I've been coming here for all my imaging needs. it's a great place. efficient (though wait time can be long - just bring a book you've been meaning to read forever...) and the ultrasound techs are master technicians. it's a good facility, i trust their radiologists and i'm digging the electronic access to my records.

There's not much to say besides the fact of walking in and walking back out in less than 25 minutes. The facility was mint clean. The xray technician's wonderful, the receptionists patient and courteous. I wish every doctor visit was efficiently operated like this LH Radiology location. I had a grand experience. Thanks guys.

New York Radiology Partners provided a great experience from the time I walked in the doors. Everyone was very nice. They exhibited the best combination of kindness and helpfulness without sacrificing efficiency, as they were busy! We've all had negative experiences at healthcare provider offices, but New York Radiology Partners was at the opposite end of the spectrum.

Terrible wait time! I ve scheduled 2 appointments with them. First time for annual mammogram the wait after check in was an hour and a half. I needed a follow up exam and scheduled app at 12 noon. Again checked in fairly fast at the front room, but wait time in the back room has been over 1 hour 30min still waiting as I m writing this, receptionist is saying 4 people is still in front of me, everyone is yelling they ve been waiting here for an hour. Staff is nice, they know it s bad, but there s no solution on their end. It s covid time and people are indoors in the crowded rooms sitting for nearly 2 hours! Not safe and terrible service for the patients. 2 stars for nice staff.

The New York Radiology Partners at 5 Columbus Circle is a clean, well lit, and easy to get to place The personnel is affable, kind, and knowledgeable. The technician was friendly and made me feel at ease before entering the MRI room.

Worst experience ever, going here. Waited for an hour and a half there and clients that arrived after me got seen before me. Time was passing by and noticed how the same thing was happening. One of the staff came to let me know they did not forget about me and offer an apology for the inconvenience. Is a shame how you arrive at a place having an appointment and a walk in client is seen before you and got there after me?

Efficient check-in. although I did have to wait. Very personable technician who did the actual bone density scan. Answered my questions and was happy to give me results of past scans for comparison.

After having agonizing sessions with the mammogram...

After having agonizing sessions with the mammogram, I was told that I will have breast biopsy. I did not have any biopsy done with me before. With uncertainty of the possible results of biopsy I was scared. But when Dr Agonafer came to do my biopsy, who was very professional, clear, empathetic and cheerful, I was reassured I will be in good hands. She did the biopsy very efficiently and with professionalism. She explained beforehand what is going to happen. I was comforted by that.
Also the very next day she took the time to call me immediately with the good results. I was really grateful it was her who did the procedure. Her doing it made a lot of difference. Thank you for Dr Agonafer

Amazing. Everyone was so accommodating - efficient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. I admit that sometimes I skip reviews or just forget to do them, but in this case I made a mental note to make sure I complete one. My experience at Lenox Hill - Columbus Circle made my day!

I waited for an hour. The technician was nice, but the woman at the desk acted exasperated that my doctor had emailed them my prescription instead of giving it to me. Probably won't choose to go there again.

Excellent timing, in an out in less than a half hour which historically does not exist. To further add, I was late a half hour due to prior appointment. They were able to get me in right away, tested and given the green light all under 30 minutes. Bravo! Keep up the excellent customer service:)

Very busy and full of patients when I arrived, but I was registered and taken for my first scan in a timely manner! The only wait time here is for the elevators. Staff was very friendly and professional!

The technician, who unfortunately I can't remember his name was awesome. Explained everything to me, understood I was using the open MRI because I can't stand to be closed in. Made suggestions for me to be more comfortable. The front desk, professional, but not personable. But overall, a good experience.

This place is HORRIBLE! I waited 2 hours for my appointment with no explanation or apology. I usually go to Lenox Hill and they are great.

When I asked the radiologist about it she said they ve complained to the scheduling department but nothing happens. She said it s normal for patients to wait well over an hour.

Obviously they care way more about money than their patients. Boo on them!

On top of that it was a painful mammogram. I get them every year and have never had one hurt.
Don t use them.
They don t care.

