I'm a good morning person and I think the front desk should say good morning also, my tech was great, he put me at ease,checked on me,let me know every step beforehand. I would recommend others to come here.

Arrived on time for my 2PM appointment. Rooms filled with patients, staff rushing around. Ashly, the radiology tech was impatient and brusque. The way she handled my body was unpleasant. She did not smile or look into my eyes. Many 3D images later and after an ultrasound exam with a careful and thankfully warmer tech, additional mammo images were needed. I finally left the 9th floor at 5:34 PM.

I arrived half hour before my appointment. I had to wait one hour thirty minutes before being called in the back, then another fifteen minutes before the tech called me. This is not acceptable, because as patient we are allowed only fifteen minutes after our appointment time. What is purpose of having a appointment, if you don't honor it.

The new facility is really nice. The registration process moves a lot faster... everything was faster and more streamlined overall. When setting up my appointment I only had to make 1 call. The person conferenced in my doc office and we scheduled both appointments at once! I got a mammo, sono and doc visit completed between 2-4:30pm. At the old place I d probably still be waiting for the mammogram. They have really stepped it up.

I visited the center 3 weeks ago. Upon existing, I requested a CD of testings I took at the center. There was only one staff sitting at the desk. She coldly notified me it would be mailed to my home. Today, after spending 20 minutes on hold to be directed to the center, I found out there was no mail service for medical records by policy. Now, I know she lied straight up to my face, because I was delaying her from going home by requesting a CD. Actually, I sensed that attitude already when I approached her to put my request. She pretended she was not seeing me standing. I cannot believe such unprofessional behavior was boldly performed in this time sensitive industry. While I am going through already emotional and stressful medical situations, this kind of service does not help me stay calm. Can one thing go smoothly, something that we humans can control unlike the medical conditions we cannot control?

I have been going to your facility for years and today I thought it was a little unorganized . I moved my appointment from 3:30 to 1:55 but I wish someone would have told me there were delays . I could have rescheduled instead of waiting for 2 hours. I have never waited this long so it really surprised me. It s nerve recking going for mammograms and the wait makes it worse . Other than that, everyone is very courteous and the technicians make you feel comfortable !

I usually go here for my mammograms. I do not recommend at this time. It is total chaos. I did everything I was asked to do. I showed up 15 min early, followed all precautions. They had several people booked at the same time. We were all herded into a tight space to sit and wait in the freezing cold after we changed Into our gowns. I saw many people who came in afterwards get called, have there test and leave. I waited an hour and 45 min then was put in another room where I waited another 10 min. Staff even came in and asked if I was supposed to be there. Everyone was friendly but very rushed. After that, I was ushered into another waiting room with more people for 30 min until my ultrasound. Wow. Do not go here during COVID. I felt unsafe and angry to have been put in that situation. I had even called the day before to confirm how long it would be. I was told an hour for both. Haha

The staff is very professional, courteous. I like the they were upbeat at my appointment time. My only complaint was trying to call to obtain the appointment. I was on hold for abou 20 mins. I had to call back and leave a call back number. I was called about an hour later.

Great staff, very comfortable process they have for getting your imaging done. Sometimes an MRI can be uncomfortable, going into that tight narrow space inside a big machine, but they are very attentive & sensitive to our feelings! 5 Stars for comfort & another 5 Stars for their flexibility & friendliness when getting your imaging needs scheduled in a timely manner so your Doctors have the intelligence information necessary to help get you healed!

My first time through a CT Scan/radiology center so I have no other reference point. Everyone was pleasant and generous with their time, especially for those patients with difficulties understanding the procedures there were about to undergo or had limited mobility.

I was a walk in for an x-ray. I asked for an estimate of how long it would be as well as the cost. I was given a 30 minute wait time (which turned out to be 10-15 mins) and the price I paid was 1/12th of what I was going to pay at the hospital. I was in and out, provided with my necessary paperwork to access the work done and was told my doc should have the results in the AM. Very glad I came here.

When I finally got my MRI done (on my second visit to this site for that purpose), things went smoothly and efficiently. But, the first day did not go that way:

I had asked, when making the appointment, how long I should allow for the MRI. The response was One hour should be enough. Some time for registration and 20-30 minutes for the actual procedure. .

But, when I arrived for my appointment, despite repeatedly returning to the reception desk and asking about my status / urging them to make sure I could get in for my procedure soon, I spent one hour and 25 minutes there without ever getting brought in for my MRI.

The front desk assured me they had alerted the supervisor in the medical bay of my pressing schedule. But, what I eventually learned, too late for it to be useful, was that the MRI machine I was scheduled to use had fallen behind schedule for some reason. And the delays meant I couldn t have the procedure done that day and still make the appointment I had scheduled elsewhere 2 hours after this one.

They were very kind about it. They even offered to put me in a taxi, pay for it, and send me to their Park Avenue facility for an MRI there. But, I needed to be elsewhere and that didn t work, so I had to reschedule the procedure and return the next morning when all went smoothly.

