I got exactly what they said but only what the doctor felt like doing. I had 3 very specific things I needed to discuss but the doc. Only wanted to talk about 2. When I tried to tell him a little about me and my normal activities and schedule he didn't want to bother. Said we needed to "get back on track", I'm having problems with my leg. So along with bacic rude he was eating during my appointment. I'm sorry but hearing someone chewing in your ear is not professional. I'm sure some people will do great with this service. I'll try a different one I think telemedicine is great. Just that doctor was NOT!
