A great place to go when you are pregnant and after. Love the ladies there. Very caring and supportive. I love the little Italian lady. She is like a Grandma Figure.

I attended a Your First Look appointment with my sister who was seeking alternative options. When she expressed interest in learning about abortion methods, a woman here used manipulative tactics and emotionally charged guilt trips to ensure my sister would not have one. For a company that is supposed to be "unbiased," this was disheartening and cruel. Plus...as you are sitting inside the small room getting the sonogram, you can audibly hear the nurses and other women gossip and talk very loudly about other pregnant, sharing intimate details about their sexual activity and relationships. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Leave politics out of it and do what's actually best for women.

Heart beat of toledo is the best place to be. They make you feel so welcomed and they help you with parenting indormation and have group sessions.

Wonderful place everyone that works their genuinely cares, I have been blessed finding this place, any woman/girl going through pregnancy or has children will definitely benefit. Thank you heart beat!

Heartbeat is a wonderful nonjudgmental place for women to come for pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and assistance with other issues. They are there to help with the difficult decision making process. They will not criticize or condemn you, just give you loving support.

Abbi is just amazing throughout my entire pregnancy she was positive and didn t make me feel uncomfortable about my feelings or predicament. She was super supportive and gave me someone to vent to when needed. They are very professional, clean and knowledgeable. I had appointments at all offices and the mobile unit. I highly recommend them. I received my gift basket today and absolutely love the quilt that was in it...Thank you ladies so much your support is appreciated dearly.

An amazing staff dedicated to helping parents and their families.

I had my first ultrasound of my pregnancy at First Look when I was 6 weeks along. The appointment was easy to make, they got me in only a few days later. The reception was very friendly and she turned out to be the one who was going to counsel me on options depending on what I wanted to do.

After you fill out the forms in reception, they take to to the back to do a urine pregnancy test and have you wait for the results in this small and pleasantly decorated room, it has soft chairs to sit in and a couple tables. She asked me how I was feeling about being pregnant, what my plans were, if I had any children noe etc

My baby's father came with me to the appointment and when she asked if I was leaning towards adoption, abortion, or parenting, I told her without a doubt we wanted to keep the baby and we were very excited to be expecting. Because of that I have no idea how they proceed if a women wanted an abortion and we did talk about the abortion procedure just for education but she was very respectful and while they are very religious here, I dont feel like I would have been ridiculed had I said I wanted to terminate the pregnancy. They don't do referrals for abortion, they won't tell you how to get one or where to go or how to start the process etc because they are pro-life. However they will assist in getting you more information on adoption and how that process works. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here for counseling on abortion, because you won't geLou j uu u
4t much info in the sense of where to go and how to do it. But it is a great place if you plan on keeping the baby or adoption. If you plan on a abortion but need an ultrasound to confirm your pregnancy this is still a great place to go, you won't get a referral but you will be treated with respect and they will get you the ultrasound you need.

After my experience with First Look, I started the classs

This organization tells lies and spreads propaganda in the service of denying women the freedom to make their own reproductive choices. No stars.

It is a nice program for mother's to be. However I have a problem with these Catholic women. My last visit I was offended by the lady choice of words. As I was watching the video I guess there was something about music soothing babies. The lady's says: "The baby need soft music not rap or loud music" this offended me because this lady just assumed without ASKING do you listen to rap music? Which I DO NOT. Even if I did, you can't tell somebody what to do, you can offer them advice and give them information on the advice given, but to just tell me and assume is so disrespectful and ignorant. She also tells me if the dad is not involved that's okay, she never asked was the dad involved. I feel like these ladies should have a meeting on how to approach these moms and stop assuming things they do not know. If someone was to tell her not to listen to heavy metal around her baby then she would be offended. Certain people just have no filters, but I would have been a monster if I would have returned offense.

I can t think heartbeat enough for all of the help that they provided me for the last two years. Not only did they provide us with confidence to persevere but also they provided us with things that we may need and future success. Harvey is not just for moms of low income status is for moms and dads in general if you are feeling insecure or on sure they have very excellent programs in classes that will help secure your confidence in becoming the greatest parent you could ever be. No they re not miracle workers however they will do everything in their power to prepare you. It s up to you to utilize the skills that you re receiving. Thank you heart beat