I suggest they improve their customer / staff communication process so that, if / when this occurs, patients are informed sooner rather than later. Maybe, the telephone reception should also explain that waiting times can vary, based on the number of patients present st any given time, and suggest those coming in allow more time than I was gonna informed I would need.

My original appointment was at a different location on which they insisted I be there by 7 for a 7:30am appointment for which I was however the receptionist did not show up until 7:40am to which she announced to the few of us waiting that it was fine only one of us had a 7:30 appointment. The tech at the first location tried forcing me and a cage into the machine which broke the track on the machine. They told me they called all the other locations and no one had time to see me. This test was very important as I had another appointment that day that I needed the images for. I called the main office and was put on touch with two supervisors who got me into the Columbus circle location which was so helpful. Unfortunately upon arriving no one knew who I was or that I had an appointment. The front desk staff had no idea who the supervisor I spoke to was and then fought with me about getting me into the machine and my insurance coverage which farther delayed my procedure. When that finally got settled the MRI tech listened to me about how we normally scan my body he was very nice,helpful and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable during my procedure. I would go back to this location hopefully will less drama surrounded by it. I was happy they made the test happen. My 7:30am MRI didn't get over until 11:45am it was a very long day.

I ve had a terrible experience here!! First no one answers the phone after being on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and then being hung up on several times! I took me 4 days and several calls to finally get through to a person to make my appointment. When I finally came in last week for my appointment the front desk told me I needed to reschedule because I only has $15 of my $19 copay and I forgot my credit card at home so all i had was the $15 cash! The front desk called a manager and the manager confirmed that I could not be seen because I did t have an additional $4!!!!! I was also told on the phone that i could not bring my toddler with me so i had to areange daycare for 2 days, which cost much more than $4!! Overall very unhappy with this place and will be advising my Dr. not to recommend it to her patients!

Had MRI June 3rd, today is 6/28. I was told that a CD of my results was mailed 6/11 & since they sent it to the wrong apt# I never received it. Supposedly they sent another one 6/20 - never received that one either. I don't know if these people are liars or just totally incompetent. On the other hand, it could be the fault of the post office. There's no way to know but now I have to be totally inconvenienced because I will physically have to make a trip to one of their facilities in order to get my CD. Extremely annoying & frustrating - this isn't rocket science so I don't understand what's so difficult in putting something in the mail. Very poor opinion of the Columbus Circle office.

The front desk is overwhelmed with too many appointments. They try their best but obviously they have a terrible system and over scheduled so I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. But when I saw that MRI practitioner he explained next to nothing about the procedure and what I should expect, I could barely understand him and that made me nervous and eventually scared when I went into that machine. It was without a doubt one of the worst experiences of my life. If your doing something as specific at this the staff should be trained to explain and make you feel at ease. This office is the least recommended facility I can imagine possible.

My doctor sent me to LHR for an MRI. My appointment was for 1pm and I arrived at 12:40pm. I was not seen until 1:25pm however everyone at the facility was very nice. I was very scared but the doctor who was doing my MRI explained the process and helped calm my nerves. Everyone was very friendly.

I've been with New York Radiology Partners for a while now. The new place is large, spacious and clean. The staff is nice and professional. My appointment was for 11:15 am on a Saturday, I was in and out quickly in time to go for lunch and check out the street fair up the block.

I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment. Then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes before being taken back to have my MRI. Once in the MRI the technician giving me the test had me placed in an extremely uncomfortable positioning with my arms above my head. Having had this done test 6 month prior it seemed odd to have to be in this position for such an extended time trying to remain still and calm. The technician gave me a hard time for moving and when I explained to him i had to move my arm because my shoulders were shaking. He than moved my arms to my sides. Which seems like a perfectly normal position for the body to be in for the extent of having an MRI with and without contrast. Definitely not going to return to this facility.

Went in for a routine mammogram and was there for 2hrs!! Apparently they were backed up but NOBODY said anything. And normally I am ALL for hands on training but my trainee got MINIMAL directions so she was VERY HANDS ON with my breasts. So not only was it VERY uncomfortable with all the 'handling' it was also PAINFUL because of the excessive pressure put on my breasts in the machine to the point that I had to continually tap out. So no, not a very good experience for me at this location.

The staff was great , very friendly and accommodating. The procedures was quick and comfortable ! I was kind of worried about taking the Mri, due to the fact I suffer from claustrophobia. I explained this to scheduling dept. and the were also great about get the best and Quicks appt. for me. The tech was also great and went out of his way to make me comfortable and relaxed during procedure!!! All round a great place!!!

I don t know what happened here, new staff or new protocols? The Staff from intake to the Technician have unfriendly attitude.I requested for a medical certificate after my mammogram and it s seemed to be like an extra task I asked from them. I have been a Client since I started having my Mammography and I am sad to say this is it. I am very very disappointed with the service.
