Fabled Eye Review

Had a really great festive shopping experience at Fabled! Very friendly shopping assistants and great brands. They also gave me a few nice samples with the purchase. Will come again for sure

Service was fine and my order came as and when it was supposed to but the amount of packaging used was disgraceful. I ordered one small nail varnish and it came in a box larger than a shoe box. This is such a disgusting and shameful waste, no wonder the planet is dying when companies continue to be so thoughtless.

I met with Sophie at the Tottenham court Rd store to have a make up session. She talked me through various products in order to create a natural look that can also be versatile for the evening. She used a number of products that were ideal for my skin tone/skin type and overall was just amazing at understanding the look I wanted to achieve. she made some really great suggestions, especially because I don't consider myself to be great with makeup. Thank you Sophie, I will definitely be back to see you for future events and further make up ideas in the future.

Just had my first delivery and I have to say it's been the best delivery I've ever had! I was able to pick an hourly slot the next day for free and the driver was incredibly polite and friendly!

I love this site, only place I would by my branded make up from! To top it off having next day delivery where you can choose the time and date is amazing! Honestly a fantastic service.

My item did not arrive. I telephoned the office and was told that the non delivery would be investigated. The money had been deducted from my account. Approx 10 days later I was informed that the driver had delivered my item. If they were not able to deliver it had been left in a safe place or with neighbours. I was told to check around the property and ask neighbors. NO ITEM!!
As far as Fabled are concerned the case is concluded.
I would certainly not buy or recommend them to anyone.

that one star is just for the brands they have. The service in store is really rubbish, none of the employees actually know the products in detail and don't offer any actual advice on products. I've been in three times and all I've seen the employees do is stand around - none are helpful whatsoever.

Great brands, all the ones you'd want and recognize as well as some more boutique ones (especially in fragrance), easy to shop and helpful staff. Dangerous for the beauty junkie! Will definitely be back

Very poor service, do not buy from this company! I received an empty box, no product inside. When I asked for a replacement , they said they needed to investigate, I had to take photos of an empty box!
This had happened to me with Amazon some years ago and I got a replacement straight away!
I thought the customer was always right , this company obviously don t think so. Do not buy!

Just had my first delivery from Fabled. It was beautifully packed and arrived really quickly. Thoroughly recommend.

Received expired Bobbi Brown eyeshadow with bumpy texture and funny smell which made me question basic hygiene at their depot, customer service was rather unhelpful as well and put me off from buying from them.

Never used this company before and never will!!! Item was discounted hence why I used it. Said next day delivery which might be delayed due to black friday so waited still nothing. Emailed and they said courier had lost it and they would refund me, not send another.. It's the usual scam these discounted items never exist and the excuse is always let's blame the courier just dont order from these. Even worse I have to wait ages for my own money to be returned!!!!paypal should dump this supplier.

I went in to buy an Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette for my best friend's birthday today and I was served by a lady called Maddy (according to my receipt - I very much hope I have the right name!). She went above and beyond to help me even though I was only purchasing one product. She was incredibly friendly and even fetched me a gift box from downstairs so I could gift it already nicely presented. It was my first time shopping in this store, and having worked in luxury sales myself for the last 4 years I had no choice but to give Maddy a special mention. I was treated splendidly! Thank you!

Fabled by Marie Claire, what a load of rubbish. I ordered one item which should have been delivered next day to receive a call from the delievery driver saying the item was damaged and he didn't want to deliver it - fair enough.
I called customer services expecting them to quite simply redeliver me a new item the following day... apparently they cannot do this, I'd have to re-order it via the site, what?!

Got brows upper lip and eyelash tint at the brow bar here done by Pital and was super happy with the service. She was a good saleswoman and super friendly. Also when I went here last the service was good other than one lady who went up to me and started telling me I would have good skin if I stopped eating sugar (I eat very little sugar) and also told my friends mum she had wrinkles and tried to sell her products to get rid of them. I didn't catch her name but she was on the top floor.

Very happy with Fabled! I ordered online and was able to pick when my parcel was going to be delivered. Delivery was right on time and I also got a copy of Marie Claire magainze with my order which is a lovely bonus! I'd definitely order from here again and recommend the website!

