I had a call with Dr. Nguyen for my ears infection. He was cheerful, professional yet flexible, caring, so easy to talk to. I have much better feeling about him than our "family doctor" we have been with for years! He sent the prescription right after the call. The service of DrSays is the best: I had the prescription send to HEB then I changed to a CVS and they did that for me promptly. Their communication was quick, to both my phone and email. Although I prepared to pay $39 for the service, they adjusted it to $29 (for a simple visit). It shows that they are honest in their accounting and do not take advantage of their patients. If you do not have complication, DrSays is the way to save your time, money and still have great service. I really wish to send my personal "thank you" to Dr. Nguyen.
