1 star is still too much. Driver leaves parcels in a hotel that is not even on my street at a side entrance. If the friendly receptionist hadn't called me, the package would have disappeared.
The whole thing has happened 5 times now, I now know where to look. :-)
I turned to dpd 3 times, nothing happened. They do the same with my neighbor, thanks to my advice, he found his package in said hotel.
Unfortunately, you can't always choose the delivery service at Amazon, DPD would definitely be out with me.