Ordered my first delivery, they sent it out after it had been rearranged for the following day. Driver still turned up, depot hadn't told him so he rang me whilst at work. Next day, I check three times all is well with the delivery as I desperately needed foundation for an even the day after delivery. Three times I was told all was well, by admittedly helpful customer service agents. Half an hour after the final check they told me nope, not OK it won't be out. They won't reschedule it and it's been cancelled they'll refund me, usually refund wait time. Fuming doesn't cut it, after being told all day they'll get to me, now they suddenly can't. And I have to replace the order they won't just reschedule again.

I found the shop quite by accident and I thought it will be a good idea to see what they offer.
I was pleasantly surprise no pushy sales techniques but simply friendly advice from experts.
I am not very good when it comes to make up but I feel a little bit more confident after the visit.
They have a very impressive collection of perfume.
The prices are extremely reasonable.

Good selection of cosmetics but staff are a little bit judgemental, took a while for me to get served, despite their availability.

Such a nice store, really lovely staff! Olivia in particular took the time to explain which products would work for me and recommended a few options of products that would give me my desired result. Couldn't be happier with the service I received - or the selection of products available.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who's not sure what products they need and needs a professionals opinion! They sell you what you need, not just anything (like some stores who pressure you so much to buy!)

Roughly 6 months ago I discovered this shop just off Tottenham court road station. I was looking for some Nars cosmetics make up and walked in as they do have a Nars stand just on the ground floor. The shop is on 2 levels, ground floor for make up, they have brands like Bobby brown, este lauder, nars, lancome, benefits... the ladies on the make up floor are very competent and helpful, the first time I went I was after a fundation, the lady from nars showed me different coverages and textures and was very helpful. At the time my skin was very bad. I was suffering of continuous break outs and was desperate to cover the marks on my face. Sharing my concerns about my skin with her the lady recommended me to stop to the first floor, where the skin care section is, saying that the ladies there could have helped me to solve my problem rather than cover it up with make up. Boy if she was right!!



Living in busy London and working in the city centre I used to go to department stores such as John Lewis or House of Fraser for my skin care shopping but I have to say that even though in places like those you might find a wider choice you do not get the personalised service that you get a Fabled. Here at Fabled the ladies know me, know my problems and moreover they know my skin and what is good for me!!!! It is like having your personal therapists just off the tube station!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone who really wants to see a difference on their skin whatever their issue is. Only thing I would love to see in Fabled is a Dior make up stand on the ground floor!! This is the only missing point to me!

A special thanks to Aisha and her colleague Lidia which also works together with her to ensure everyone is well looked after when going to take care of our skins!!! You girls are doing so great and I am so thankful I've met you!!!

Love this site - I get everything I need delivered either with my food shopping at Ocado or when I haven't timed it well the next day with the free slot. The service is bloody brilliant! They have everything Liz Earle, ESPA, Bobbi Brown, Aveda, NARS.... I could go on!

Placed my first ever order with fabled yesterday and my delivery arrived this morning. Unfortunately one of the three glass bottles was completely smashed and the contents had leaked everywhere. However, when I phoned Fabled, they were absolutely fantastic. They sorted out a refund and replacement order which I should receive tomorrow. Highly recommend this company, an excellent of example of how customer service should be. Massive thanks to Laurel who sorted everything out for me.

Absolutely brilliant service and loads of brands that I struggle to find elsewhere. The free copy of Marie Claire was also a bonus!

Popped into the Nars counter today and received such a warm welcome and great efficient customer care.
I was colour matched perfectly by the lovely Sophie and the Nars Radient Creamy Concealer I wanted was priced matched so I got it at a cheaper price than normal.... Fantastic, highly recommended and I'll definitely be returning. Xx

Frustrating delivery! Ordered a product and was happy to receive a message saying it would be delivered next day. I got a delivery slot of one hour and told them to leave by the porch in case no one is in. Received delivery confirmation from DPD with a photo of a porch I didn t recognise. Also after checking the delivery information it said it has been delivered to Raddlett rather than North London where I live. I requested the product to be re sent via online chat and they cannot do that. So I have to re purchase the product. The catch?? I have to wait up to 10 days for my refund. Not using this website ever again.

The department manager is a disgrace her name is Jennifer Revelle she needs re training and she is a disappointment to the company and I will be following u with a drafted statement of my experience on the 17 th of June 2017

Really disappointed with this place. They sell top brands, which is why I entered the store, but they sell discontinued cosmetics. So if you don't know your make-up then avoid this place. The store manager gives a bad name to 'management. Her name is Jennifer Revelle. I walked out so unhappy, yet have put in a complaint.

