If you re from the south & you re expecting a nice double tree here in LA just forget it it s a whole facade it s beautiful and modern down stairs but once you go into your room it s dingy & out of date... the wallpaper is falling off the walls poor tile work in the restrooms old bath tub.... squeaky bed feels like I m staying in a la Quinta... a HILTON DOUBLE TREE in the south would neverrrrrrrrrrr. I m simply writing this review for future guest if you usually stay in nice hotels this isn t it.

It was a very important reason for me to get a room at the last minute. The front desk clerk was very responsive & understanding to my situation & made my check-in as prompt as possible.
Good hotel for a 3 star rating and loved the welcome cookies. They could have added a welcome drink with some nice juice and it would have been splendid. Good location and overall nice hotel.
The mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable, falling to the side, the bathroom was not very clean, with a shower curtain instead of a screen, price ratio quite bad, to highlight something good the garden is very beautiful, and the I treat the employees quite right.
Our room was pretty bad, considering that it cost over $370. When I book a room online, I expect that it will be approximately the same as the photos featured on the hotel website. Not the case here. It was shaped like a small pie shape and it was tiny. The TV was at the small end of the pie shape and it was just awkward. The view was also not good. To be fair, the hotel was pretty booked up for an Anime convention but I still expect something close to the website photos. This was a special occasion for my girlfriend so it was disappointing.
I tried to change the room but apparently the only other room was a worse room with a bad view. When I originally booked this, the website made it appear that I could do an upgrade for a little more so I signed up for it. However, that didn't happen because of availability - frustrating again. The woman at the front desk gave us a free pass to the breakfast bar so I did appreciate that. But at $370+ spent for one night, I don't feel like I will go back to this hotel. Next time I will probably book at the Miyako or AirBnB.
Lovely view warm and clean. Lower shower water pressure and wall mounted tv was harder to plug is steaming device. But otherwise great breakfast choices, would go back
Very NICE place. Get ready for the Parking Fee! $35 for Self. $40 for Valet. Oouch!! $250 for a night stay. You would think that parking wouldn't be so much.
The staff is very accommodating and hospitable. However my main complaint is that the hotel is very old and outdated. My keycard (the physical key card and the eKeycard in the app) consistently failed to work throughout the duration of my stay. Just about each time I went up to my room I had to go back downstairs to the front desk to have them re-key my room. After the first few times, this became pretty annoying.
I have just checked in at 2.30 am , the girl at front desk charged me 100$ for security. Deposit my room and taxes all were paid for , I go up to my room no body was there to help me with lugguge , in 30 min 275$ are charged on my card without my approval , I go down and ask the girl what happened she say my system picked up , 26 years I have been with hotel I am the commercials head of one of top chains in Asia pasfic , 40 revenue manager and GMs report into me I have never heard of this , on top of this the girl tell me she has no manager on the shift I the night she is the only staff avaliable , I am shocked at the Hilton service , personally this hotel is a no no for any guest pay 50$ extra and stay with any other property but not this one , they have no courtesy and no hospitality most un courteous staff and rather no service very disappointed , they have completely blocked my credit card and has given no Gaurantee to solve this on top the staff has attitude problem , I recommend the staff you be taught and given proper hospitality training , we are in the business of being hospitable mistakes happen we need to rectify it . The staff had only one answer I wl check with my manager Tom morning when he come . Its my worst experience in America . Specially this Hotel I have been travelling to US since 2010 and this is my worse experience . Good luck guys . Pls don't give these guys credit card they charge on there own without approvals . Pls take in writing from them the amount they wl charge ,then
Room was clean and spacious, service was great, valet staff was helpful, awesome free cookies at front desk, and free small water bottle. Located near little tokyo which it's convenient for eating around there.
Went to the urban tavern, the staff ignore us for a while. They were attending the richer looking people first. We ordered one beer each and wanted to order more, the waitress never checked up on us. She only return to the table to give us the bill and yet got upset because we decided to not tip.
Great place to stay downtown. The valet service is very worth it and only came to $25 (it s listed as $45). They have a great outdoor garden on the G level. It s a peaceful place. Amazing views from the top floors. Would recommend.
Herz there is horrible, they are zero organised, always busy and service there doesn't help you. I was told to wait because there were no cars available for me even though I had a reservation.
Stayed here many nights and its a great hotel. The staff is friendly never had a bad experience with anything involving customer service. The only isse I've ever had there is that the AC is pretty weak for some reason and the electrical outlets charge very slow even when using a fast charger. Other than that a great place to stay!
We stayed at your hotel last year and were very satisfied with the service that you provided. We love the food that you served on that day. It was also very delicious and it really tasted good. The room was also very cleaned and pleasant. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful experience. We will really recommend your hotel to everyone!
This is the second time I stay at The Venetian and it is really a great experience. Everything is always right. The people that works at the hotel always says "hi" to you so it feels good to start a new day with a smile on your face. Rooms, Casino, Restaurant always clean and amazing.
Clean, spacious location in the heart of little Tokyo and downtown L.A. Great venue, however a bit pricey on many things. The bar wouldn't give me a glass of water, had to pay for water. Which is stupid.
The hotel is very nice. The restaurant, and entry make for a great experience. I love the warm cookie you get when you check in. The rooms are about average though.
Great location! Go the the garden level and check out the Japanese gardens. The only thing is that you need to go downstairs to get your receipt for checkout (despite what the in room information book says, they do not slip your receipt under the door prior to check out)
I have a bad experience here every time a friend from out of town stays at this hotel. Last time the valet totally misquoted their rate, and then took them almost as long to retrieve the car as how long I was parked there.
