doctor. Great service and a reasonable fee.

Doctor Thomas was very nice and helped me to get my blood pressure medicines when I was in a bind. The support team is the best I have ever encountered. They responded quickly and even personally called my Rx when the pharmacy didn't receive them. I will recommend this to anyone. They really came through for me.

Experience was great and very convenient during this time of the pandemic of COVID. Customer support responded in a timely manner also, I would recommend DrSays services!

This was my first time using an online Dr. I was a very skeptical about using and online Dr vs a traditional Dr. But it was super easy and fast. Dr Buttar was super nice and answered all my questions.

Dr. Larson was great, she asked question went over the pictures I sent and even suggested a better ointment. My primary Doctors appointment was 2 1/2 months away and a simple antibiotic prescription was all I needed. Most definitely will be using this again.

Since the last week, I have been coughing and feeling under the weather, but kept taking over the counter meds to see if the problem would go away, but it didn t. It s now Saturday, and I feel like a dead corpse. I looked on the internet for your local urgent cares and the few that were open said they were open but be prepared for hours' long waiting. Then, just when I was ready to go and prepared myself for the long wait times and to pay $200+ for visit, I looked through Google for other options aside from Urgent Care or ER, and I stumbled upon a Drsays Google ad stating same day consultation, with an actual board certified doctor and not a nurse practitioner, in less than 1 hour within the comfort of my home. I was very skeptical, but I gave it a shot, thinking about the lengthy task ahead of filling out paperwork, etc. I knew my chance of being seen by a real doctor, as they claim, would be slim, so I did created an account, and with a simple, step by step 5 minutes process, I was given multiple provider options in the same day, even being a Saturday. I couldn t believe it! So, I went ahead and scheduled a consultation with Dr. Shamima Sattar for 3:00 PM (it was an hour later) and the total cost was $25; period.

Not only did Dr. Sattar call me 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, she immediately greeted me, and with the calm voice she had, I immediately felt at ease. She ask me about my symptoms, all while getting to know my medical history. She was extremely personable, as if I knew her for years as someone that I can truly trust. It s rare for me to feel like that for anyone I've never met and only over the phone once. At the end of conversation, she notified me that my local Walgreens should have my antibiotics and other meds ready for pickup and I should be able to get it as soon as our conversation ends. I couldn t believe it. I was so thankful and grateful to her. She was such a blessing and had outstanding bedside manners. Dr. Sattar didn t rush through the call and took her time getting to know me, not only medically, but personally. Dr. Sattar was an angel sent from heaven at the time when I felt physically worse and had no time and energy to be gone to only be seen by a regular NP and have paid over $200 vs. being seen by an actual doctor for $25 and ability to be seen by Dr. Sattar on the same day Saturday. Drsays is like a miracle service for under-insured people like us and the providers are available 24/7 to sincerely care for their patients.

To conclude, I most definitely recommend this services to anyone that s skeptical over their ad like I was. I'm so glad that I took the chance and I couldn t be any happier with the service Dr. Sattar provided me at the comfort of my home via Drsays. So, thanks a lot for being there for the sick and vulnerable like us.

I was skeptical, Insurance or not, you will pay $35, see or speak with a Dr quickly, you are able to get medication. Finally a service in america that actually helps sick people!

I am so glad I tried this. Dr. Shamima Sattar, MD was so kind, attentive and helpful. I had a cold that turned to an infection and in no time she sent prescriptions for antibiotics that were ready within the hour. I truly appreciate this affordable service! DrSays is the best. I went the through Telehealth with my insurance company and it was horrible. They also charged me $50. With DrSays, I ve always gotten an appointment within a few hours. They have also always answered my questions. One time I had an issue that the prescription did not get to the pharmacy (I still blame the pharmacy) and DrSays customer service fixed it in minutes. Tonight, after speaking to the Dr I asked for an update to the prescription...they entire update was done through 3 texts in 5 min. Big win. Highly recommend.

I am so glad this place exists. I was turned away at the emergency room for a terrible tooth ache. My dentist is not currently open because of covid, so going to the emergency room was my only option. When I was turned away I was devastated. I had a great experience all around. Very simple and had a great doctor that was patient and thorough. Dr. Larson was very by good.

I was skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised ultimately at this service. I filled out a brief form regarding my symptoms and medical history. I attached applicable photos quickly from my phone. The earliest available appointment was 25 minutes from my time of inquiry. The total phone conversation was roughly 2 minutes and 30 seconds. I had my prescription sent to my local pharmacy. I don't have insurance and I'm currently unemployed. The $35 fee is honestly cheaper than what my former employer's health coverage would've charged me for a doctor visit like this. This is an excellent solution for mild to moderate medical care, especially if you currently are uninsured. I will be using this again.

