This was the first time I'd l I've tried any sort of non-traditional, virtual doctor. The sign up process, requesting an appointment and speaking with the doctor all took less than 20 mins. For $35 and a prescription sent over to my pharmacy within 20 mins of our call, I can't complain! I don't think you'd want to replace face to face visits with a service like this for more complex matters, however for minor illnesses and being able to stay in the comfort of your home it was a great experience and affordable without insurance.

After using DrSays I will never go to my regular DR for a minor illness again. Dr. Perez and I chatted via Zoom. I could hear and see her clearly. I thought I had pink eye but it was actually an eye abrasion. She diagnosed me and prescribed an antibiotic as it seemed to be getting infected. She also gave me other care tips as well. If you use this service and get Dr. Perez you will not be let down.

I have to say, they have streamlined the antiquated doctor visit process. This is more intimate, and done in the comfort of your own home. A lot of times when visiting a doctor, you feel I comfortable talking to a stranger face to face about your issues. I d rather it be more like a catholic priest visit, tell my issues behind a phone or wall.

Anyways, I have used this countless times on the go and when I didn t feel like eating tones of money at an urgent care facility. By age 31, I know my body and what it need, and they are able to discover that through what I tell them.

Obviously, they aren t going to prescribe you opioids, but they will help you with the surface level stuff, while it doesn t interrupt your daily pattern.

I recommend this over any other site out there, and DR. Maze is amazing. I had an issue with my prescription and they responded within 3 min to my inquiry. That s unheard of.

I barely write these, but thankful for Dr. Maze and her staff for their continued magnanimity!

This service is beyond amazing. At first I was skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. IT'S NOT! I came down with an ear infection and it has been the absolute worst pain in my life. Worse than almost breaking my knee. I logged in and made and appointment. I cancelled it at first thinking I was being dramatic. I wasn't penalized for cancelling. When I made my next appointment (after wanting to cut my ear off) I was put in contact with Dr. Maze. Even though it was just a phone call, I could tell this person genuinely cared about my wellness. I had my first Rx called into my local pharmacy. When the pain increased, I reached out and they quickly sent in a stronger Rx. I'm finally feeling relief. This has been a true life saver. I'm between jobs and can't afford too much. The consultation was a flat $35 even though I needed a stronger Rx and had to reach back out. They also take insurance and can provide work notes. I will 100% be using this service again, even when my insurance is reinstated. THANK YOU DRSAYS! I'm beyond grateful and my ear is finally getting better.

I just signed up for this service for myself and my mother and it has been the easiest and most affordable way to access medication refills and speak with a physician. Labs are also inexpensive, I am shocked at how easy it was to use. We were paying double the visit fee to see a tele-doctor that was not always willing to re-fill previously prescribed medications. We signed up this morning at 830am, spoke with a doctor by 930 am, and had her scripts filled before 10am. Literally wish I would have started using this service last year when I first hear about it. Thought it was too good to be true but thus far it has just been GOOD, actually, GREAT. Recommend 100%. Will update in the future in case anything changes but I am elated.

This was my first time using an online doctor and I can't believe how easy it was. I was able to speak with a doctor within 15 minutes of completing my account and it only took a matter of minutes for them to have my prescription sent in. I used this service for the first time today. I received a call from the physician 15 minutes later. She was very nice and professional and asked me questions concerning my prescription refill. Within 20 minutes the prescription was at my pharmacy to pick up. This is the best kept secret for online health consultations. I can not recommend this service enough. It was cheaper than it would be for me to see a doctor with our insurance, and the service was absolutely amazing. I saw a doctor in minutes on a Saturday. She was kind, explained everything thoroughly and even helped me with an unrelated issue. I had a question about the lab she sent, and the support team answered my question in about 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing, I will definitely use them again!

Fast and really easy to use. Going to the doctors can be a bit of a pain some times. Insurance can change, you don't know if the people there are sick to begin with. bla bla bla.

I took a chance and tried out this tool and it was so easy. The cost is only 35.00 per visit for me, and that is without using insurance. (Thats a co-pay for some).

