I was at the hotel for a wedding. It was beautiful!

The guest bathrooms are not very clean. The beds and linens are very comfortable.

Very pleasant experience here. All of the employees are friendly. I'll definitely be going back, especially since it's in the heart of Downtown LA.

Nice stay but very noisy. The traffic outside is loud and hotel has very thin windows

Great customer service, but disappointing reception. I could not get WiFi or my mobile data to work properly. Also, the garden was closed due to construction.

Rooms were decent but need renovation as appearance was worn. Front desk and valet have great customer service. The buffet is great food but table service is too aggressive in needing my breakfast pass.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but showing its age. The bedding was comfortable and the main room amenities were good. However, the bathroom was showing its age. Peeling wallpaper, old tubs and shower fixtures, and a bathroom exhaust fan in desperate need of a good cleaning were unpleasant surprises considering the cost. It's a good place to spend the night for a few days, but it could definitely use some touching up. The free warm cookie at check in was tasty, so there's that too.

Checked in late and used the self park option, fortunately there was 2 space left when I parked. The front desk was helpful and polite. The room on 11th floor was clean and nice view to the city(garden). Enjoyed the package included WiFi and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

We were visiting Little Tokyo and Chinatown near by. We had no idea where to stay and just randomly called Doubletree for prices. With our AARP discount, it was affordable even at the last minute. 4 people and 2 full beds. It was clean and comfy. I noticed the advertisement about a Japanese garden on site. So I took a little time exploring it. It was pretty and enjoyable, even in January.

We love our stay! The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a TV with a great choice of channels, lovely bathroom, lovely bed linen, robes, and towels. It is worth paying extra for a lake view because the view is stunning. Every staff member is so well-trained, they are friendly and helpful and put the guests' needs first. This place is highly recommended!

Definitely a good hotel. Very comfy beds, good tvs. Shower took a lil while to get hot and temp controls were a little wonky but good shower pressure. Overall a tiny bit old looking but if ya cant really tell unless you're looking for it

Was only there for a single evening, but everyone was super helpful and attentive. Room was immaculate and comfortable. We had a great view of downtown too.

I liked the bar section. This place was elegant and lovely. Staff were professional and greeted the guest very well. Very facility was provided. Great location. services was amazing.

Came here for the Final Fantasy 14 Escape Room event. Had a blast! There was plenty of cold water too to stay hydrated in line before hand. The hotel seemed very nice.

Great experience here. I loved this hotel. Our view was amazing and the rooms were so comfortable. I loved how the windows open to let in fresh air, a lot of hotels don't have this option anymore. First time trying a DoubleTree cookie and I fell in love first bite! The front desk staff was very friendy! The breakfast was soooo good too!

Came to the DoubleTree for a room escape event. Self parking was a bit tight but alright. The areas of the hotel I visited were all nice and we'll maintained. All the staff were courteous and professional.

We had a lovely big clean apartment on the 7th floor with part view of the ocean & had filter coffee sitting on our balcony every morning .

Hotel location excellent in regards to Little Tokyo area in Los Angeles. California. Noise level minimized due to room location 16th floor, view beautiful. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Service was excellent.

First night here and I was impressed from the time I pulled up. Staff is amazing and friendly. Rooms were clean and fulfilled all of our requests. They have a restaurant downstairs that is great, their bar cleans their beer lines once a week in case anyone cared to know.... The garden is smaller than I was expecting but just as beautiful as the pictures show.

We attened a social event known as an escape room. The event was for final fantasy xiv. The staff were courteous and professional.

I love staying at the DoubleTree. It's worth the stay and a walking distance from Union Station LA

I just pick up my friend who comes in from Amtrak. Sometimes I do stay the night and their service is really amazing. Those cookies are bomb

I book at this hotel On April the 4th the courtesy car is for the guest. we were dropped off at the standard hotel we call for a pick up they refuse to send the car we were stranded . Do not trust the car service.

Good location next to Little Tokyo with a nice comfy bed. Love the firm pillows. No pool though....

I like this hotel. Sure it's a bit out of date but it has character. Beds are comfortable, staff is fun and helpful. Generally, a good stay.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was a little cramped, but the hotel was very clean. I was surprised at how noisy it was. I could hear sirens from 14 stories below, people in the halls, and fans blowing from the next room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is so beautiful Everyone is so accommodating Located in downtown LA. Close to everything. Great stores. Eateries and everything in between This hotel has valet. Room service. A bar. Fresh water with fruit in the lobby. So you never go thirsty Also. Upon your arrival. Front desk attendant blesses you with homemade complimentary chocolate chip cookies And two bottled waters

The hotel interior and exterior is beautiful. excellent breakfast Had a great experience would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend you choose this hotel when travelling to los anegles. Nice venue, was here for a business meeting. So far, so good. The staff is knowledgeable and gracious. The rooms are clean and a good size.

When we needed to shift hotels, we were treated very well, all details taken care of on the initial call, and when we were in our room it felt like we were home. After spending a little time in the Kyoto garden the last of the extreme tension generated at our previous hotel, melted away. Thank you.

A little over-priced for what was basically a general hilton, super comfy beds and very clean room overall, late check out was key, no Jacuzzi tubs tho!

There was a burst of excitement in the air for Parasite's many wins, and we were grateful to be there amid the joy. After the show ended, we explored the lobby area, peeked in the gift shop, and wandered a bit outside. The hotel itself was immaculate and there was a buzz of energy emanating throughout.

Very nice hotel. The location is right next to City Hall, LAPD and the Detention Center.

Only staying here for AX for the full 4 days. I'm only on day 2 but so far it's been pretty nice it's near anime jungle and a couple of markets. The hotel rooms are pretty good and depending on where you stay have a nice view of the city.
