Great concept for a hotel. Located in the center of Disney World, with short transportation times to any park. Rooms are clean and the layout is very convenient.

I enjoy being able to walk to art of animation. You can have to food courts.
This is our home away from home! The rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. It would be nice if the rooms were a little bigger.
What can I say, it's Disney!!! they really do it right. Yes it's expensive to vacation at Disney World but the Pop Century resort is very reasonable. Rooms are clean, the grounds of the resort are immaculate, people are friendly & helpful. We were there for the Star Wars Half Marathon weekend - buses were very organized. Love it there and can't wait to go again. Not the biggest of rooms but with the amount of time spent in the parks & running, this is a fantastic place to stay.
Convent to the parks.
Park an play.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Updated rooms.
But food is price. Stock up on snakes soda water to help cut the cost of simple iteams.
Go Mouses House
I've stayed at several Disney resorts this one by far is the worst! They now have linoleum on the floor, put dresser wouldn't stay close nor would our shower doors, tools were left in the floor I made a phone call to front desk NOTHING was done o just called Disney again to report it NO record of my first call imagine that ..I'm very disappointed! Rooms are super small. Floors disgusting bus stop is terrible even everything is such a far walk would not recomend this resort
The new renovations have made this hotel a must stay. Vinyl flooring and mordern room and updated bathroom designs are beautiful. The food court here has a large selection.
Fairly nice accommodations but not what I would have expected from a Disney resort hotel. For instance there were some lovebugs in our room that would not leave l. Other than that though it was great.
Had a great time over in one of the 50s buildings. Great room for a family of 3.
Refurbished rooms are great. Lobby is chaotic and very busy. Not enough staff to handle large flow of guests
A very kid friendly hotel with great staff food and entertainment I would recommend this to children or adults that want a fairly cheap hotel. But on the other hand the rooms are a bit cramped.
Clean room. Has safety deposit box. Bathroom and sink are separated. Tv has around 80 channels. Large resort, many pools. Large food court, good selection of food.
Is it good place to stay not as good as some of the others like the All-Star movie resort
Great hotel at a great rate for Florida residents. We loved the decor in the newly renovated rooms. Good food options at all times of day.
Covid has really changed thing. I will go back when everything goes back to sum what normal
Stayed the week before Christmas 2017 in the 3000 buildings. Beds were super comfy, very clean room, smelled nice and fresh, small fridge, bathroom was tiny but spotless. For the price you can t beat it to get the extra magic hours. Also, there are NO bulky disgusting comforters on the beds, just a washable blanket between two fresh white sheets very simple, which is a huge plus. I hate when hotels have those comforters because you know they don t wash them. (I don t even like touching them to throw them under the bed or closet.)
Nice gift shop, didn t eat there so can t comment on the food, but we did get the unlimited cups and had coffee every morning, which was pretty good and hot.
I m picky and I would definitely recommend staying here.
Love the new room with pull down captains bed! I've always loved this resort
Pop Century is near Hollywood Studios and Epcot (you can sort of see their nighttime fireworks and definitely hear them!) and not far from Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Rooms are standard - two beds, TV, mini fridge, in-room safe, TV, pretty much the usual. Clean! Buildings are nicely laid out and there's a food court, poolside bar, and of course a pool. Food court has a good variety of quick service choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We liked the pizza! There's also an area full of coolers with grab and go drinks, snacks, and sweets. Overall a good value and always an enjoyable stay!
Great! The room is nice and the resort is themed well.
For my first time ever staying at a Disney hotel I have to say it was the best Disney trip experience I have ever had.
What can I say it's Disney. Never had a bad experience.
I met some family that was staying there. The room was nice, the resort was under going renovation and the new rooms, through the window, looked amazing. Before leaving we ate at the quick service restaurant. It was a little expensive, but it's Disney. Food was great. Overall a nice place.
No parking, unfriendly front desk staff. Nice rooms but not worth the money plus you pay nightly for the parking they dont have.
First the positives... Room was clean, the shower was nice, bed was comfey, lots of pools, workers were really nice. However there were several other issues.
One drawer wouldnt stay closed which caused a tripping hazzard. Bathroom sink wouldnt drain among a few other minor issues.
Food was worse than cheap fast food. Everything was pre-prepared and had been sitting out.
Transportation was also slow and jam packed. Most trips we waited 30-90 min for a ride.
Rooms were clean ! Resort is very nice for a middle of the road resort. There is no sit down restaurant at Pop Century, only counter service. Food was adequate and we had no bad experiences with any food we ordered. We did the full meal plan, something I would suggest after we used it.