What a fabulous service! I don't have medical insurance and thought that I wouldn't be able to afford seeing a doctor for a recent yeast infection. I just can t believe I found Dr. Says! I had an UTI and my doctor could not see me in weeks, I would have to go to an Urgent Care, wait who knows how long, and pay a $60 co-pay. Dr. Says was $35 and I didn t have to leave my house. I also needed blood tests for a surgery I m having outside the country, and for some of them I needed doctor s order. I was surprised to find out that I could order those with Dr. Says too. They kept texting me, letting me know what was going on, and even told me that I had ordered a test that was already included on another one I had purchased. It s so hard to find good customer service nowadays that I had to write this review so more people know about this service.

This is an amazing service! It's almost hard to believe at first but it's real and totally worth it! $35 is alot better than $150 to go to a walk in, especially when you know what's wrong with you. I'm so thankful to have found this service. Thank you so much!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr.Says. They are very professional, friendly, and spend adequate time with you for consults. This exceeds lengthy waits, high prices, it's a great option for people who either cannot afford the average medical appointment or are short on time to go to the doctor. This is the future of medical care due to unfair insurance practices and strongholds being placed on doctors. I commend them for offering service like this and while I know it helps patients, I hope this is beneficial for doctors.

I was on the phone with a doctor within 5 minutes of signing up on their website for an appointment. I was called by Dr. Nguyen and was given the most respectful and kind care. He listened to my complaint of a sore throat and was able to view the picture of my tonsils that I uploaded to their website. Within minutes I had a prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy. Best 35.00 Bucks I've ever spent. I was having problems sleeping at night
and I would literally cry when it was time to go to bed because I knew I
would not be able to sleep. I made an appointment to see my primary care
doctor but they cancelled my appointment 1 hour prior and rebooked the
earliest appointment 45 days later. REALLY!! And of course they could not
call anything in for me. I desperately went online and found DrSays and

THE EASIEST, FASTEST DR VISIT EVER!!! This should revolutionize how you go to the DR. My visit was less than 5 minutes, gave me the exact RXs I needed, and I didn't leave my couch. Just do what the Dr.Says ! This IS the Premium "blue cross/blue shield" of internet medicine. Not only does it have the cheapest annual premium designed as a monthly payment, and the 25 dollar visit, which is comparable to a "co-pay" this doc is quick and highly efficient ! I was honestly a bit leery of this website due to all the internet scams out there. I had been home sick for quite a while, and I had a call into my doctor's office and hadn't heard back from them in over 24 hours. I scheduled an appointment and was very surprised that I could get an appointment that very night. Dr. Chu was awesome! She talked to me about my symptoms and listened to me. She also answered all of my questions! I definitely recommend doctorsays.com!

This has been the most convenient and helpful, online doctor app that I have ever encountered. When you have a chronic illness and especially during a Covid crisis when it s hard to see a doctor, or your specialist, these doctors have literally saved me and I never had to leave my House. As far as Telemedicine goes, it went well. The prescription that I was given was expected. I do fear, as does he, that I could have a break, in which case I should (but likely won t) go to get an X-ray. I refuse to take my five year old to an office. I actually think that something a bit stronger would help but I understand the rules! Thanks for the convenience!

VERY convenient during this pandemic and being between jobs not having insurance. Dr was VERY friendly and helpful. She couldn't reach me on my phone so she called my husbands phone, Most would have just given up. So thankful I was able to get more meds without any hassle. Will def be using again!

I had Dr. Sattar. Not only was she probably the sweetest doctor I've ever spoken too, she was smart, observant and efficient. I will use this service for the rest of my life. It beats dragging your sick, cold, achy body out for them to tell you exactly the same thing after waiting 2 hours in the waiting room. No thank you. I love this!

My wife found this site for me due to needing attention for a lingering sinus infection and no insurance. Needless to say I was floored at how easy the process was. Pay the fee, and I was able to set an appointment to talk to a doctor within minutes. (choose phone or video conference)

Explained my issues to Dr Larsen who gave me the diagnosis and sent a prescription to a pharmacy of my choice immediately and told me to contact them if any issues arise.

Needless to say I misinterpreted the pharmacy tech's instructions and took the medication inappropriately. Contacted DrSays support and they were able to get Dr Larsen to give me another prescription in no time.

