Since the last week, I have been coughing and feeling under the weather, but kept taking over the counter meds to see if the problem would go away, but it didn t. It s now Saturday, and I feel like a dead corpse. I looked on the internet for your local urgent cares and the few that were open said they were open but be prepared for hours' long waiting. Not only did Dr. Sattar call me 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, she immediately greeted me, and with the calm voice she had, I immediately felt at ease. She ask me about my symptoms, all while getting to know my medical history. She was extremely personable, as if I knew her for years as someone that I can truly trust. It s rare for me to feel like that for anyone I've never met and only over the phone once. At the end of conversation, she notified me that my local Walgreens should have my antibiotics and other meds ready for pickup and I should be able to get it as soon as our conversation ends. I couldn t believe it. I was so thankful and grateful to her. She was such a blessing and had outstanding bedside manners. Dr. Sattar didn t rush through the call and took her time getting to know me, not only medically, but personally. Dr. Sattar was an angel sent from heaven at the time when I felt physically worse and had no time and energy to be gone to only be seen by a regular NP and have paid over $200 vs. being seen by an actual doctor for $25 and ability to be seen by Dr. Sattar on the same day Saturday. Drsays is like a miracle service for under-insured people like us and the providers are available 24/7 to sincerely care for their patients.

To conclude, I most definitely recommend this services to anyone that s skeptical over their ad like I was. I'm so glad that I took the chance and I couldn t be any happier with the service Dr. Sattar provided me at the comfort of my home via Drsays.