I had a terrible experience. I agree with others about a 1-hr or so wait time. That is not what my concern is. I am giving this a 1 star because the technicians were impatient, rough, talked AT me or complained about other doc s/staff. Orders of don t move, stand straight, don;t bend your knees were impatiently barked at me. They were not gentle, patient and shoved me into the machine while yelling out orders and seem disgruntled. I was the last person out of my room area, maybe they wanted to go home and was annoyed . I felt handled, pushed, with no prior instructions that I was doing /standing wrong. Such a humiliating experience for a scary screening. NO client empathy, I felt uncared for. Maybe they were having a bad long day but please.... it is a mammogram .. a stressful anxiety provoking mandatory doctors visit. If I can give 0 rating, I would . :( please have the technician be more respectful, empathetic, kind and give the client instructions to stand rather than yell at them to not move as an instruction. :( terrible experience. I am in the helping field too and wouldn t treat a person this way.

The technician was personable & helpful. There was some difficulty positioning my Breast correctly but she asked another technician to help & that worked out well.

In the past the doctors looked at the scans & gave me feedback within the hour. I m very sorry that the personalized attention is no longer part of the experience.

Personal is professional and their equipment is clean and new. But they take too long to call to get an exam done. My appointment was at 10am and I did not get out of there until 3 hours later.

People who work there were nice and helpful but waiting time was too long. It took me 4 hours to get out. But I would probably come back for my annual mammogram test because it s located in Columbus circles which is very convenient for me as far as location.

The person Victor who set up my appointment was VERY nice and compassionate which I appreciated. As was LaDonna who did my sonogram. However, I waited over a half an hour. And after my sonogram I was ordered to get a diagnostic mammogram. The ads on the in office TV were for chemo drugs (Neurastha) and can FREAK someone out

First time using this office. Will never return. Had a 3d mammogram and a breast sonogram. Both are humbling uncomfortable procedures. The technicians at this office made it worse. No one introduces themselves or even looks you in the eye. I was treated like a piece of meat. They were so rough with the mammogram and the sonogram it was horribly painful and I was sure I'd have bruises the next day. While I didn't, I am still sore and very tender the next day. It was the most invasive procedure I've ever had. It shouldn't and doesn't have to be this way. I will never return.

I was referred here by my gynecologist for an HSG test to check for any infertility issues. I was taken before my actual appointment time. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They made the whole procedure very calm and simple. I was finished within 10 minutes, which was before my husband could even make it there from work. I highly recommend Columbus Circle Imaging.

technicians were sensitive to any discomforts. It was the easiest and lease painful mammogram I have had to date and I have had about a dozen.

I had an 11:30am appointment for a mamo. I arrived early at approx 11am. I was taken in the back about 25 minutes later. The back was a small waiting area, where I sat till 12:20pm for my mamo. I could not believe how long I waited. No one apologize for the wait. I understand about being early, but still it was 50 minutes after my schedule appointment.

From the lobby I was sent to the 9th floor, signed in, no offer of papers to fill out or request for insurance card. After 10mins I asked about when I would be get papers and was told 'we'll get to you when we finish with other patients.' I asked if i was in the right place for an MRI - FINALLY I was told to go to the basement.

This lack of procedure unnecessarily delayed things considerably. No thanks to the upstairs lack of organization or concern for patient's time.

When I finally arrived in the correct location, things moved smoothly. The team administering my MRI were responsive to my concerns and the test proceeded well. Thanks to this team.

The receptionists are not all friendly, or as polite as they should be. However, the ACTUAL staff that attended to my radiologic needs were very polite and professiional Hope i do not need to choose another site on my next routine visit.

I was extremely nervous about getting the MRI, despite it being Open. The receptionist was a bit brash but overall pleasant. I scheduled an early morning appointment due to my work schedule - both waiting rooms were quiet and clean, and I did not have to wait long. The technicians were very helpful! They were calm and explained each step to me fully, which really aided in my ability to relax. They also allowed my Schmoop to come into the room with me, which enabled me to get through the procedure with his emotional support. Very happy I chose this location!

Just had my annual mammogram. The facility is well run; I was taken in on time and the staff are professional and friendly. I also had a sonogram and then was seen by the doctor. She was also reassuring and professional. I highly rate this facility and I will be returning every year. I travel from Staten Island but the trip and the tolls are worth every penny for this top rate service.

The intake staff is AMAZING. The service and the actual time to get in and out were great. Still, after you get through the intake group, and when you are ushered into a roomful of women with robes, you think, I am never getting out of here! But it went really fast. So, if there were a way of managing expectations (so stress levels don t go through the roof), I would rate this place with 5 stars.

Terrible! Staff was kind and courteous however my results were supposed to be STAT and time was SUPER important! It s now 18 hours later.... and my Dr still has not gotten my results. Unacceptable. I won t be using this facility again.
