Yesterday, I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment for maintenance. I was told by the service advisor that it would only take 3 hours to finish the service and he'd give me a call when it was done. 3 hours had passed but no call received from him, so I called Toyota to check the status. The advisor told me he would check again and would call me back. So I waited for an hour and again did not receive a call. It was already 5:00 p.m. so I decided to go to DVN Toyota to check on my car in person. I approached the service advisor and he told me to wait for another 30 mins to an hour as they were still working on my vehicle. I was so upset and so DISAPPOINTED!!! Seriously?? 8-1/2 hours to do the maintenance??? Please note my SUV is only 1-year old and no major repair needed to be done!!!