There is no balcony or veranda for your rooms at Pop... we were an end room, and furthest from the elevators, so we put our 2 desk chairs on the walk way at night and had a glass of wine. That s as good as it gets. Pools close at 10pm and 11pm or anytime there is lightning nearby (which is very often). The is a very disgusting and poorly located designated smoking area directly in the middle of 2 of the guest buildings. The Cigarette smoke just hangs in the air at that location. We GAGGED every time we had to walk through it. It was HORRIBLE!! It could have easily been located somewhere where the breeze would dissipate the smoke.
Staff was courteous and resort was clean. It was good for what we needed. Certainly not a high end luxury hotel, but one that works well for the family that is there for the parks and not the room. Our room was small with a queen and a pull down queen. It had a beautiful 55 or 65 tv in the room, bathroom was spotless and bright. Our room service showed up at a sometimes inconvenient 4:30 pm, but would come back if you asked. Food and snacks were on the pricey side , a slice of pizza was $9.99 but you can order a large pizza for $17.00.
I would return to Pop Century and that is saying a lot as I am pretty critical
Nice new remolded rooms. Easy to get to the parks from here.
Pop Century isn't great Resort for a family on a budget. They have recently redone the rooms and they look amazing. The beds are also bigger now and the Resort is very nice and accommodating to all ages!
We always enjoy our stay at Pop Century! Cast members are always polite and courteous. Rooms are always clean. We will be staying here again
Awesome room, food service, and employees...would definitely stay again
Very well kept rooms despite it being considered a "value" resort. I think it is a step above the other value resorts. There are several pools to choose from and a great food court. The only problem we had was the line at guest services. It was always long. Some nights it took a long time to go through but the night of the hurricane they had a lot of Cast Members which made it fast. I stay here often and will continue to do so
From the minute we arrived Pop Century felt like a very welcoming place to be. The staff are all very attentive and you do actually feel they care about you. They work very hard to keep the resort running and clean. The the cleaners to the receptionists all the staff were great. The food selection is pretty basic but this is a budget Disney hotel so completely expected but the quality of the food was great. We stayed for a total of 12 nights and looking to book again for next year. Miss the place already and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Fun theme but very small rooms. Staff is helpful although we did have an issue with them misplacing our luggage. Got to my room at 1a after a full day at the park and realized I was missing a bag. Room was fairly clean and housekeeping staff is very nice. Great budget resort for on property.
By far the best value resort Disney offers, better than some moderate and deluxe I think. Refurbished rooms are great, resort is perfect size with delicious snacks and treats! Would absolutely recommend staying here.
The new refurbished rooms are really nice. The rooms are small but how much time are you spending in your room anyway. The food at the food hall isn't anything worth writing home about though.
Rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. This resort is wide not high, so you may have a bit of a walk to get to your room!
Been here about 3.5 hours and still have no room. Waited close to 45 minutes to get lunch after ordering and didn't even get what we ordered. Went to complain at service desk and was told we needed to wait longer.
We just visited briefly to catch a bus. Everything was great! The gift shop looked top notch too - make sure to pay it a visit.
great place to stay. kids seem to love the resort. they play all kinds of tunes thru out the resort. the food is a little expensive but you so get a good size serving. I would stay there again no doubt. very friendly staff. but no room service but you can get dominos pizza delivered and there open late.
I like this hotel! I've stayed here a few times. It's not luxury! It's not meant to be. I stayed here with a friend who felt like it was low class but it was what was in her budget. You get the full on Disney experience affordable rate. The beds are comfortable and the staff is accommodating. There are fun activities for your kids daily. I don't have kids but I think this is a great location for people who do. It also has easy access to Hollywood Studios. What more do you need?
Mismanaged. Very disappointing for a Disney property. Staff was friendly but quite unorganized. Rooms were clean and ample but noisy.
I stayed at a 90s themed building. It was very nice and clean. All the employees were very friendly. I did not spend much time at the hotel though. Buses run quickly and consistently to all the parks. I am not a Disney fan, but the parks do know hospitality and how to move large crowds relatively quickly.
We like our renovated bedroom. It has a Murphy bed and modern details. There is a little cooler, and a safe. The shower has many settings and gets hot. Food is good, much like any other hotel. There are pools, and there are 3 buildings for each decade.
The resort is dated and doesn't feature much that is Disney-related. However, staff were friendly and accommodating.
Fantasti food, atmosphere is great, close to the parks. One star off for weird smell.
Amazing value. The rooms are small, but you don t really spend much time in your room at Disney anyway!! It s a great way to stay on property without spending a bunch of $.
