I now repeatedly had the problem that my parcels are simply parked down in the house entrance and I can then carry them up to the 2nd floor. Since I am currently 9 months pregnant, this is of course difficult. I think that's actually part of the service and really not nice. Now the package will be there until my husband comes home tonight. I just hope no one taps the package. I've never seen this before at DHL and Hermes.
