Again and again it is annoying that shipments are not or not correctly delivered. For the last shipment, I had to drive 10 km as a guest because the parking permit, for whatever reason, stuck on a completely wrong address.
Today another shipment said the delivery has been made although half an hour later I received a message from Amazon that the delivery was delayed.
If you already have problems with delivering properly, then you should at least offer a decent way to get in touch with DPD, but other than a contact form that takes forever to reply, I haven't found any way to date ....