They also have their own paramedic service, so when my kid hit his head, they promptly arrived and checked without a 911 call. We avoided a trip to the hospital during a vacation where every minute matters.
The access to the skyliner is unbeatable. The lines are short, and you can get to the parks way faster.
My only complaint is that even on the fourth day I kept getting lost LOL. It s a huge place, and finding the pools and stuff can seem like a maze. If I remember correctly, I ended up just pulling up the map on the my Disney app to find my way. Bring strollers even for walking around the resort with young kids!
Stayed here for the first time and absolutely amazing
The resort is definitely the best of the value resorts BUT if you have a car, there are some definite parking issues due to the gondola construction. We stayed in the 50s building and had to park at the hotel next door and walk because they've removed half the parking lot. Definitely an issue if you aren't back from the parks early.
Checked in, one of the two beds had stains in it. Custodian came, took pictures, changed linen. Let for the the theme park, and after 8 hours return, room not cleaned, trash in the bins Spoke with manager, and was told, they clean the rooms every other day. Thank God for Covid vaccination, masks, Clorox wipes and Lysol
I love pop century! It's a great resort to explore! There's a ton of stuff to see!
I love this place been coming here for the list 3 Years Got to low your prices for me to come back
First timer. I had questions. Staying on site they took great care of me.
We selected this resort because of the price. It's amongst the lowest cost resorts in Disney. We didn't know much about the place aside from the price, so we were pleasantly surprised. The themeing is fantastic. Each grouping of hotel buildings is themed like a different decade. Recent renovations to clean and improve the quality of the building show excellent results. I was very happy with all aspects of my room and the resort. Compared to my last hotel, the buses feel farther away, but that might just be room placement and resort size. While we originally picked this as our budget option, we would gladly go again with it as a primary choice.
Perfect for the price and hotel rating. Very clean updated rooms, great amenities, and free transportation.
Would've given 5 stars if I didn't have to walk 300yards to the lobby.
Wow! Wonderful renovated rooms, great staff and atmosphere and good foodcourt.
First time staying at a Disney resort and was awesome! Definitely coming back
Best Value resort of the group . We have stayed here 3 times.
Always a pleasant place to lay one's head. Clean with great concierge service. The refurbished rooms are a real step up from the older ones.
Great location, right near Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, and Hollywood Studios. Not that far from Epcot as well. 2nd best value resort at WDW (behind only art of animation). A good bang for your buck. Quick service cafeteria style food court is excellent, great variety, lots of options for people with allergies or special dietary concerns. Huge gift shop with great selection. Cast members there are very friendly and wonderful. The outside of the buildings are gorgeous. Only negative is that it can be initially hard to find your room in relation to where you park. Other than that it's an overall amazing resort.
Very clean. Rooms a little small, but some smart family features like a curtain that blocks bathroom light. Good wifi, nice pools. Didn't feel as crowded, even at March Break, as I thought.
Love it here.... not the same as all star sports but a close 2nd
Pop Century is a fun, family friendly Disney hotel. The hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms now have wood floors, enormous TV's, and fridge. I like that the queen rooms have a Murphy bed that folds up to give more space.
Affordable and with the gondolas more convenient, when they are running. That being said you need a map of the property or you will end up going the long way around. Liked the themed pools. Rooms can be a little tight feeling, but we didn't spend much time there just sleeping.
This place was packed beyond belief! They forced everyone to take to skylines to epcot and Hollywood studios and everyone had to get in one big line for both parks and took well an hour to get to either. They should have busses and sky liner. Plus I believe it was the only value resort open at the time so double maybe triple the normal people. You didn't dare try and go to Disney spring when the parks closed. We waited over an hour to get back from Disney springs. That was just standing in the bus line waiting to get back to the hotel! Costs 126 a night and I was so ready to be home
Service was very good. Rooms are older but very clean. Everyone very nice and helpful.
I am an ultimate Disney fan, and have never had a bad hotel experience during any of my many stays at different Disney resorts. This was also not a bad experience but was disappointed that when I got to room to unpack, I opened drawers and they were filled with garbage from previous guests. Also I am used to people who are vacationing screaming (yelling) to each other in the early morning or late evening because they are excited to be in disney....but was shocked to realize this time it was the cleaning staff yelling at each other
Cast Members at this location are below average at best.
If you bring an issue to them, they politely tell you to deal with it yourself or get over it.
As a former Cast Member myself, I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, caring, and respect the Cast Members at Pop Century show towards their guests.
