i absolutely LOVE everything about this service. They are always instantly available anytime I need them and have what I need completed in MINUTES. Just today I was having an issue with a pharmacy not filling a prescription and not wanting to transfer it so I could go on vacation. The Dr. Says team only needed ONE message from me to fix everything, vacation back on schedule and I'll be picking up my meds in a few minutes. Also very impressed with the knowledge of the docs. Labs were needed because he wanted to double check my kidneys and with a quick and easy email/phone call, BOOM labs were done. Y'all if you need a convenient option to insurance and a physical doctor's office, I HIGHLY recommend these folks. Their customer service is next to none and talk about affordable!! Less than $25 for a tele-doc "visit" and less than $10 for lab work, yep .... I'm a patient for life with these people and you should be too.
