Decent hotel in Palm Beach. I was there for work, and so were several others. Its across the street from a Publix, bank, and Starbucks so you can get whatever you need for a short stay. The staff was overall nice, and they also have a decent pool too.

It was nice and clean. Our server who is from NY was fantastic. He was extremely personable and attentive to details. Although nice, the hotel can use a little more tlc to the exterior. It's evident upgrades were done on the inside. Overall good experience. I would stay again and it's conveniently close to food, the mall and other activities.

As a Diamond Honors Member, this is one of the poorest quality hotels I've stayed in under the Hilton umbrella. Old rooms, felt dirty, extremely noisy, uncomfortable beds, no easy access to plugs for charging or working, not business traveler friendly at all. HHonors Lounge is a joke, an implosion is needed here.

Expected more from Double tree by Hilton. Stayed at many other "chains" that offered more for the same price point. 2 of our days, housekeeping either didn't give us some type of towels or not enough .

Was presenting at a local conference. Rooms were wired and working well unfortunately, the room we were presenting in smelled like wet dog. The bathroom could have used a coat of paint as well. I didn't speak to or meet anyone who worked at the hotel so I have no opinion there.

I will never stay here again. While the customer service was great and the pool and lobby looked nice, the room we were in last night on the first floor felt dingy and old. The headboard appeared to be somewhat disconnected from the bed and every time I moved, it slammed against the wall behind it. The beds are so squeaky. The counters in the bathrooms are so low you have to bend over/crouch down to wash your hands. They lure you in with the promise of hot chocolate chip cookies, but fail to mention they all have nuts (I'm allergic to walnuts). Such a bummer. This place was nice 10+ years ago! I would maybe consider staying again after a full remodel including new beds & carpeting in all rooms.

I thought this would be decent for just one night. They gave me warm cookies I left them on the desk when I woke up in the morning the cookies had a mountain of ants! It was all over my car keys, hotel keys and inside my purse!

The room was very comfortable and clean. I stayed for a week.
Robert, my server in the restaurant, was very attentive and cheerful.
Now for the downside. I didn't care for the way the small refrigerator was tucked behind a cabinet door. Yes, it hid it and the cabinet door was more attractive, but every time I wanted to open the refrigerator door it would slide forward and then I would have to push it back in order to close the cabinet door. Also, the location of the coffee maker made it difficult to poor water into it. The spa outside by the pool didn't work all week. "We are waiting for a new pump." I don't know if they are aware of this, or not, but Fed Ex can get one to you overnight. Big enough population in the area, maybe a local vendor...?
Over all, I give their rating 4 stars but of 5. They get the 4 stars because: comfort and clean. And above everything else is their staff.
If I gave my rating based upon the people that work there, I would give 5 out of 5! The front desk employees know very well that they are in the Hospitality Industry!

The service was great. There was a little difficulty with a charge on my account and it took two tries to figure it out but in the end it worked out fine. Food may have been a little pricy for the quality. Room was great. Housekeeping and front desk staff was very nice.

This has to be the worst stay ever at a Double Tree. First when I arrived in West Palm, I had to call for the shuttle 5 times, the front desk didn't even seem to care about that. Then when I get to my room it still wasnt clean even thought they gave me a key. Went back down to the front desk and had to wait 30 mins for another room. Fast forward, now I am in a room trying to iron my cloths, the Iron was broken so i called the front desk to get a new one. It took and hour and two more calls to get a new iron, Just a bad overall stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I made my reservations in July for November 2nd-6th. When we checked in, we were stuck in the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. My in laws who made their reservations in October were put poolside and 1st floor. I dont think there will be a next time for me.

Here's the long and short of it: it needs an update. Badly. It's got ugly dark tile in the bathroom that makes the floor look dirty. The colors are that whole "Florida tropical" theme that escapes me. But the bed was extraordinarily comfortable, the room was large, and the front desk was exceptionally nice. Then, there's the cookies.
We even liked having the small balcony so we could eat the food we had delivered without the smell of the food stinking up the room.
We were only here for a night on our way home and this was a good spot.

The reason we chose this hotel is because we have stayed there before and enjoyed ourselves. It is conveniently located right off the main interstate. They have newly renovated the hotel with many upgrades. That originally was my only complaint and our last stay was that it needed to be upgraded. So upon our arrival I was very pleased to see that they have made beautiful changes. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The one main issue we had was the screaming fire alarm that another guest had set off at 3 in the morning. I had two young children asleep who will woke and panic and we're very startled by this occurrence. I understand it was not the hotels fault but when it came 2 getting some kind of refund or extra stay they weren't as accommodating. I got $30 off our two-night stay when I feel as a Hilton Honors guest they should have at least offered us an additional night stay seeing as the event was awfully inconvenient, frightening and disturbing for my two babies. As far as cleanliness and comfort I would give it a huge thumbs up.

Nice amenities over all, very clean and well kept. Rooms are outdated, bottom floor rooms have super low ceiling.. kinda claustrophobic, specially bathroom. Restaurant and bistro very nice. Nice conference area

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens for 7 days. The hotel is clean, nice and the staff are friendly. Staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted a booking issue for my colleague in a very professional manner. Thank you for the memorable experience. I'd definitely stay there if I visit the USA and Palm Beach/ Florida again.

Stayed here for the professional conference. They have a balcony in each room. The air conditioning was working well. The bed was firm and soft. The toiletries was not replaced every day. They did not clean the room and bathroom after first night. Coffee in room is a bit stingy. I had to ask them to bring coffee and toiletries. Room service gratuity is 22 percent and in addition a room service fee of $2.50 which makes the cost of room service way too expensive. They have a shuttle to go to the conference at the PGA National Resort. The sliding door separating the room and balcony is rusty and does not open and close easily and smoothly. I reported this in the morning but was not fixed till night. Otherwise the hotel is clean. They have shuttle for the airport for Delta airlines. It would be nice of they had free shuttle service to and from hotel to airport. 13 miles to airport is not too far. I would have given a few more stars if they had free shuttle service. The quality of room coffee was average.

Enjoyed our stay, especially our mini balcony. The entrance looks great. It just looks like it could use an upgrade. Looks more like an old hotel that was taken over and needs to be upgraded desperately.