Love this hotel on walt Disney World property. I always feel safe. Rooms are perfect, just the things you need after a long parkday. Staff is really nice and helpfull.
Very nice and affordable Disney hotel. Cool theming and nice pools. Rooms are pretty comfortable, although the walls do allow quite a bit of noise through. Food is good although there is not an enormous amount of choices. Overall very enjoyable stay.
Pop Century is a nice value resort, clean rooms with hardwood floors, a queen sized bed, and a queen sized murphy bed with an attached table. Rooms are spacious for a small family. The pools are pretty nice. I'm not a fan of the food court here, it doesn't have as many options as the other properties. Easy solve, take a stroll across the bridge to Art of Animation. It's a quick walk. Excited to try out the new skyliner, which opens later this year.
Request a room close to the food hall. We have been hopping all resorts to see which one we are going to book at next.... honestly nothing beats pop so far.
It's a resort now the theme parks are very different couldn't get fast past for the ride my daughter wanted to ride the fast system is so jacked up you would think being they would be more organized but to say the least the park experience was horrible due to the fact that when you have to stand in line as any other theme park the ratio of fast past to regular line is to far offset fast past should go 60 to 40 percent instead of having to stand in lines for two hours which you only get to ride about 4 rides a day and no they don't let you book the rides you pick on fastpass such horrible experience for so much money I fill like I got ripped off if your kids are 10 and older than it's definitely a waste of time and money
Great hotel for the price. Nice pools. Nice that they include free bus transportation to Disney sites but unfortunately they overload the busses when the parks are opening or closing.
Love this place. Everything at the resort is a short walk. There s a Walgreens close by for any unexpected needs. Disney resorts are always very pretty and just a nice relaxing place to stay.
The rooms are nice, the Murphy bed helps with the smaller rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Absolutely loving our stay. The hotel staff is great and the decorations are so cool! Loving it so far!
Rooms very small but having a great time wonderful staff members. Very cool place with great food
Recently stayed here for a week and was pleasantly surprised. This is a nice resort with plenty to see and do for the whole family. Lots of memorabilia on the walls, tons of sights outside around the grounds and easy access to the skyliner.
The rooms were clean and nicely done with a pull down bed should the situation arise.
Food court was really good, although the pizza was a bit lacking.
All in all we would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this resort!
Happy traveling!
Got a freashly renovated room. The room was great and hotel staff was friendly! Food was what you'd expect from a Disney value resort. Overall we enjoyed our time there.
We stayed at Pop Century Resort for our first Disney Vacation January 1-5th. I was super impressed for it to be a "budget" hotel at Disney. Everything was clean and well kept. The pools were amazing and everything was so colorful. Me, my husband and children had so much fun. I loved that we had access to the Skyliner which was so cool and also easy walking access to the Art of Animation resort next door. There was so much to see! We would definitely stay there again
Room was perfect size. Had full bed, full Murphy bed, table, coffee maker and mini fridge. Room was close to pool and cafeteria. Gave us 50 dollar gift card not to use room Service. Called guest services when we needed supplies and they were delivered quickly.
NICE room remodel. Crisp and clean with efficient use of the room space. Grounds were well kept, Dining services outstanding for how many patrons they were serving. The kids in our group enjoyed the pool services. I would have liked a bit of shade while waiting in line for the different buses to take us to our destination for the day, but other than that, superb location and service.
THANK YOU!
This is one of the cheapest resorts to stay at. But that's not a deterrent. If u are a park goer and are rarely at the resort, only there to sleep. Then this is the place to stay at. It has a gift shop, small little liquor cabinet, restaurant, and pool. If u dont have the need to be in luxury, then stay here.
Disney passholder for over 10 years, Disney Vendor and my family stays at Disney world resort hotels often for work and play, have never experienced a manager talk to me or my family so rude. Long story and I'm not getting into details here but the woman manager who used to be head of housekeeping was unhelpful to the extent that I'll not be staying here again. When things go wrong and your customer is paying a Kings ransom to make extra sure it's a good experience you fix it! Disney, are you listening? You know this manager just by the housekeeping description, fix it!
Could have been a fantastic experience and yours may be, just hope they don't pound on your door at 8am when you've specifically told them you're getting in very late and you put a do not disturb on the room yet they come anyways a knocking, wake you over and over again and then tell you to go F yourself because "things happen".
Enjoy the pictures! Very pretty and cool resort. With better leadership has a lot of potential!
The lines are long and somehow it always stinks. You can't go wrong staying at any Disney resort but if you can afford one of the moderate resorts like river side I would definitely upgrade
