My company hosted an event here and the service was great and I had no issues with parking.
1st the room was outdated & the decor was 1980s. So when it says modern it's not! Which I have been coming 2 this hotel for the last 4years or longer & it's said their remodeling! Now it doesn't say that! But nothing is remodeled except the elevators&minor things! But I can deal w all of that! The worst part has happened now that Iam gone! So 3days after I have been gone! I get a VM from a Shameka Handcock. Prob fake name! That my card was declined for my last nites stay & I need to pay it! So b4 returning the call I doubled checked my bank Acct. Bc I knew it was already taken out bc I look right after every transaction bc I get a text. So I was correvt that it was taken out! Not only taken out but today 3days later I was charged another 90.39. So that's an over charge! So I called her back! And she was so nasty wouldn't let me talk! Said I need to pay it right now! I'm like I'm NOT paying it bc u all owe me actually 100. Thanks for making me see that today! I said I will send you my statements so u can see where u charged me! She's like nope we didn't get paid u need to pay! And just kept saying that over and over! I said I will have my bank call u! She said NOPE IM GOING TO HAND IT OVER TO THE PALM BCH GARDENS POLICE DEPT! And they can charge you w theft! I said oh ok! Go ahead then they will c it's been paid not only paid BUT U STOLE FROM ME! And she hung up on me! So I called my HHoners cust Serv. Dept! So they had me email my bank statements and are FWD it over to the GM over there but I have to wait 72 hours to hear anything or even start to get my $$ back! I'm so upset I can't see straight! Also, the number she gave me to call her back on was her personal cell phone so to it sounds like FRAUD! And people only get that mad and act like that when they are guilty of something! So STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOUBLE TREE! THE EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING CC#s!
Good and clean place to stay.. family friendly.. only stayed a night, but was very accommodating.

Old dated need total rehab..Not worth the 170$ a nite.. morning of check out @9:30am housekeeping knocked..I was in bathroom.. Housekeeper then pushed door and walked in!!! Staff friendly.. Clean..BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO STAY HERE..VERY DISAPPOINTED..
I stayed here 7/10-14, 2019. The staff was helpful and pleasant but kind of aloof. The hotel is in a great location with an awesome pool and bar area. The bathrooms in the lobby and pool area were deplorable my entire stay. I had to ask to have my room cleaned on day 3 because the towels were starting to gather and no one had been around. Garbage lined the hallways because there are no garbage cans to be found on the upstairs floors. All in all my stay was fine but I would not recommend this hotel. Definitely below the Hilton standard.
The hotel did not clean the room on my first day. The room coffee was not replenished after first night. The sliding door to the balcony would not open easily. I had to ask for coffee, towels and toiletries. I had told the receptionist of the sliding door problem but they neglected it in fixing it till I called them again after about 12 hours for them to fix it. They have very limited food items in their restaurant. Room service is very expensive as 22 percent is added for gratuity and $2.50 is added as room service charge. I had a grilled chicken entree on rice with mashed potatoes which cost me about $26.00 plus the additional costs. It becomes very expensive for a mediocre entree which was not very tasty.
Very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby and clean rooms. The mattresses are memory foam though so if that would make you uncomfortable maybe try another hotel. I had no problem with it but my girlfriend did not sleep well with her back problems.
Have stayed at this hotel several time. The staff and service is great. It's a bit outdated but it's being remodel.
Cookies - good, the ants will help you eat it.
Facilities - old, not very clean, room service tray were out the whole night
Security - questionable rear building door apparently has been broken since February(per reviewer comment) its now September.

Not what I expected. Everything seemed OK at first. The cookies were really good. But once we settled in we started noticing little things. There was hair in the bathroom. My wife and I woke up to the sounds of heavy bass music. We normally use a white noise generator for the toddlers which helped with the noise coming from the highway. But did nothing for the party next door. I called the front desk 3 times. The second time I will say that the staff member was more empathetic which was comforting but I had to call again. This time they called the police department. Then I woke up to find ants everywhere. Yes those delicious cookies are irresistible to the ants as well.
I like the renovated design this reminds me of a boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

I just recently had a stay at this Double Tree in PGA and everything was going great until I was charged twice for one stay. I was like ok cool I can just call and let them know, which is what I did and they said that all I had to do was call my bank to cancel the transaction. But the thing was I was charged twice for 2 separate transactions that wasn't even the bill for my 1 Night there. I called my bank and let them know, they fixed one of the transaction bills to the correct amount and the other transaction would be cancelled and the money returned to my account, well low and behold one traction was billed to the correct amount but the other one is a whole new transaction and was not credited to my account. This is really annoying because when I first arrived to double tree they couldn't even find the hotel room that I had already booked a month in advance. Then when they were able to find it. I brought my items into the room, I left to go see a movie and get some food and when I went back to the hotel room none of the key cards were working, went back down stairs to guest services and notified the ladies at the front desk. She couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, had to get the lady who originally booked me in and she said that there was a glitch in the system and charged me again. Before leaving I asked her would I be charged twice and she told me no. I just can't deal with this annoying situation. Because now I'm going to have to call my bank and cancel this new transaction again.

