I was super happy with this service. There are times when you know exactly is wrong with you and just need the medication to assist with the ailment. I was able to sign up, schedule an appointment, submit a narrative with a picture, speak with a provider, and have my prescription sent in the same amount of time it would have taken me to drive to an urgent care center and register. I think all in all 30 minutes? It was also cost much less out of pocket, which is always nice. The provider listened to me and we discussed the picture, my symptoms, and my history. This is the perfect type of service when you have a good indication of what is wrong, and just need to review with a provider to get the proper care you need. I will definitely be using this service again.