I promise this is a godsend for anyone who need immediate attention or can't find the time to wait in extra long times. Its as convenient as picking up eggs from the corner market, very friendly, safe, and they won't give you a diagnosis for something that requires you to be in the building within reason as listed on the site.

Ive used DrSays twice in the last year. Once for antibiotics for a toothache a few months ago and again today for a cat scratch that got infected. Don't go to the ER or Minute Clinic or Urgent Care unless you really need a face to face. These guys rock! Thank you Dr. says!

I am telling all my family and friends about them! I was able to schedule an evening appointment after 7pm due to my work schedule. I sent a short description and 2 photos of my skin infection and the dr was able to call in antibiotics for me quickly. The call literally didnt even take 10 minutes. I'm definitely going to be using this service more often. I will be looking into using their lab services as well! No more long waits for a dr. I certainly hope they keep the price range of the visits at this price!

My insurance through my work is not great and all I needed was antibiotics. I Googled whether I could get them OTC (knowing I couldn't) but this website comes up and says they can get you a prescription over the phone, dirt cheap. So I decided to give it a day in court and they came through! Dr. Leslie got me sorted out in 10 minutes.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Perez-Montes today and he was very nice, professional, and efficient. I needed a simple medication refill and he got that taken care of right away. I was able to get an appointment within 12 hours of requesting one and the whole process probably took 20 min or less (including my appointment). I appreciate that this service makes healthcare accessible, convenient, and affordable.

Quick, easy experience! The cost was low compared to other app platforms. They put in my refill & I immediately received a confirmation email. This saved me a 3 hour Dr. visit.

It was quick, easy, affordable & helpful... Last minute Dr appointments over the phone or video depending on how you would like to be seen. I have been using DrSays for a couple of years. I have nothing but good to say about them. They are friendly, thorough, and eager to help out. My primary doctor is sweet but never returns my calls. She will only talk to me if I make an appointment. When I get there for my appointment I never seen until at least an hour past my appointment. The doctors here call right at my appointment time. They have never been late. They will spend as much time with me as I need and the appointments are only pocket change in comparison to my primary doctor's office appointments. I love using them when I'm not actually sick so I don't have to go into a doctor's office and get exposed other sick people. For things like medication refills they really are an excellent resource.

Hello i was due to go on vacation to florida and came down with upper rep infection which ended up in my chest aswell . I called Dr.Says and the people there were top notch from the operators to Dr.Maze she called in two different times to florida and i live in Texas thats really impressive to me. So i want to say thank you to the entire team they ROCK . And yes i am well now and ended up having a better second half of our vacation . Use them you wont be disappointed.

I have used this online medical service for my teens, my husband, and myself. The doctors listen carefully, and they have been very helpful, each time. The service is excellent with communications and answering questions in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Says if you cannot get a doctor's appointment in a timely manner, if you do not want to go to the emergency room for a simple health issue, or if you are afraid to go to the doctor because of Covid. The price is right, and insurance is not necessary.

Dr. Says is an awesome service fo patients who need to see a doctor at an affordable price. Especially for patients who may not have medical insurance. I was delighted to realize I did not have to spend time driving to a doctors appointment and having to wait in a waiting room for an unknown amount of time before being seen by a doctor. Extremely convenient the doctors really care. I have been treated for a UTI in the past. And today a sinus infection. They really listen to what you have to say and they always call in the prescription that works the best. When I had my UTI I contacted Hey doctor and they gave me a prescription that did not work. That is when I started using Dr Says. Saves time and money and you actually get well from whatever your illness may be. Highly recommend. Dr Says is the only online doctor I would use. From the time I STARTED filling out the form online to the time the Doc called me was only 13 minutes. I was prescribed the proper medication that was sent directly to the pharmacy of my choosing (they have a search tool too).

Dr. Jennifer Larson was on-time, professional, educational and so helpful overall. I was skeptical at first of an online, over the phone Dr. but willing to take the risk so I did not have to leave the house, unless it was picking up my medication. The Dr. took the time to answer my questions and still make me feel all primary care providerish with her individual attention. My medication was ready on time and the whole process was seamless. Encourage people to use this regularly.
