The deliverer rang the doorbell and asked for the floor. I opened the door for him and waited. However, he never reached the third floor. Now I wonder if he just threw my program away or gave it to the neighbor. That is just poor performance. The status says that I should have gotten that already. But that is a lie and a deception.
