Sales was great but you are soon forgotten after sales papers are signed but that is probably the same at most dealerships. I bought my car in August from here and you would think that they would give a deal on winter tires...Nope... I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The worst place. Never going this place ever again. They are the most arrogant people over there. Went there for more tan a week. But still no help. Definitely not recommend to any person who want a Toyota from this place.

You can call it fate or coincidence, but having Sam Naouakil sell me my 2010 Toyota Venza was the biggest and most rewarding experience this 2015.

This man is not just a sales person, he is an epitome of generosity and meekness. In my search for the right Toyota Venza, I visited nearly all the Toyota dealership in the GTA and was on the verge of giving up when a friend of mine referred me to DVN Toyota.

I called beforehand to make a general inquiry towards a Venza stock I saw on their website and I was connected to Mr. Naouakil. He confirmed the vehicle I wanted was still in stock and further invited me to come check it out while promising to treat me well (which I initially thought was lip service).

Long story short, Sam "the Greek" as he is fondly called, kept true to his words. He relentlessly worked with me to get my new Venza and spent a lot of time on the day of delivery, gently and carefully answering all the questions I had without the slightest show of impatience. Oh! Did I mention the subsequent calls he made to me after delivery to find out how my car was and if I had any more questions or concerns?

This I think is a rare quality found in our contemporary sales world marred with rude, impatient and insensitive persons. Most of them only care about the money you are bringing them but not how the after effects of the business transaction affects you.

More so, Sam as a person is very jovial, funny, very intelligent and knowledgeable about the automotive business. Within the little while I have known him, his colleagues speak so fondly of him as he has the best rapport with all and sundry. I mean, what other type of person would you rather deal with? Someone who has a constant beam of smile albeit!

Sam "the Greek" is just an angel in human form. Simple and short. I will always go back there just to say hi and the Don Valley North Toyota is lucky to have him as their representative.

Sam, if you ever see this review, just know that people like you are hard to come by these days. Don't change for any reason because the world needs you.

Had a great experience leasing a car while working with Peter Wan and the manager, Moses. They had lots of patience explaining everything that we didn't understand. In the end, we got a car that we had wanted in a long time (within a VERY reasonable price range). This is one of many times that I've leased a car from Don Valley North Toyota, and I'm glad to say that each time is a wonderful experience. No matter what, they always work out the situation to ensure that we as customers are happy with the leasing terms. Most importantly though, our happy experience was all due to their wonderful customer service skills!

Terrible service! Don't trust this dealer! I wanted to buy a car but the service was so bad. The person helping was so rude and judgmental. I was not comfortable at all!!! If you can buy a car for the same price at another dealership, go to that one instead. Not worth the stress to go to this place!

I leased a 2012 Toyota Prius from this dealership, had no issues at all, till I wanted to buy the car out at the end of the lease term. They forced me to get a CarFax "for my protection" (which incidentally I paid for but did not get). I got my safety certificate from my own mechanic, which I gave them. They transferred the car in my name but did not transfer my plates! So I had to go to the ministry myself. I confirmed from the ministry that they could have done it at the same time. The excuse for not doing it ? Cause the did not perform the safety -- lame excuse! they had the original safety certificate I provided them which they used for the ownership change. Additionally, I had to follow up with them to confirm the outstanding amount many times. Getting different figures from different people. All verbally. Awful experience.

I went to do a lease transfer without a prior appointment and was promptly shown to an advisor who was very pleasant to work with. She got the paperwork done very efficiently and got the approval within the hour.

I am extremely happy with my experience and would definitely continue being a customer with them.

It took me 8 hours to purchase a lease vehicle from DVNT. I got passed around to 3 sales people in three different offices, upstairs and down stairs, all of them wanting to sell me useless extras on the car. After 7 hours of saying no they finally stopped.

I have leased from Aurora Toyota and it only took me 30 min to purchase a car.

Over priced maintenance in the shop and lacking sales service to the customer. The sale is more important than the clients time. My next car will be with Tesla.

$150/hour rate and slow service. Do not go there to get your auto repairs done.

Car shopping is more fun than the purchase process in my experience but they did a good job making relatively quick and easy. Didn't enjoy being in the showroom as it appeared pretty busy under the circumstances but they did a good job keeping people separated in the space.