I had a call with Dr. Nguyen for my ears infection. He was cheerful, professional yet flexible, caring, so easy to talk to. I have much better feeling about him than our "family doctor" we have been with for years! He sent the prescription right after the call. The service of DrSays is the best: I had the prescription send to HEB then I changed to a CVS and they did that for me promptly. Their communication was quick, to both my phone and email. Although I prepared to pay $39 for the service, they adjusted it to $29 (for a simple visit). It shows that they are honest in their accounting and do not take advantage of their patients. If you do not have complication, DrSays is the way to save your time, money and still have great service. I really wish to send my personal "thank you" to Dr. Nguyen.

The first time I used the service it was amazing I had Dr. Nguyen. This second time I had Dr.Buszick and she was trash. She had in her mind she was gonna tell me to go to the ER. She didn t even want to hear what I had to say I just hung up the phone. What a waste.

This app saved me today. I got really sick Monday and much worse yesterday. My dr is closed with the holiday and even with copay is $60 for visit. At 3am this morning I couldn t take it anymore. Urgent care was going to be $289 which I cannot afford but the app popped up. I signed up and thought well it s only $35 if it s a scam but I m desperate . I paid the $35 and the on-call dr called me in less than 10 minutes. We talked and he sent in a prescription to my pharmacy and provided me a doctors note. I was still skeptical so I googled the dr and he is a local physician. Last test was if the prescription really went to my pharmacy. I called HEB first thing when they opened and it was there. So dr visit and prescription was a total of $39!!

This is awesome! I never knew seeing a doctor could be so easy. I have 3 kids and this made it so painless and easy. I got an appointment pretty quickly and spent less than 10 minutes on the phone with the doctor. Dr. Charles Way explained everything in detail but to where I could understand, asked if I had any questions and was very friendly. He even told me I could call back in a few days if I wasn t better. I definitely recommend this to everybody!

Horrible experience. Their website grossly exaggerates what they are able to do. Doctor is RUDE. Its basically a minute clinic that can prescribe antibiotics and allergy meds. Don t waste your time or fall for the membership scam.

I felt like I was talking to my own personal physician.....

From the time I STARTED filling out the form online to the time the Doc called me was only 13 minutes. I was prescribed the proper medication that was sent directly to the pharmacy of my choosing (they have a search tool too).

$35 for the visit, and GoodRX for the script and I was on my way to well for $50; without the use of insurance. If you can properly communicate your ailments, this is the solution for you!

My child had an ear ache and they charged me $35 to tell me they couldn't do anything.

Extremely professional, prompt, courteous and polite. Dr. Maze contacted me within 30 minutes of scheduling an appointment and couldn't have been more helpful with my forced situation having had to miss a few days work. Antibiotics filled within 2 hours and I am already recommending this service to family and extended family.

Dr Says is fantastic! I lost my health insurance with my job due to covid-19 so I pay the membership fee which is only $2.50 a month and it has already saved me money. The appointments are scheduled fast and my prescription shows up and just a couple of hours or less. Highly recommend them!

My wife found this site for me due to needing attention for a lingering sinus infection and no insurance. Needless to say I was floored at how easy the process was. Pay the fee, and I was able to set an appointment to talk to a doctor within minutes. (choose phone or video conference)

Explained my issues to Dr Larsen who gave me the diagnosis and sent a prescription to a pharmacy of my choice immediately and told me to contact them if any issues arise.

Needless to say I misinterpreted the pharmacy tech's instructions and took the medication inappropriately. Contacted DrSays support and they were able to get Dr Larsen to give me another prescription in no time.

I promise this is a godsend for anyone who need immediate attention or can't find the time to wait in extra long times. Its as convenient as picking up eggs from the corner market, very friendly, safe, and they won't give you a diagnosis for something that requires you to be in the building within reason as listed on the site.

I got exactly what they said but only what the doctor felt like doing. I had 3 very specific things I needed to discuss but the doc. Only wanted to talk about 2. When I tried to tell him a little about me and my normal activities and schedule he didn't want to bother. Said we needed to "get back on track", I'm having problems with my leg. So along with bacic rude he was eating during my appointment. I'm sorry but hearing someone chewing in your ear is not professional. I'm sure some people will do great with this service. I'll try a different one I think telemedicine is great. Just that doctor was NOT!

I had a really bad eczema flair up on my back and Dr.Says took the best care of me! They had my prescriptions ready fast and helped me find the cheapest prices! I highly recommend them!

