DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Executive Meeting Center Review

Stayed here for a week while I was in training I had enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice service was nice and the meal was nice.

I always have a perfect stay at this Hotel but this time was the best. The hotel is always clean and staff is very accommodating. It s hard to travel With the Covid-19 ,you can t be too careful and this Hotel has taken every precaution to make your stay Safe. There is hand sanitizer about every 15 foot .

Loud noises leading into the night, unclear if they were staff or other visitors.

Showers that swing 30 degrees up AND down wildly.

Woke up to find a giant beetle (maybe roach? never seen one in person before) on the wall.

Hotel has 2 wings, which definitely creates a sense of class separation, one wing only connected to the rest of the hotel by outdoor bridges, even gets its own elevator and access, as though those staying on that side shouldn't be seen in the lobby.

Poorly wired for the modern electronics-bearing traveler, no outlets near the bed at all. Inconvenient wi-fi requiring daily authentication, not really enough for streaming video unless you fork over extra. Chose not to so can't comment on if that's enough.

Spacious room at least.

Didn't stay very long just wanted to see what the hotel looked like inside. The lobby was very nice.

Solid four star hotel with function rooms for meetings.

The facilities were very clean and nice. The event I attended was in their Professional Center. The food served was delicious and the waitstaff was very attentive and polite. Would definitely recommend this place to host a professional event.

Great facilities & excellent staff. A wonderful stay - we will be back.

Thiught that moving to 4th floor would be a great choice. The beds are sagging. Ready for donations perhaps. The cleaner are not professional. Still dirty even after I complained....I rather go to other hotel nearby with higher standard for the same price

Whenever my parents visit, we have them stay at the Doubletree. It is a beautiful place and the staff are excellent!

Mostly clean but clearly older hotel. Coffee maker had not been cleaned out upon check in and found old coffee pods in the machine. Our double bed room is missing a corner chair so there's just a lamp in the middle of the area. Stay on the ground floor has been noisy with staff talking loudly and vacuuming outside our room at all hours.

Place is great, employees are great. But right off of i-95 it is noisy with afternoon/evening traffic. Also our a/c unit freezed up on my wife and I who is 7 months pregnant. Other wise everything was good

Attended a conference at this location. Temperature was very inconsistent in theroom and in hallways. Food nothing to okay. Dessert ok if you like packaged or frozen and thawed desserts.

Nice staff. Great food in strip mall across the street. Staff always friendly. Pool is ok. Hot tub could use a revamp. Clean and had a balcony.

The rooms are out dated and dingy. Looks like you've stepped back into the 70's. I had a balcany that was closed in. The tub was not that clean, and I got stuck in the elevator. The website is misleading with their pictures. Won't stay again.

I attended a retirement party here recently and they did a beautiful job putting it together.

Clean, great staff, but should stay open later than 11pm.

Room carpet was dirty complained at front desk, but no action.
Overall not a clean hotel. Needs badly a renovation si ce rooms,etc are outdated !!

Not easy location to get in and out of for a social event and Executive Meeting Area was hard to find. Otherwise it was fine.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was attending an event so I did not see the guest room but the lobby was very clean, chic and modern and the staff I encountered was very friendly.

Nice place. Huge property. Has a restaurant, bar & pool on property. Ample parking space.

HORRIBLY Stay...
For this to be DoubleTree by Hilton, my experience was that of a cheap motel.
I reserved a room with two queen beds for my family reunion here in West Palm Beach. The first night in the room we found a roach crawling across the bed, dirty pillowcases on the bed and the shower curtain had red dirty marks going down the inside of the curtain. I went to the front desk to speak with the staff and they were very nonchalant about the problems in my room. The staff told me there was nothing he could do about it. The next morning I spoke with another staff member about the problems from the previous night. She stated she would have the manager call me when they got in. And they would have rooms available later that afternoon. The staff member also told me that the room would be cleaned and they would put fresh linens on my beds.The manager NEVER made contact with me at all. When I returned tonight I found two bugs crawling in my room. I still have the same dirty shower curtain and the same dirty pillow cases on my bed. I went back to the front desk to speak with the staff concerning this problem again. This time I was able to speak with the manager on site but again it was the same message. There was nothing she could do for me at all. She told me I needed to contact the company who I booked through but she couldn t do anything for me. I m a Hilton Honors member and I have never had to experience this type of conditions or nonchalant staff. I was throughly DISAPPOINTED with the conditions as well as the service.

