The doorbell rang, without further information, the package was simply placed in the stairwell below.
One waits upstairs and is surprised that no one is coming.
In the status the message: delivered AO
I assume that AO should mean storage location.
I have never agreed on a storage location with DPD. Especially not down in the stairwell. I live in an apartment building on the upper floors.
The front door downstairs isn't always closed. Anyone can take my package below with them.
I don't think there was a positive experience with deliveries with DPD until now.
I try to avoid deliveries with DPD as much as possible.