On a sunny day, the pool area here is gorgeous, complete with hot tub and jungle-plant accoutrements. The rooms had a small unit for the a/c. I'm unsure if could handle the hot Florida summer. The rooms have a patio to sit out on and pleasantly comfortable beds. Refrigerator in the room and a public microwave in the Starbucks downstairs. Be warned, the restaurant is a bit pricey, but there is a grocery store across the street.
I went to this DoubleTree on a band trip and the staff was great. Had no problems, the rooms were clean and the location was great. The bar service was fine but I can't speak for the restaurant. Will definitely consider other DoubleTrees in the future for when I travel.
The Doubletree hotel was a very good stay and it was at the right price that I was looking and happened to be right down the road from the people I was visiting me and my girlfriend loved it especially since they have such good cookies

This hotel is severely out dated! It was noticeable the second I walked in to check in. The furniture is worn and needs to be replaced! The front desk staff was very pleasant and the cookies were good and warm. When I called the hotel early before check in time to request a room on the top level, I asked that I NOT be given a ground floor room. Of course, I get there, check in and is informed that my room in on the GROUND FLOOR! I was referred to speak with Expedia about changing the room since that's who I made my reservations through. Not only was I given a room on the ground floor, It was a room designed for a handicapped person. The front desk person was willing to accommodate me to a another room but I had to make that request through Expedia. The furniture is OLD, the curtains are OLD, the bedding is OLD, they need to SERIOUSLY update this place. It is NOT comfy or cozy..it literally feels like a hotel! NO BUENO!

Was good. Wi-Fi wasn't very good. Breakfast buffet was good. It was clean and quite. Staff was nice.They fixed a couple issues right away. Their shuttle didn't go to the airport.

Booked this 10 minutes before showing up at around 11pm. It was a long stressful day, and my original accommodations fell through, so I was fairly grumpy. I came in to check in, and was greeted by smiling faces, and friendly service. The lounge had already closed, but the gentleman at the front desk was such a good host that he even offered us cookies. It was super sweet! The rooms were amazing, and so comfortable! Had 4 pillows in each bed so I slept like a queen! I was also surprised that they provided such good quality shampoo, conditioner, and lotion!! Definitely would stay again, but on purpose this time lol
The DoubleTree in Palm Beach Gardens has exceeded my expectations. Upon check in, my party was given complimentary cookies to take to our room, which was conveniently upgraded free of charge. We had a large flat screen TV and a balcony overlooking the pool deck, which was beautifully landscaped. The pool and Jacuzzi was open even in December. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the drinks at the bar were delicious. The hotel lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays with a pretty gingerbread house. Overall I had a very enjoyable stay and will gladly stay again next time I am in the area!
Very average hotel and the physical features need a lot of attention. The amenities that is included in the hotel seem to be neglected unless brought to the hotel's attention. I sure hope my future stays are more enjoyable

Attended a corporate event here. Food and drinks were great. Only complaint from my co-workers was that the conference room was very warm and we weren't able to easily get the temperature adjusted. Other than that, all accommodations were great.
I wish I could give two separate ratings for this place as there were some really nice things, but there were some really terrible things also. The over all score is only 2 stars from me which I believe reflects both the good and the bad. My break down:
The Good:
BEAUTIFUL Lobby and super friendly staff in the shop, the dining area, and at the bar. The breakfast was AMAZING and impressed me both on the buffet and on the "to order menu". You will not get breakfast like this at other hotels. Their room service food was also outstanding, however it is insanely overpriced (with all hidden fees added you could have a fresh oyster meal at Spodo's for the same price). The hotel is in a nice accessible area, and provides a decent view depending on what side of the building you are on.
The Bad:
Be prepared for your key card to stop working repeatedly for no reason. The staff have a million explanations why this could happen, but they just randomly stop working even if you leave them on the table untouched. This is really bad when you park in the back of the hotel and cant get in the security door during a typical Florida downpour. You will be soaked head to toe. The rooms are also very old looking and the hallways have spots that smell terrible. During the holiday storm (over xmas break) the room FLOODED through the AC and through the balcony glass (I was several floors up the rail literally came through the wall). I have pictures of the puddles and swampy mess that the rug became. The elevators also stopped working and the stairwells were also flooded. The hotel was unwilling to do anything about it and was unwilling to change me rooms if I decided to extend my stay. I ended up moving out and over to the Homewood Suites.
I was there last year for my birthday I had the best time of my life... My kids love it.. I'm thinking of going back again for my birthday because it was that much fun
Meeting area was clean and staff was very attentive during the meeting. Lunch was excellent and coffee and snacks were available the entire time. They also had warm snacks in the afternoon but those were a little dry. Overall it was good.
Nice place to stay, The staff was courteous, polite and responsive. There was issue with bed but they were responsive and immediately corrected.
Gabby and Angel both profusely apologized...no excuses just apologized and made sure there was nothing more needed. I appreciated that. That made a difference between someone caring and a business trying to passify it's customer.
I would definitely recommend.
Good service and very comfortable beds. Furnishings are dated, but serviceable. Warm cookie on check in is a great touch, but was a bit burnt.
Excellent hotel and very good service from all the staff! And you get people who speak Spanish and help you with a problem if you do not handle English well
