The staff at New York Radiology Partners were very kind and compassionate during my medical visit. They were patient and very professional with helping me receive the best care possible.

Nice waiting area on 9th floor. Helpful staff, 15-20 minute wait before I was called for my procedure. There are lockers in the back dressing area to store your items. Doctors and technicians are professional and courteous - especially for nervous patients as myself. I was treated very well.

Receptionist's are professional and nice! Medical Technician was very professional and was nice and knew what she was doing! The only complaint was the wait time as my bladder was full for a test. Had to ask the receptionist when I would be called. She went right to the back and I was called in, this was very helpful!

My appointment was at 8am and I arrived on time. I filled out my paperwork in 5 minutes. There were only 2 other people waiting. I was taken to the MRI room at 8:50am. I had to ask 3 people how much longer and no one apologized for the wait. Everyone was taking their time and I mentioned I would have to reschedule a meeting at work if I didn t get taken in soon. There was no sense of urgency. It s very frustrating as I ve been there several times this year to this location and there s always some issue.

Lenox Hill Radiology, Columbus Circle Imaging (you'll find them on Broadway between 58th and 59th on the East Side of the Street) was great. I was just having regular X-rays so I didn't have to schedule. Check in was very efficient and folks were very nice. The technician, Sean, was also great and checked each image to make sure that it was exact before moving onto the next. This is definitely a location and organization that I highly recommend.

I've been going to West Side Radiology for over 20 years. They have now merged and moved to this new location. So it seems iits now double the amount of patients waiting to get whatever tests they are there for. With that said people complain about the wait time. I've always said getting a mammogram or somogram takes time. The techs need to take multiple shots and then you must wait for the radiologist to read the results. I always resign myself to the fact that this type of doctor's visit takes time. A lot of time. And it's worth it. As a breast cancer survivor, I appreciate how thorough the techs and radiologists are here.. Everyone who works in this office from the receptionists, to the techs are pleasant and most important caring. You will not find a more personable place. I give it four stars for the simple reason that ever since the merger the wait time has become slightly longer.

Did not have to wait to be registered, and was seen pretty quickly for the x-rays. I felt the technician was experienced and took into account the information I gave him. Staff was professional and pleasant. I just don t like going down to the basement.

The facilities and the staff are good. However, the waiting time is too long. I visited this place twice and everyone I had to wait one hour. It would have been good if they can allow filling of forms online before hand to save some time

I had a last mi Ute need for an ultrasound appointment with contrast referred by another Dr.s office.
I tend to get nauseous from the barium liquid so when I got to the site, at Columbus Circle, I was shocked with the test requested by the Other Drs office. This facility calmed my nerves, and after a 30 minute panic attack, a kind Dr. Mike recommended a different substance for contrast
They calmed and comforted me, and after 2.5 hours, the test was done. This sight is exceptional with cleanliness, help., smarts and most importantly compassion.
I was more impressed with how they handled the stressful situation of a nervous patient than the Drs office who sent over the referral.
The front desk manager Carissa and Dr. Mike are assets to any medical facility. I can t thank them enough.

I have been going to that location for many years mainly for annual mammogram. There have been a few changes which I m not too keen on.
Welcoming agent was ok then directed to window to assistant. To complete the form I had to stand there but was allowed to sit to complete I guess an unimportant form. Is this really necessary?
Waiting in the waiting room for the specialist seemed longer this time but the mammogram was done professionally and quick.

Very warm and friendly. I'm having difficulty walking and the receptionist brought my papers to me so that I wouldn't have to walk back to her. And Karen who performed the 3D mammography is great. Great sense of humor and helps you to feel so comfortable and at ease.

Staff was incredible, kind, respectful, caring and gentle. Amazing experience. The only down side was that the appointment was scheduled for 12:00 and I went in at almost 2:00.

It is impossible to get through to this facility on the phone. All communications seems to be through the web site.(ok for shopping, not for medical exams!) The last time I went for an annual exam, there was such a long wait that many, many people all began to shout in frustration. When I finally finished, I was told that my results would be online and I would have to make my next appointment online. In the past, before this disastrous merged "network" I could make a follow up appointment at the desk and my results were mailed to me.
The machines and technicians are the same (or better in the case of the machines as I found repeatedly after my half hour wait on hold) HOWEVER, the general atmosphere of chaos and grievance can not possibly create an a place where techs or clericals can be sure to do their best job. This is the kind of place where could so easily happen while patients just give up on making an appt. Bad bureaucratic cultures don't ever mix well with medical care. I'm going somewhere else.

