Nice hotel located near NIST. Friendly staff.
The rooms are clean and well maintained.
There are a few dining choices in the are but the resturant in the hotel is very good.

Room is nice and staff is friendly. Restaurant is somewhat overpriced and menu is limited, but there are of options within walking distance.

Very good service, Only complaint was the hot tub wasn't very warm.

Room and lobby were well-maintained and clean. You can tell the hotel isn't brand new (a few paint scrapes, squeaky hinges, etc) but nothing to take away from the clean feel. I had an exec. room on the top floor. HDTV and balcony. Room service was on time and delicious. I have a strange feeling the people that are complaining are either isolated incidents or people that can never be pleased. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and the place was clean but the pool was gross and freezing cold.

I travel a lot for work and I've stayed here often to work in the DC area. Everything is fair and decent. I've experienced both calm evenings and crazy tourist check-ins. Staff is usually helpful and kind. There's usually cider or tea available in the evening. The BEST thing to me is the ability to redeem breakfast coupons for Starbucks instead. The WORST thing about this hotel is the consistant poor WiFi connectivity. In fact, the WiFi is the main reason why I try to stay else where. During my evenings, I like to stream shows or play games. Most hotels can support this on basic WiFi, but I struggle to even stay connected on my phone here. All in all, decent place to stay, UNLESS you use or need WiFi. Then, I would avoid this hotel.

Johnathan the head bar tender took us under his wing and treated us his brother & sister. Service was excellent. Food was good. The personality & engagement was second to none!

No food after 10.50 pm was a bummer, everything else was fine

It is awesome, the furniture is good . Clean. The stuff are awesome and professional. The location is good almost on the highway. Except avoid going to Washington or bethesda before 9 if you don't have to. The traffic is really bad

Terrible, terrible hotel. The front desk looks alright with recognizable Hilton smell. Well, the rooms are dirty, outdated, with old furniture, dark blankets and shabby sheets. The corridors are old, dirty. This hotel must be closed for renovation immediately. Avoid!

This hotel cannot handle any party properly. I had a 279 people wedding party here and it was a disaster simply because of the carelessness of the hotel staff. Though the we had booked the grand ball room both Friday and Saturday full day, the ball room was not ready for the wedding reception on Saturday. Reception started 20 minutes late. The room was booked until midnight but they wanted us to vacate at 11 pm because they had a party the next day !!!. What a horrible experience. They had promised complimentary menu cards on each table, coffee and tea service, cake distribution, but none of this was done. NONE at all.

Bride and Groom was promised wedding suite with chocolate covered strawberry, Alas, there was not even a room set for them.

Does not deserve one star. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Look elsewhere, if you don't want disappointment.

Beds are very comfortable. Would be nice to have a breakfast but room quality makes up for it.

Clean room, nice marble tile in the bathroom, AC is a little loud. Staff was very helpful. Only issue with COVID rules is that the coffee doesn't get replenished..

Absolutely nothing I've come back about 3 times but in the 4th time will certainly be the last forget everything else you've read and just read this RATTTTTSSSSS RATTTTTTTTSSSSS ALL OVER THE 4th floor from what I heard from a girl who was staying before I came but then I saw for my self with my own 2 eyes go from under one bed under the other then to the closet then under the door only lord knows what room it went to after mine they didn't show up fast enough to see but ROACHES AND RATS ARE MY NO NOS AND I INLY NEED TO SEE ONE TO MAKE ME DISAPPEAR FOR GOOOOD!!!!!

Stains in the hallways, looks old and the house keeping head was anal and charged me $100 for a fruit stain I cleaned after my kid dropped a blackberry

Rooms shabby and dated. Business center not functional. Rooms facing pool had patio doors deadbolted shut. Fire hazard. Staff friendly ( the one star rating.) Not even luggage rack in room.

Room was great. No noticeable cracks on floor, well maintained. There is also a Sushi and a Cafe. This Hilton also has a indoor swimming pool. Free wifi. One thing I was disappointed about was a fridge that costed $25. Over all, it was good, and I would stay here again.

This property is somewhat dated and in need of some TLC. Rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable and great water pressure in showerheads. What lacks in decor and modern looks, it's made up with staffs friendliness. The first room we were assigned had mold on the sides of the bathtub. The second room didn't have that problem but the tub wasn't draining fast enough and by the end of taking a shower, 4 inches of water was standing in the tub. Reported it to the front desk but it was the same the next day.

Its okay for business stays if you don t haven t to pay. I wouldn t rank this more then 2 stars. I needs a makeover! The staff is very nice though.

So many issues. Some great employees (2) which is hard to believe since the General Manager is their worst employee followed by other poor management-- very rude and disrespectful. They do not have their records in order and will harass you and make you do the work to prove they are wrong (wanted me to pay twice)--then not apologize. Do not waste your money at the bar or on food.

No microwave, no fridge, no free breakfast and our reserved room was given away to someone else

A nice reasonably priced hotel close to shopping. Room did not have refrigerator and restaurants were not open when we needed them. Lots of free parking. Room was very clean.

Location was good and staff was very helpful. The climate in my room was set at a very comfortable temperature. I have no complaints about the room and will stay at this Hilton my next trip to DC.

