I arrived early, and everything went as scheduled. The staff is very courteous, and some of them are funny, too. The front desk staff make sure that I understood the paperwork and the amount of the copay. All in all, the staff seems to work well as a team, and they seem to authentically care about the clients. This was my second time at this facility in 6 years. The same was true back then as it is now. Four stars for excellence plus one for consistency.

I just left this facility and it is top notch. The place is very clean, everyone explains everything thoroughly to you, the doctors and technicians are amazing. I had four woolens come into the MRI room because my veins are so bad. They kept apologizing to me but it was my veins that were giving them a hard time. They wouldn t give up and we re super nice. I highly recommend this facility.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this locatio...

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location from the Security misdirection, receptionist unprofessional rude to patients and technical difficulties that prolonged the MRI scan...I think this practice won t stay open too long without a change of staff. Beautiful internally but horrible rude staff. Saw several patients have issues but none spoke out. I had to ger into it with receptionist named Teresa the worst, before she began to kill me with kindness as she put it while whispering to another receptionist, completely unprofessional because she was called out. I would never be back or refer anyone here.

I had a Sereotastic breast biopsy at this location yesterday. My apointment was at 8 am they took me in for the procedure at 8:10 I was done with it by 9:30- The staff was caring understanding and comforting, the procedure was not painful only the positioning was uncomfortable but once the numbing worked I felt nothing. The doctor was very nice and talked me through the procedure. Its such a scary time for a woman they did a good job just being there and calming the panic I felt . Thank you

The staff is very pleasant and professional. They took me in a timely manner and the rooms are clean. Also, the technician doing my MRI ask how I was let me know when he was starting the dye and how much time I had left. He also let me know that the images looked good before I got up to go change. This was my second time going there and both experiences were very good.

The very first time I walk into any office I use all my senses to get to know if it s the right place for me. I didn t want to keep looking so fortunately this office is so far the right one. The experience (before, during and after) is anxiety provoking but the staff is welcoming so that lessens the stress a bit. They clean everytbing they could think of besides hotspots and bathrooms during this pandemic. I ask questions and they answer. So far I feel comfortable going there. Hope I won t look elsewhere.
We always hope results are good yet we want accurate results and detect early.

Disappointing! Even though the MRI technicians and the front desk agents are nice it was not a great experience to book schedule wise. The reason I was not being given an earlier appointment, I was told, it was because of how insurance works. I had to be "firm" as to what my needs were and, eventually, we were able to fix it. Also, I was given a precise amount I needed to pay, higher than my regular co-pay, and was told that it was because I had to meet an outstanding deductible. I paid the amount but after that I got an outstanding bill on top of it. When I called to inquire I was told that the previous amount quoted was an estimate, which sounds not right since it included cents and estimates are usually whole numbers. I hope I don't need another MRI but I will probably not be going there.

A two (2) wait for a confirmed 8am appointment with an on time arrival, which included a 40 minute wait with a catheter dangling from my arm waiting for a room to be available. Beyond outrageous disregard. Unspeakable!! Do yourself a favor and find another facility to do your MRI

In spite of my gastroenterologist telling me that ...

In spite of my gastroenterologist telling me that everything was set with NY Radiology, because I had not heard back from your organization and wanted this much-needed test conducted in a timely fashion, I was provided with your phone number. When I called, there was no data to support my requisitioned test for an MRI of my abdomen. I had to provide most of the identifying information and the name of the Dr. seemed to be an unknown name and I was asked to spell it twice. I spoke to Faye who finally booked my appointment for the following day on Tuesday, Nov. 13th. When I contacted my doctor s office immediately afterwards to share the experience, they could not understand why it was so challenging when they had filed the request and it was confirmed that all the necessary paperwork by your organization was received. Nonetheless, all s well that end s well, but a frustrating process that should have been unnescessary and streamlined in an easier fashion.

I came in for my appt this afternoon. My prescription was written as an mri for my shoulder and my neck but the prescription was read wrong by your staff and only the mri for my shoulder was scheduled Now I have to come back on Monday to have my neck done and pay an additional $75 copay. Not to mention your staff charged me and additional $300 and when I contacted my insurance they said this was not supposed to be charged so now I will be reimbursed $300 but I will still have to pay and additional $75 copay when I come in for my appt on Monday because your staff is negligent and does not know how to read. Not happy.

The wait was long. Check in and front desk super nice. Frustrating process from sonogram to waiting area to X-ray room With little directions of next steps. Sonogram tech had lubricant liquid all over, didn t ask to wipe it off when going to other side also, lubricant was all over cable which got on other parts of me. Frustrating! Lastly, we should be told exactly what s going to happen so we can understand what the tech is doing and for how long. We seem to be in an a sort of assembly line. Not knowing what s happening is very frustrating. Could have been because they were busy with city opening after quarantining.