This hotel was going through renovations during my visit, but it is still okay. I stayed in the part that was renovated. Staff was friendly, room was clean. My room did directly face the highway and the noise level was too high for me. The idea of a balcony facing an interstate is silly.

The bartender was very nice. The executive center looked very modern.

Upset that the points for Hilton Honors members changed 4 weeks before booking. Went from 30,000 points to 40,000 points a night in one day. Why?

It was a nice place to meet, but the kitchen staff was clearly heard through the door and made it difficult to pay attention to the meeting. I don't think the door was able to close all the way.

The staff was very attentive, made sure we always had food and the business center looks very modern. The staff was also very friendly.

I am returned customer and I love staying at this hotel for business. It is close to everything including City Place and great shops. the service is impeccable and the staff is always very accommodating.

No vegetarian options, no forks with the dessert, waitstaff too doting.

This hotel is by far the best stay I ve had in a hotel this year! Accommodations were top notch. The staff was excellent.Will definitely be one of my staple stays!

Rooms out dated (Saford & Son chair in the corner), checked into a room that stunk like cigarette smoke, carpet looked dirty and my wife found hair in bathroom sink when we arrive. Then told we had to stay into this room until the following day.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

My wife called tries three times to ensure that the room we ordered was available. They did not say that if there was no problem, we arrived at 11 at night to find that they did not change the room without avico. The room they did not give was very small. They changed my room but did not charge 30 dollars More without saying anything. At 4 in the morning there was a fire alarm. The next day do not leave on a Letter under the door with a coupon for breakfast for Two. We had a room with four people. Never hamas we are not here again.

Always an excellent stay friendly professional people make me feel welcome

Stayed here as part of a road trip up the Florida coast and got a super cheap rate. The hotel is larger than expected and the lobby was recently renovated. Rooms were still a bit dated, but I suppose they are going to get around to those. The club lounge is right off the lobby and has free snacks/drinks throughout the day.

The "manager on duty" was extremely rude! My 20 year old brother was coming in town for Sunfest and we had an unexpected flood at our house which took our bathroom out of commission. I booked him a room at this hotel and upon check in he was told (very rudely) that they do not check in "minors". I called to clarify as he is not a minor (20yrs old). The lady was extremely unprofessional, hostile and had a very condescending tone. When I explained the flood at our house she cut me off and said "well he already told me he is here for Sunfest, so yeah". Basically calling me a liar! I didn't feel I needed to discuss his whole itinerary and reason for coming in to town with her, as if that makes a difference! This under 21 rule was not on the booking and now I have to spend my Saturday on hold trying to get my refund. Meanwhile we have already rebooked with the lovely Marriott across the street with stellar service and no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend the Marriott versus this poor excuse for a hotel and it so called "manager". AVOID DOUBLETREE PBG!!!!!!

Despicable hotel and here's why. Category 5 hurricane about to hit me. Called to get hotel room reservation to be safe . They told me they had a room available ,but when I mentioned my beagle was coming with me they suddenly said they just sold out. This was in Palm
Beach Gardens. Shame on them to turn someone away in such an emergency. I had no where else to go. Will never forget this nasty heartless hotel. They could have made an exception for my dog under such dire circumstances.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms weren't bad. We ended up with a room facing the freeway and the rooms were not quite as sound proof as I would have liked.

This was my 1st experience at a hotel since Covid-19. The ease of checking in and then going to a room that extremely clean and sanitized was wonderful.

Good hotel with all the things you need in walking distance

Ballroom was well maintained. Food was delicious. Service was fast.

Great location, onsite restaurant and walking distance to more, pool and jacuzzi, free shuttle and warm cookies.

The catering for business events is very tasty and the servers are friendly.

Used there corporate events rooms ...the staff was BEYOND AMAZING! will always think of them for the future events

Great option for business travelers, amazingly comfortable bed for a hotel, well priced, free wifi, awesome pool with comfy cabanas (lounging is also free) plus free cookies- its hard to beat for the price

the whole staff was nice and helpful we were mover to a room that faced the pool.