What is wrong with the guy at breakfast? He INSISTS on telling people to get a free voucher when they aren t diamond members. I watched as half a dozen people were sent away and came back empty-handed. It s just a waste of time. And the breakfast sucks, anyway!

Location was very nice with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Our group stayed during the Superbowl and the bar staff was very nice and accommodating!

The room was comfortable. The food and service in the restaurant was great.

Hotel is convenient to where I was working, and nice to stay at. Breakfast is expensive for what it is, approximately 16.00 for a buffet not much different than the free one at Hampton Inn. It comes with custom omlets, which were good, but expensive none the less. Guest room was not ready when I came in to the hotel, had to wait until 6pm until my room was ready. Overall small issues, but I would stay here again if I came to Gaithersburg for work again.

This place was not the greatest. The toilet was broken and the door wouldn't acceot my key the second night

Stayed there from 7.12 to 7.14. Rooms were ok but the rest of the facility was dirty. Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I wish I could post the pictures I have.

Amazing place. So clean and convenient, super easy/on the highway.

We had an advanced booking for 2 nights at this hotel. But when we reached there at night, they said the hotel is fully booked and said we will not be able to do anything. Then after a lot of debate they agreed to find another hotel which was another 25 miles from the hotel and was a horrible one indeed. It didn't have any AC and smelled bad(this was in June 2017). Bear in mind we had a small toddler with us. Then, next day even during there was no communication between their shuttle service and as a result we had to wait for almost 1 hour at the train station. The manager was rude and did not understand the concept of being courteous. Please be very careful before you even think of choosing this hotel. I would rather stay in a small airbnb rather than living here.

The facility and nice and clean and the servers were the very kind. Easy to find my way to the dining halls and bathroom. There is a lot of free parking located around the building.

I was there for a school event and when I walked into the lobby it was great. It was beautiful and the service was amazing.

This is an older remodeled location. It has plenty of parking free!! Also has low price laundry and a pool. Great place to host events.

Very clean and nice-looking lobby with friendly staff. I stayed in a room with two beds in it (with three other people). The room was clean but very cramped. Beds were much narrower than a queen. The bathroom was very hard to walk around in with multiple people. That being said, the hotel provided all of the necessary accommodations that we expected from a 3 star hotel.

I came for employment orientation and training, so I cannot attest to the quality of staying here (though I can imagine it's quite luxurious).

The Bethesda a room is a small conference room that looks to hold 18 to 24 with tables. I'm not sure if my employer brought their equipment for printing and projecting, but the room did have a screen.

The WORST Hilton I've ever stayed in. They completely lost my business Saturday. The room was tiny with roaches and no microwave or refrigerator, the outside pool and jacuzzi was shut down, and the young man never explain the fifty dollar hold on our credit card. And we paid twenty four dollars for TWO drinks, that were incorrectly made at the restaurant that was located within the hotel. Completely unprofessional!

Comfortable stay full of all amenities and luxuries

Worst shuttle service ever. They dont run constantly. Every other hotel with shuttle service I've ever used had shuttles than ran every 15 minutes to popular places...like a metro station. You need to let them know when you want to leave the hotel to get a ride to the metro station. Then it's a 15min wait for the driver to decide to leave. When coming back you have to make a call to the hotel letting them know you need a pick up. Then it's a 30 minute wait AFTER your phone call to get picked up. Its only an 11 minute drive from the hotel to the station.

The room was an upgrade. Didn't have quality furniture. Just didn't look like a gold members room

Functional. Big lobby. Nice shopping and eating complex within 5 min walk of the hotel.

Unfortunately had to stay here numerous times over the years due to better hotels being sold out. Very dated hotel. Rooms smell. Hall way smells. Service is VERY slow at restaurants. No where near enough staff kept to provide acceptable service response times. Staff is good but very overworked.

I let you know that this is a franchise . this is not Original Hilton. The facility somewhat clean . But terrific management. Front desk ladies behaved with me like very very unsatisfactory.

First of All thank you for reading this Post. I stayed two nights in the hotel, The first night I checked in very late. As i went in the hotel , I realized the air-conditioner is not working. It was the top floor . I called the front desk every ten minutes, After fifth call one person came inside the room . He dismantled the air-conditioner and went for 40 min. I was very tired and about to sleep in the room. See the pictures for the evidence. After 5 mins , he said he has fixed the air-conditioner. But Actually it was not fixed. The whole night I was sleeping with sweating.

The next day I was told to change the room with a breakfast coupon. I was not really knew that the breakfast coupon is for the compensation for the one night stay. Later I clarified with another front desk lady . she said you are not allowed to take breakfast coupon. After the end of stay i asked for refund for the first night. they say to get me from travel agent. Travel agent said to take from collect from hotel. I was fighting for more than 6 hours . I was told that the hotel compensated with one coupon.
The hotel management never want to give my refund.

The front desk ladies are most terrific, Please please dont stay this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. I would stay here again if I return to the area. Quiet nights sleep (and it was a Friday night!) Soft, comfy beds; large plush towels and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries!!! The shower head was one of those large spread ones and the water pressure, which can make or break your morning, was hard and plenty!! I recommend this hotel.

I assisted in the Washington mardi gras event here and the place is great though my toilet overflowed twice.

Decent hotel and meeting facilities. Hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations until mid October.

Excellent location, great shuttle service and very nice pool warm and comfortable temperature.