The technician (Mobry) was amazing! She understood the benefit of manual compressions as I have small dense breasts. She was quick and thorough and made the whole procedure less painful.

The technician I had for my mammogram was not friendly. Very cold and direct on what she wanted. This experience is very nerve decking for me, and it does not help or make it easier to have someone who acts like a robot. Disappointed about my experience.

I arrived 20 minutes early to make sure all paper was done for my 10 am appointment. The person who took my paper work need help. It turned out that my doctor did not indicate that I needed an ultrasound in addition to the mammo. The woman to her left of her told her to call and have them fax it over but to go ahead and process everything so that I could have my mammo and after the mammo they should have the rx for the ultrasound. This was done at 9:55. I told them that I had to go to work so it was important that I not sit and wait and I wanted to do my mammo. The woman on the left assured me that it would not hold me up because the mammo was separate. As I patiently waited, I saw other women being called for their mammo. I went to the woman and asked why were women going before me and the woman to her right said because I did not have the ultrasound referral. It was 10:20 pass ny appointment time. Rather than apologize, I detected a little attitude. The manager came out and asked what happened only for them to tell her that i did not have the ultrasound rx and that they were waiting for it. They said that the office said Mt doctor was with a patient. So to sum it up if I had not said anything I would still be sitting there. This was an annual mammo and ultrasound that I do every year with you. I was very dissatisfied because I was an hour late for work.

Arrived on time and I was taken aback when I saw the waiting room totally filled. I was able to sign in and one of the nice woman at the front desk took my insurance card, my photo ID and my co-pay. I had to complete some forms and shortly after that, my name was called. The woman who performed the bone density exam was kind and she easily explained what the test would entail. It was extremely easy as you do not have to undress. She was very specific of where she wanted me on the table. There were three positions and in less than 15 minutes, the test was over. It was a very good experience and she said that the report would be available on Monday, or the latest, on Tuesday. I thanked her for her lovely and sweet personality and I told her that she is perfect for doing her job as she makes the patient comfortable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone one and everyone whose doctor prescribes a bone density exam.

My radiologist nurse (whose name was a little tricky and I can t remember ) was so incredible. Kind and genuinely helpful loving and amazing. She made an uncomfortable treatment comforting and comfortable which is hard to do. I think her name was Ooma? Something with an O. Thank you to my amazing nurse.

The people I dealt with at the front desk and the technicians who performed my tests were courteous, professional, and skillful. The booking and office procedures, however, were convoluted and time-consuming. It took two phone calls and a lengthy online session to book a routine screening mammogram. It shouldn t take an hour to book a routine appointment. And I didn t see the technician until 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Not impressed.

Very hard to manage time - xrays are considered walkin but there is always a line.

The staff then have to create the appointment, instead of giving users schedule ahead of time

Be prepared to spend half a day for an x-ray

The process of signing in, filling out forms, and being seen moved along efficiently and everyone was pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the volume of the TV: nobody seemed to be watching or listening to it and the medical news/info station playing was more stressful than calming. After asking if it could be turned off, someone did thankfully turn the volume down.

I arrived at 2 pm (as requested) for my 2:15 pm appointment for a mammogram and sonogram. I left at 4:45. This is unacceptable. It took one hour to get released from the initial waiting room, where I was then brought to the area to change and asked to wait again (this time there were not enough seats and people had to stand). You are clearly booking too many appointments for the amount of staff and equipment you have. People lose valuable time and money for missing work and they should not have to for a basic annual test that takes ten minutes. The staff members themselves were lovely but had to be constantly apologizing to patients over the waits.

The fact that they kept me waiting 2 hours from my appointment time (for which I showed up 15 minutes early, as they requested) is unconscionable. I have been coming to this location for years, and dismissed other reviews about the long wait now that the facility is under new ownership. I am never returning to this place that has so little respect for my time. I was not the only livid patient there. This is their new normal. Do not go here unless you want to wait forever.

Very clean facility. Desk staff seem a little harried and uninterested but I don t envy their position which makes them a target for complaints that should be directed to a flawed healthcare system and doctors offices not coming through on their end with proper paperwork and authorizations. The MRI assistants were very helpful and considerate though.

I had an amazing experience at Columbus Circle Imaging, which says a lot considering I had panic attacks all week. All the woman were lovely and made my appointment as smoothe as possible. They were so comforting and understanding. I was absolutely terrified and have a severe fear of needles but Lizette Padilk made my time there so much easier! I had to hug her as I was leaving. I am so incredibly thankful for lizette and all the staff there you are all so great. Thank you!