A two (2) wait for a confirmed 8am appointment with an on time arrival, which included a 40 minute wait with a catheter dangling from my arm waiting for a room to be available. Beyond outrageous disregard. Unspeakable!! Do yourself a favor and find another facility to do your MRI

Everyone I spoke with this morning at New York Radiology Partners was courteous, professional, and kind. I wasn't sure what to expect, but from the moment I asked them for a realistic time frame, they were capable and direct with me. This should not be so rare, but it is -- so I'm extra grateful.

My appointment was at 10:00 and I didn t get called until 11:30. This isn t the first time I ve had to wait for a while before getting seen. I get that today was Good Friday but if they knew they were going to be shortstaffed then they should have cut back on appointments scheduled for that day. The staff is very nice and was very apologetic.

Unfortunately, although my experience in the waiting room, and actual time it took for my visit was much improved from last year's, still found this site extremely lacking in personability, techs, and ease. It seems since this site is predominately African-American, or minorities, so are the staff, which were not at all able to deal with myself, as a white older female. From the time I walked in the door and the very young lady who was a minority with the haughty attitude and mocked my pronunciation, to the radiology tech who was not able to deal with a white woman unless she made her feel much less intelligent than she. The tech was also African American and obviously, since most of the patients this morning were also, I was the odd man out. Very disappointing experience, and will not return there, although the Caucasian receptionist who helped me was one of the best and most professional I've dealt with at that location. Perhaps minorities personnel should be appropriately assigned to deal with minority patients, and non-minority personnel should deal with non-minority patients.

I was late and they still saw me and the staff was so nice and helpful and I still got out in record time. My procedure was to look at fibroids. This procedure can be very painful and uncomfortable but the staff was very nice and respectful towards my feelings of feeling uncomfortable and really worked hard to make me feel comfortable and I want to thank him for that . I will definitely definitely recommend New York radiology to anyone and everyone that are looking for sonograms.

Arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment. 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment, we were finally seen. There are all sorts of reasons a diagnostic schedule could be pushed 45 minutes late. However, there are also all sorts of reasons a person could post a negative review. Here's one of them: NY Radiology Partners patient scheduling/management sucks. If we had been told they were running late, or told they might, they might suck less.

All was well and esp. the technician Morder was kind and great (mammogram).
To improve: when I scheduled by phone they did not reiterate the office had moved so I was a half hour late and had to run from 59 St. Maybe include across from Nordstrom Men
At 1590 Broadway because the sign is hard
to see. More chairs are needed in the waiting room by where you get the mammogram.

When I get to waiting room the person at the front desk after I put my name cause I saw the book I asked her if I have to feel any document and she just have a sit you will be call but after a while I got up and asked her again then she gave me document to fill out and before I finished a blonde and very unhappy lady asked to finish the document while she was asking me question . Very unpleasant person no even smile on her face and not only with me cause I look if treated others the same .
Also I gave my insurance Inf . When I schedule the appointment and ask how much will be my part but usually is only my copay and I ended up paying $276. That I was no prepared for .and the Chinese person who did my mammogram was like a robot maybe was not my lucky day .
Only when I asked to another person if I was ready to go . She was very nice when answering my question

Unacceptable wait time.

Unacceptable wait time.
3 years in a row I've had to wait over 1 1/2 hour just to see a technician and then you wait some more. You spend 2 hours for just a simple routine mammogram. Awful management. Over scheduling.

I was misinformed on paperwork that was supposed to be brought, and was unable to get half of my service do to this technicality. The receptionists were rude and uncaring, only caring about the fact that it was near the end of their work day. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the technician that assisted me was extremely friendly and did her job very well.

My appointment with New York Radiology Partners was booked easily and scheduled very soon from the time of my call. On the day the waiting time was minimal. The staff were very courteous and pleasant. My CT tech was professional but easygoing. In total I can't cite one thing that could be improved!

As women we know this examination can be life saving especially with early detection. All my years of having an annual mammogram I always dread that awful machine...My technician Crystal was one of the best I've had in many many years...she was excellent and if she's there on my next annual I will request her.

I had a10am appt, waiting room was packed, waited more than hour for a mammogram .and the wait would have been longer iif I had not approached the front desk twice to understand why I was stiIl waiting. Disappointing and late for next appointment. The technician was the most robotic person I have ever experienced in the medical arena, to the point of almost feeling as if I were a product in a factory instead of a human being.

I have been to many doctors and many clinics and I must say that the Radiology Partners at 5 Columbus Circle is probably the most efficient one I have ever visited. It is clean, welcoming and they do not waste your time. I have never waited to be seen for more then 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I give them 5 stars.

I was very upset with my experience here everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to tech to doctor was rude with no bed side manner. I was chastised by reception for asking where to sign in, and was questioned incessantly by the tech, who implied I was wrong for following my doctors request to come in for a sonogram for a lump in my breast. They didn t take into account whatsoever the vulnerability and fear I felt, while being examined for what could have possibily been cancer.