I bought 04 Sienna XLE from Don Valley North Toyota on June 16,2007 since then I regularly serviced from them and spend tons of money for service and repairs. Last week My Van experienced some problem with VSC ,the Van was out of control when I reached 100 KM/Hour. So I took it to the Don Valley North Toyota to Diagnose.So the service Technician Vincent told me that they can diagnose the vehicle and test drive it to determine the problem.So I agreed to do so.After an hour He came to me said that just for on board computer Diagnose done and I need to change Thermostat and for the road test I need to pay additional amount on top of the diagnose amount which was $149.Vincent told me that all including in this $149 ,then changed the story.Also for VSC light why do we need to change the thermostat ?? Doesn't make any sense at all.Don Valley North Toyota having hidden fees.If any one to do any services ,please don't go to Don Valley North Toyota at all.
I even send them a compliant ,till now no one reply to me in this matter at all. They are there to rip off the customers, not helping their customers.

I brought my car for a diagnostic check this morning and was all done within 2 hours. It was pleasant dealing with Andrew, the service advisor, who made sure to get all my observations and offered my a complementary diagnostic check too!

After looking at a few cars from other dealerships, I went in to their used car dealership to have a look at a 2013 Acura RDX. I was paired up with a gentleman by the name of Shuja Rizvi, who at first impression came off as a bit arrogant. As our meeting went on, and I tried to make light talk with him, but to no avail, he had a cold shoulder approach, and I don't have to tell you that it's definitely not how you would expect someone to be selling cars to be like. During negotiations, he became quite arrogant and rude and didn't seem to want our business. You would think that a place like don valley north Toyota who you hear so much about would have a bit more professionalism than that! I've been to quite a few dealerships and have never left with such a poor impression as how I left this dealership with. To top it all off, he seemed to not want to be attending to us by the end of our meeting, and walked off without a handshake or a thanks for your time, or anything of the sort, just turned around and walked away back inside leaving us in the parking lot! Professionalism? What a Joke. I wasn't bothered at the fact that we couldn't strike a deal, what bothered me was the approach and attitude I was received with, safe to say after hearing so many great things I will probably never walk into this dealership again, nor will I have any good things to say about it to people who ask me. Management should really look into who you're hiring, as it directly represents your brand!! Sorry for leaving such a negative review, but after that experience, I feel like people should know what they might be walking in to.,

can you please advise your shutters drivers to follow the speed limit posted in the parking lot. They drive through Liberty Center (3500 Steeles Ave) so many times during the day and they drive super past than posted speed limit.

I had leased my car since May 2016 from this location.
I have always done all my services in this place, been treated very well by advisers specially today with Andrew Ho. he was literally knowledgeable and helpful.
three week later I got my new car giving back my previous leased Toyota.

Bought a car brand new camry in 2012 from a guy named Anthony. He was so desperate to sell me the extended warranty. I bought the warranty and now this dealership dont want to fix my car. They are charging me $129 plus hst to figure out whats wrong and than it will be extra. Stay away from this dealership until or unless you want to pay $4400 for extended warranty for no reason

Just picked up my new car from Don Valley North Toyota. Service was excellent and the delivery was on time with everything done accurately. Thanks to Jayden Park, I was able to secure a Scion tC Release Series 9.0 with only 6 km on it on the day for pick up. The car was exactly what I wanted and they even threw in a few oil changes and other perks for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jayden Park as your sale associate, very nice and doesn't push you for anything, he respects your decision.

The absolute best Toyota dealership. I drive from Brampton to get service here because they are fast efficient and friendly. Needed an oil change done quick called a day before got an appointment took less than an hour for oil change and changed my blades. Winter ready thank to you guys.

These guys make your average everyday car salesman look like a charity. I'm surprised they don't slip with how much grease is dripping off them. If you don't want to get hassled, manipulated, and swindled with your car do not come to this place.

Update to owner: your nice showroom does not make up for the amount of moral depravity your salesman show. One of your subhuman salesman tried to sell my grandmother a brand new car when she went in for some service. She almost got roped into your scam, but she called a family member before signing the papers who talked her out of him. Some of your salesman exemplify why people say car salesman are the scum of the earth.

We had a great experience buying a car from Salesperson Vijay Vijayan. He was punctual, thorough, kind, and did a good job of answering all our questions. It's clear that he knows the cars inside and out.

Went for an oil change wasn't busy was told it would be 45 mins. In 15 mins I got a call to say I needed to use synthetic oil I have been going to this place for 7 years this is the first time I was asked this as it costs more. 15 minutes later another call to say I need to change the cabin filter and rotate my tires I had just got new tires 2 months back, more costs to do this. I declined. Waited for 2 hours 15 minutes for my vehicle only to change oil, checked the parking lot my car was there nobody bothered calling me. The complimentary car wash was not done. This place has become horrible all they want is extra money!!!!! Spoke to the manager he didn't seem to care!! Stop cheating customers and try to make extra money by adding unnecessary things that are not needed!!!!!
