Doghouse Daycare Review

They didn't even finish one of my dogs feet (claw trimming) then brought him back out to me saying he wasn't taking very well to it, and then charged me full price (3 times what I'm usually charged) only to have to go elsewhere and pay again to finish the job. Not only will pooch now have to be traumatised all over again, but he's also still at risk of tearing his dew claws (which I am trying to avoid). I'm actually relieved they stopped given they didn't seem to be able to care for him, but I've never had anyone not be able to finish his claws before. The girls seemed very nice but it was disappointing and stressful for my dog so I wouldn't go back.

My Shepherd loves her daycare days. The staff show genuine pleasure when they tell me about her day. I love seeing snaps of her on Insta, shes always smiling next to her new friends!

If your dog is undesexed fees are higher !!

It is on vetinerary recommendation and supported documents not to desex our Golden Retriever. Currently 10 Mths
In the interest of the health of our puppy he will be neutered between 12-18 months.Obviously should he be aggressive we would revise this.

Maybe I should charge more for all my entire male patients!!

I don t suggest the grooming at this place particularly for those who have poodle mixed breed. They groomed our dog so different from what agreed and do horrible. Also they gave us misleading information regarding the grooming duration and cost. At the end they charged us extra from what they told us over the phone and delayed for 2 hours in completing the grooming.

Seemed like our poochies didn't miss us . Maybe they had soo much fun.

Fantastic customer service, all of the staff are really professional, friendly and they all adore dogs. The staff are full of knowledge and are more than happy to spend time answering questions.

The viewing window is great, you can watch your pup play with all the dogs, it s well managed and the dogs look like they are having a ball!

Absolute BEST daycare for your dog. Super friendly staff, excellent atmosphere and care for your dog, and the 'fly on the wall' videos are a super convenient way to see your dog while you're away. Love this place!

We booked day care and bath for our dog. Dog was returned unwashed. A few scratches were found on dog's body. she was very dipresed after that. The serves deem to be very dodgy. Be aware and stay away!!!

When you see your dog breaking it's neck to get in you know it's a happy place john and Nadine are lovely people we highly recommend doghouse daycare

Our Staffy Braxton loves the place its like taking a child to Disneyland for the day we don't take him there for daycare we don't need it we take him there for a day of fun and mixing with all his mates .

Friendly and well trained staff here, they really care for your dog. By dog is full of energy, but often gets a bit of separation anxiety when I leave, and they do their best to make him feel comfortable and happy. Their groomers are also excellent at what they do, and can handle the fluffiest dogs with ease!

The staff are great, really friendly, you can tell they love looking after your dog. There is a viewing window and it's awesome to see all the different dogs playing together. It is a great place for your furbaby to spend the day!

Love the Doghouse. My dog is always bursting to get inside to see his human and doggie friends.

We decided to bring our young 14 week old Staffy here to be looked after while at work, due to the intense summer heat.
We're so glad we did - from the moment I arrived I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
They quickly bonded with Riley and showed him great care.

I could see he had a great time playing with the other dogs during his visit, and was very tired from a big day of fun when I picked him up.

I'm really happy with how Riley and I were treated here and I honestly can't recommend highly enough.

The team truly love the dogs that they deal with! No force, no cage doggy daycare and grooming! So much better than the current "No. 1" dog groomer that was on top of The Advertiser's list! More attention to detail and they truly care about their charges. Thank you team!

Friendly staff in a great location. We take Harry our Greyhound there on a regular basis to get groomed and he loves it and is well looked after. Occasionally he would stay there for half a day to a day in the play area which he mainly enjoys resting in the quiet area as he is an older dog!

Absolutely love bringing my dogs here, they have learned how to socialise with all different breeds of dogs and are very happy and tired when they leave. The staff do a fantastic job of making sure all dogs best interests are catered for. :)

Otto loves his day out ... he comes home exhausted.

The dogs are free-ranging with a carer who walks around making sure that everybody is happy. The dogs are relaxed and everybody enjoys himself. It's a lovely place to put your loved dogs.

Great daycare and grooming. Our two mini poodles were in for 9 to 5 daycare with full groom. They look fantastic and are nice a sleepy after a active day playing with the other dogs.
