Great purchasing experience with ARMAN at Don Valley North Toyota. A friend referred me and he did not disappoint. Very smooth and efficient without the shady tactics you'd typically find in this industry. I pre-ordered a vehicle and periodic updates were provided up until pickup day. On pickup everything was explained thoroughly, he helped me setup the remote connect service and even installed the cargo liner. Bottom line is next time I'm looking for a car, Arman will be the first person I call.
