A great company ta work fer. I am a lease opp and I plan on buying 2 or 3 more trucks ta lease on here.....

I was a lease driver there. The lease contract is horrible is design for the company to make money not the driver. the trucks are overpriced. They like to make you stay on the road 4 / 3 to 4 weeks at a time. And if you go home for two three days it puts you in the hole for 3 weeks . you will not receive a paycheck until 3 weeks is design for you to stay on the road and pray that you get good loads. Don't piss off the dispatch they will make you deadhead a lot and take a shitload.

Great company. Always on time with deliveries and on schedule. Best mother-trucking company out there driving to date. From East to West and North to South they make sure to drop their loads no matter what city or state ,rain or shine, always on time. #gotruckyourself

Every place will have it's up and downs. We have definitely experienced that here. BUT - I will say with the switch of a dispatcher, things have drastically improved for our situation. Communication and consistency are key.

Ive worked here for over 4 years. Ive read some of the negative reviews an honestly think alot of its made up or exaggerated.
My personal experience in a short review is i came here in 2015 and henderson taught me how to drive a truck without ever being in one before. I would have to say making that decision is the single best decision i have ever made for my family and i. Right after, graduating college and fathering all 5 of my kids. I always loved working commissions based jobs cause the people who work hard are the ones getting paid. Its the same here but on a bigger scale and i mean money. I average 1500 to 1700 a week, take home pay, consistantly. Nobodys trying to screw anybody. Everybody is making money. 70/30. The more money you make the more money they make. Simple business. If i pick up a load that runs 500 miles and the pay is $1200 and it takes me 7 or 8 hours to get there and i DONT stop everywhere like most lazy people. I can pick up at 9 am and be there at 5 or 6 that evening ready to drop off, put 1200 in my pocket and get my next load the next day and still 6 more days on this weeks pay cycle to keep making cash.
Heres the problem why most people dont make money or quit and its not the company either. 1) they run 2 hrs and stop for 4 hrs and takes em a week to run that 500 miles and only make 1200 for that week and total cost for all bills is 1250 so they go -50 in the hole an complain that its someone elses fault there not making money.
2) or they just want to go home for weeks at a time while truck debt continues week after week and there so far in the hole it takes 4 or 5 weeks to get out an they quit cuz they couldnt handle it.
What i learned thus far is if you work hard you get paid good and you get time to spend with your family an are able to buy them whatever they want in the process. My first xmas i spent $2000 on stuff for my boys from power wheels to playstations. If your running and making apts on time and can adapt yourself to driving that 400 or 500 miles a day like its running to the store. You will make money and you will succeed.
I'm blessed to do what i do, thank you Henderson Trucking and Prime. Words can't express the continued gratitude i have every time i see my loved ones eyes light up on every special occasion because of what we do.

No idea how they are, used their parkinglot as a safe place to make a phonecall and look up a address and now Google insists I rank them and wont take dismiss as a option (will only for a day) & I'm tired of it showing up in my requested review feed so it gets a natural rating.

Absolutely thee worst trucking company to work for. Save yourself the mental trouble and avoid this company.

This is a great company if you just need a job, other than that it's not worth it. Also their lease program works great for them but it's terrible for the lessor. You have been warned!!!

Sounded like a great company. My fiance me my sister in law and her fiance came down got put in a hotel. Go through most of the orientation just to find out that me and my sister in law can't be on the truck because we have our cdl but not driving even though my fiance and brother in law were going to be lease op. But now they are throwing us out of the hotel and going to charge us for the cost of it for the whole time we were there.

The charges they were putting in place for the lease was only going to leave us making only like $20 a week. Plus if we would have ran more then 3000 miles they were going to cut our pay for that. They also offer no cargo insurance so if anything happens to the load the driver has to pay out of pocket but they say that no company offers that.

The company is charging lease ops outrageously just so they can get out of debt/bankruptcy. To get a basic model frieghtliner 2019 it would cost a lease op $950 a week on top of $450 a week in fixed costs not including fuel. DO NOT WORK HERE IT IS ALL LIES.