My husband had been experiencing some tooth pain for a few weeks so we made a telephone appt. The Dr waa awesome gave us some tips and sent over a prescription!

i absolutely LOVE everything about this service. They are always instantly available anytime I need them and have what I need completed in MINUTES. Just today I was having an issue with a pharmacy not filling a prescription and not wanting to transfer it so I could go on vacation. The Dr. Says team only needed ONE message from me to fix everything, vacation back on schedule and I'll be picking up my meds in a few minutes. Also very impressed with the knowledge of the docs. Labs were needed because he wanted to double check my kidneys and with a quick and easy email/phone call, BOOM labs were done. Y'all if you need a convenient option to insurance and a physical doctor's office, I HIGHLY recommend these folks. Their customer service is next to none and talk about affordable!! This is such a convenient way to see a doctor! And you cant go wrong with $35 - No long waits at a doctors office and they call your prescription in quickly. The website is extremely EASY and user friendly. Every doctor I've spoken to has been efficient, courteous and and answered any questions I had. All you do is answer a few questions online and provide some basic info then a doctor calls you within minutes. I recommend this website 100%, YES it is legitimate! I was nervous about this because I've never consulted with an online doctor before. I am so glad I signed up! The person I spoke with was so kind and considerate, I wanted to hug her through the phone. I have a tooth infection that came into full bloom on a Saturday morning of course! Within an hour of talking to the doctor, I was on my way out of the pharmacy with some antibiotics. This would have been so expensive had I gone to a walk in clinic. I am a single mom of 2. Always had insurance. Recently lost my job and insurance. I take meds that I have to have a RX for! I googled and came across DrSays. I was skeptical. But they are truly legit. The call was maybe 5 min. Dr. Sattar was so nice and helpful. I am so thankful for this service. What was going to cost me 200 for just a visit to my dr with no insurance ended up being 35 and then I looked up the cheapest pharmacy on good RX and got my meds for 18.00.

Would not recommend. Was only on the phone with the doctor for about 2 minutes and his diagnosis was "sinus infection". I eventually had to go into the urgent care to get a proper diagnosis which was a strep throat. They say they try their best to give us proper diagnosis but they do not. Save your money and take it somewhere who actually helps! If I could put zero stars I would!

While on vacation in Chicago, I suddenly started experiencing flu symptoms. DrSays came up on a google search for available doctors on a Saturday. Within 2 hours of my appointment, I had a diagnosis and medication. The next day I developed another issue and DrSays was quick to answer questions and take care of the problem. In a bleak situation, they were the bright spot. I hope this service becomes an option in Georgia!

I was in a lot of pain with a Urinary Tract Infection. I don t have health insurance and a visit that would cost $250 and having to wait a day or two for an appointment was not appealing. For $35 a knowledgeable Doctor called me and we spoke about my symptoms and prescribed me meds. Two hours later the prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. Within hours, I am pain free and my energy is back. I am so grateful for DrSays!

Son is 6 needed antibiotics for his tonsils. Dr called in less than two mins he sent the medicine the the pharmacy next door after he diagnosed the issue. No more waiting in clinics

This company misrepresented its services. If they had clearly posted what was within their scope of care on the website their doctors wouldn t be left explaining the companies lack of patient care abilities. They tried to refer me to another doctor for unnecessary procedures that they would probably get a kickback from. I don t trust these doctors. They are more telemarketers than doctors. One of them offered to write me a doctors note and then never did. Customer service didn t offer a refund and tried to convince me that getting ripped off was ok because their company and some Dr. Busick (could be Dr. Dre s cousin for all I know)are amazing. I m now still unhealthy, out money that I desperately need, and still looking for a real doctor. I recommend anyone who sees this not use this company, save there money, and go see a doctor that will actually take care of you.

I was super happy with this service. There are times when you know exactly is wrong with you and just need the medication to assist with the ailment. I was able to sign up, schedule an appointment, submit a narrative with a picture, speak with a provider, and have my prescription sent in the same amount of time it would have taken me to drive to an urgent care center and register. I think all in all 30 minutes? It was also cost much less out of pocket, which is always nice. The provider listened to me and we discussed the picture, my symptoms, and my history. This is the perfect type of service when you have a good indication of what is wrong, and just need to review with a provider to get the proper care you need. I will definitely be using this service again.

Love this format of treatment. Patiently , great listener , really satisfaction. Sister in law came with a tourist visa and she was short with her thyroids medicine , she got a proof of oversees prescription and doctor was able to help. In my case, simple UIT was solved.

Friendly doctors that are great to use post COVID. If I need a simple prescription or doctor s note for work they take care of it quickly, got the $3 monthly membership because I will use at least 3-4 times a year, so it s worth it for me.

So quick and easy to use and the Doctor I had was extremely understanding and caring. I will definitely use this service again.

I just got off the phone with DrSays and what a fantastic experience . I don t think I would go back to a doctor office again . Dr. Leslie was very professional , kind , informative and she cares . I was educated and it was helpful . I gotta say that was the best 35 bucks I ve ever spent !! Now to get my RX and take all my medicine and drink good clear fluids !!
