The staff here are very accommodating and wonderful. Specifically talking about Kevin, George and Jennifer. I had a mishap with my reservation and these three went above and beyond to fix my issue with my reservation. The staff here alone is enough to give 5 stars.

The room was nice for a king bed and the bathroom were modern and clean. View was also decent at the 19th floor. Some say here the rooms are small but if you aren't picky it really isn't that bad.

The in-hotel restaurant buffet breakfast was good and it was complimentary courtesy of being a Hilton gold member.

I would definitely stay here again

Loved the comfort of the bed! Clean room, nice view of Downtown Los Angeles, gorgeous hotel garden, delicious cookies! Customer service inside the hotel was excellent! Only bad moment we had was when we arrived at the hotel and tried parking to check in, we weren't greeted very well. We got honked at by staff to move forward, we didn't know what was going on, the front area was congested with cars and people. Seemed un-organized and under staffed. When we left the hotel the following day getting the car was extremely different. We were greeted nicely and staff was attentive.

Great room, very comfortable. The location was perfect to the California Endowment Center. Would definitely stay there again.

Alex provide us with friendly service and delicious cookies . Beautiful hotel. Modern amenities, clean and comfortable. Plenty of electrical outlets, good bed and sheets , nice bathroom setup . Good downtown location. They have a Starbucks in the hotel, art and a beautiful garden with an amazing view. Highly recommended!

They wouldn't provide me with a cookie at the counter when I asked for one.

I arrived yesterday late evening after a 14 hours long flight. The staff was helpful and my checking was quickl. However once in the room there were
several inconveniences:
- safe was opened but locked. Security had to be called in
- tv control old not working
-phone not working
-no plastic bag in the bathroom bin
- bed side light not working. After exploring I realised it was unplugged!
Staff very nice but 2 had to come to resolved the minor issues.
This is because the room was not ready to he released to any guest

This hotel is so beautiful and clean compared to other ones in LA. Service was very professional too.

Great hotel in downtown LA with friendly staff. Restaurant is nice and the Japanese garden is relaxing.

Stayed there for the past couple years for a night. Workers are very kind, and the room/beds are great! Definitely recommend

As a wedding photographer, Love to shoot wedding here again. Nice place to shoot wedding!!

We also enjoyed a quick bite and drinks at their downstairs bar. The Cuban sliders from the bar menu were a bit pricey for what you get (3 sliders for over $20) so my advice would be to skip the bar bites.

Went here for a special luncheon. The Japanese gardens are really cool! But overall it's feeling a little long in the tooth and could use some refreshing.

Great central location for Downtown Area. Just a short walk to CVS and the markets in Little Tokyo. Plenty of food options in the area, and a decent menu at the in house restaurant.

The lobby was clean. Nice mood lighting and impressive selection of comfortable furniture. Staff at concierge was helpful and professional.

I came to see their Japanese garden but there was an event happening there so I did not get to see it. But what I saw from the inside it was beautiful. And the staff were very nice and asked me if I needed help even though I wasn't even a guest of the hotel. If i didn't live in the area I would definitely spend a night or 2 there.

The staff here are soo lovely; super nice and super friendly always going the extra mile. We had one issue with our room not being cleaned properly but they sent someone up straight away and gave us breakfast vouchers. The cookies are awesome also. You have to like the city in order to stay here though as its busy in the evenings and you can hear police sirens everywhere but other than that we were super pleased with the stay

Room was small but clean. Sort of a sketchy neighborhood. Nice staff.

My parking fee was $26.50 which cost more than my breakfast! That's absurd! Never will I meet a friend there for Breakfast lunch or dinner!

Always a good time at Hilton. Stayed there for new years eve 2014, the rooms were clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and ambient. The hotel lobby is also welcoming and the staff is friendly. Great stay as expected.

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas/New Year period, and the New Year party was one of the best I have been to in a long time! We had fabulous views from the roof terrace to see all the fireworks going off over the city. Also, the staff here are very kind and welcoming. We will come back and recommend the hotel to my relatives who love to travel.

Great location in downtown. Service is above and beyond to make you comfortable, give you nearby directions, ect. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean.

The wifi barely reached the room, which I consider a huge failure in these times. The hotel well, without much to add, in the heart of the great LA, at night gives respect to walk around.

Friendly and helpful staff, large, comfortable and clean room, offers various services such as a room to use a computer and printer, the only drawback, but if we really want to find the hair in the egg, it is Wi-Fi, available only in the lobby . Very positive experience, I recommend this hotel to all those who read the reviews.