FOR EXAMPLE LOAD PAID $518 TO GO 347 MILES AND ONLY PAID $58 IN FUEL BUT WAIT THEY ALSO WANTED ME TO DRIVE 107 MILES TO PICK UP AN EMPTY TOTALING 214 MILES TO FIND AN EMPTY TRAILER AND WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE FUEL COST OF 214 MILES. GO FIGURE..... THE DISPATCHERS ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND FEEL LIKE THEY CAN TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY WITHOUT ANY REPERCUSSIONS! SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT? YOU CAN NEVER GET THEM ON THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE NUMBER. SO YOU CAN SAY ALL THE MISTREATMENT GETS SWEPT UNDER THE RUG SO THE OWNER WILL NEVER KNOW THE TRUTH!!! Worst company ever! Can't believe I wasted a month of my life. Cheap equipment, filthy terminal, unorganized trip planning.

Not impressed with some of their drivers. Unit 9036 setting on the fuel island for over 25 minutes so far.

Henderson was a good company but now drivers are suffering and dispatch doesn't care. We're currently sitting more but still getting new employees. More lies are being told now and drivers aren't really giving a choice, we sit if we don't move... I use to luv it here currently looking for a truck and going to OO because overhead is more dealing with this lease...

Don't work here, it's not worth it. Don't train w/ a person name Bernadette Culver worst trainer ever. Can't not Train to save her life. Don't know what to do, no outline, nasty attitude, sad, control, lie, staring at you with a devil look, in pain all the time, created problems, put all the problems going on in life on you. Bipolar. Get mad when ask questions. Never wants to explain anything to help. Lester Lewis needs to be let go, don't trust him. Doesn't know what he is doing. He lies. Don't want to listen no help. Majority of his trainers are all poor and smoke in Truck. This company only has 1 terminal that is nasty and small, and in Bankruptcy. Before you say yes to a trainer check out tractor cause you could be in waste management field and you don't want to catch a virus. All Dispatchers suck no good.

This place are thugs who don't want the drivers to make money. You will go broke.we lost 2 cars because of this company. Our truck note and other stuff was a total of 1500.a wk not they will take out 40000. A week

This driver ran my wife off the road just outside Waco Texas on Tuesday Nov 7th while she was driving me to Dallas for surgery, luckily there was a shoulder and then he thought it was so funny that he could waive while we took a picture of his information. I'll make sure I not only post this on FB but anywhere i can post reviews. Also will contact a friend who owned a trucking company and find out where else we report a dangerous inconsiderate driver. I hope you are willing to do something to teach him how to share the road with such a dangerous piece of equipment.

The worst company I have ever experienced. They only want to make money for company. I went 8 weeks without making a single dime take home. For 8 weeks I only was making enough for my fixed cost. They didn t care that I was not able to feed my family. They are liars and I would not suggest anyone to this company not even my worst enemy. Do not trust these lairs.

I'm a lease driver here and their deductions never match up. They are a bunch of crooks.

It's a good place to work. Everyone is friendly and the equipment is new and up to date. My dispatcher is the best here. They have alot of dedicated customers which is nice. Only problem company has is the planning dept.