So glad I found out about this site! Ordered a few products one afternoon; I received them before 11am the next day! Amazing delivery service. No inflated prices and all the great makeup you can usually only find by going to shops in London or department stores, so quick and easy. plus a welcome discount doesnt hurt, on top of free delivery. so pleased!

Wow. I havent met a sales person (Nars) that unfriendly in a very long time. I walked in ready to buy something but no way. Not only did the experience turn me off the store but also the brand.

I had an awards ceremony to go to and had to get ready out and about in town. Popped into Fabled to find some new make up to feel a bit special and not only did I do that, but one of the resident make up artists Marie completely re-did all my make up to look like a superstar! She took the time to find out what I liked, what look I wanted, let me choose at every step and recommended a whole range of products - not just one brand - I felt completely pampered and fabulous! Thanks so much Marie, it was a great experience and I will 100% be back!

I walked in to an almost empty store, there were 4 assistants standing together. Not one of them said hello but just looked me up and down. I looked at a few brands and was trying lots of products on my hands. I kept looking over hoping for some communication. No help was offered or any recognition that I even existed. They didn't even look over when I started trying to locate wipes/tissues. I eventually went upstairs where the Clinique employee came downstairs and answered all the questions I needed help with. The four other assistants were still standing chatting, completely unaware of how uncomfortable they had made me feel. It's not good business to ignore any customer and I had planned to buy a fair bit. I left having bought nothing. Won't be returning....

EXCELLENT!! I've ordered twice now and have been so pleased with the delivery options and how beautifully packaged my items have been. I received a free Marie Claire magazine and beach bag with my order. I even ordered on a Sunday and was given a choice of free time slots to be delivered same day. Both times the delivery person was also very friendly. I'll definitely be ordering again!

This company included a sample I never asked for of hi-shi fake tan that leaked & stained our furniture and carpet.
I contacted Fabled three times and they ignored me until I sent a Facebook message. They asked me to fill out the same form twice and then said they couldn t care less about the damage the moisturiser caused! It wasn t a moisturiser it was a fake tan! They again said they couldn t care less. Complete incompetence and lack of care. Will never use again

Went in looking for a specific piece and brand of make-up which turns out had been discontinued. They couldn't find anything similar so went off the recommendations of one of the assistants. Got home tried some on my finger to put on my cheeks, it's completely the wrong colour for my skin so went to return it the next day. As I had used a tiny amount on my finger, I couldn t return it. More upset about the make-up not working at all for my skin and the bad recommendation than the fact I couldn t return.

I regularly order from Fabled online as I think they have a great range of stock and are very reliable with their next day delivery. Would recommend.

Terrible customer service. Received the wrong product twice. Told to send goods back with acardo driver, then told by another person not too. Couldn't locate the right product, so ended up having a refund.....which took some doing! 4 calls later I eventually got one!! Don't bother, plenty of other websites with brilliant customer service.

AVOID!! Terrible terrible service!! Only given 1 star as I had to to be able to leave a review! I placed my order but was only sent a magazine, was told they couldn't send my items out so had refunded my order and I would have to place it again. Waited the 10 days - no refund. I have been fobbed off and lied to and am still waiting for my refund which they are saying I can't have because they are having an issue with paypal - didn't stop them taking my money though!!

Went in there looking for a new foundation and got color matched by the associate. The color looked great under the lighting of the store (and on my one cheek that she put it on) but when I got home and tried it on it was way too orange and More

My experience was amazing. I was buying makeup, and had help by the most lovely human being I've met! She is the embodiment of good customer service. Her name was Sophie, a makeup artist, and she was so welcoming and caring! And she recommended me FANTASTIC products. I would 100% recommend fabled to a friend, thanks to Sophie.

Arrived badly damaged
Ordered a Prada fragrance. It was the last one in stock. It arrived with a badly damaged box. I do not believe this happened in transit.

I expected much better from Fabled since they are owned by Marie Claire. It was bought as a birthday present for someone so I could not return.

Fabled did not offer me anything for my disappointing experience. I buy alot of fragrances online and the condition I received this one was the worst I've ever received.

Unlikely I would buy from them again.

This place is great! Like a department store but much easier to navigate and with independent advice! .... I now know how to contour! Thanks!