I worked for 7wks. I got my 1st paycheck of $1639. (The $950 sign on big factor) so I said wow I'm gonna do great here!!! I had a family emergency my 3rd wk in, I missed 1 week (1st wk was $150 orientation, 2nd wk $1639, 3rd wk $79.50). Then went back out for 5 days, missed 4 days more. I never saw a paycheck again!!! I left after my 7th week. What made me make that decision? Nelson lied to my face about another lease driver that started with me, said she was avg 1100 miles a week...I talk to her every other day!?!! She was barely pulling in 1000 mi. Why lie Nelson? She quit a couple days after that meeting with Nelson after I asked her about that 1100mi avg wkly she was so upset that he would lie like that just to prove some stupid point to me? (Nelson ICCE class teaches drivers how to make money lol) That's when I knew I had to run as far away as possible!!! They don't care about your personal problems! By week 7 I was begging for a check and confused as to why I'm still in the whole? U will only make $500-800 as lease dry van. I haven't met anyone that's made more than that except reefer division but that's really the Prime side. So if u can't get reefer lease, walk away! Side note. I missed 12 days, understandable low or no pay for a few weeks...the other lady Nelson lied about, she only went home after orientation to get her things. Was back on the road, she stayed on the road. She barely made $2000 the entire time she was there, (I remember cuz she said her mortgage is $2100). Which was 6-7 wks long!!! 2 scenerios same outcome guys! Ive detailed this to the max to give you a clear view of this company. If you've read this far tayfay991atgeemaildotcom if you want to talk or maybe file class action need 30 ppl. This company is pulling themselves out of debt and is EATING TRUCKERS ALIVE in the process! I'm 2 months behind on every single bill I have and owe everyone! But I REFUSED to pull one of their loads to get back to them to drop the truck off! I rather keep owing people than make THEM more money!?!!! DON'T COME HERE!

This place was a great place to earn my cdl that's about it. They jerk you around on pay, never give you home time and always run you into the ground. Don't recommend working here EVER!!

Very happy driving for this company. They are small enough so management knows your name and they genuinely promote a family atmosphere. One of the things I love most about this company is you are NOT micro-managed! You are treated like a professional who knows how to route / trip plan. They also have great lanes running primarily in the Midwest (very large customer base in IA, IL, IN) - down to Georgia and Texas and up to Colorado. No mountain driving - no Pacific Northwest - no Northeastern USA. They keep you running! Very rare not to have a pre-plan for the next load prior to delivering the load you currently have. Generally complete 3 trips per week with somewhere in the neighborhood of 2500 miles per week - sometimes a little more sometimes a little less..

Great honest fair company to make good money with and offers option of dry van division or reefer division, great lease purchase program and welcomes owner operators as well! Nelson Alsbury is the go to guy for all of your lease purchase needs and knows the business and trucks like the back of his hand! If you can't make money here look in the mirror and check yourself!

When E Henderson Trucking aquired Tennant Trucking they owed for past due invoices. For over 1 year we have tried to collect on these 3 invoices. Countless phone calls and emails, still no payment. As a vendor I will never do business with this company again. Very poor management in my view.

Company is full of empty promises and lies to get you in their door. Went lease OP with them and my money for loads almost never were right. I had to dig into my savings account to survive. Finally had to turn in my truck because I couldn't continue with the financial burden. A week after leaving the company they put on my credit report a collections for money owed for breaking my lease. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Great outfit, lots of opportunity to build yourself with this team of hard working and dedicated transportation logistics specialists. Their recruiters push the lease operator program pretty hard, so if you can t manage your money then you may be setting yourself up for failure. Great place to work for if you want a travel agent that pays you.

My 1st solo trucking job. Many good memories of OTR life before they merged with the new companies. I miss my truck from there!

If you want to work here and I would tell you you should think again because they just want to make money for themselves and not you. I know that from experience because they just let me go and now I am going home and looking for a job again after driving for 5 years for their company.

Don't work there they are not gonna pay you nothing and if u quit they are gonna add fees to your credit report .so you're broke and if u quit you're still in the hole bad company.and there name is trekker logistics by the way.

They put truck abandoned on my record just because I refuse to work for them due to the fact they hire ex husband after he abused me on they truck now can t find work and denied unemployment

Good company, I was a lease driver and a trainer and did well. Liked the smaller company feel. Brand new equipment was a huge plus.

We use this facility as drop yard and the potholes are getting to the point where they could swallow up a tractor. Also, if it's been raining, be prepared for a quagmire.

Great company to work for. They are a small carrier, with only one small terminal, but they are really great to work for.
