Always a fun experience. Friendly staff and easy to get from the resort to the parks.
Always a fun experience. Friendly staff and easy to get from the resort to the parks.
Very clean. Very friendly. Cafeteria food very expensive (I.e. $10 pizza slice) so it helps to bring at least muffins yogurts and salads
one of the pool's under construction. still a great place. get food somewhere else. expensive. i would recommend buying the 18 dollar cup for refills. staff is friendly and always keeps the rooms clean.
The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, but the counter service food was not at all good.
Very cute!! I love the rooms, food, and everything about it.
The place is set up to be dated, which is a good thing because the place really is.
I was happy when I called from the airport the morning I was checking in and asked for an early check in and was able to get it, my 2 sisters on the other hand didn't get there room until almost 6:00 pm and they both checked in on different days. One the same day as me and 1 a couple days earlier.
When I went to breakfast at there buffet/cafeteria style food court there were so many people in line to pay for there food that it was cold before I could sit down to eat.
The room where the vending machines are smells like a urinal. I wouldn't get food or ice out of the for no reason.
Awsome as always, super friendly and courtious. Great food
Fun resort, a few things make it a value resort. Close to the parks, and the gondola was awesome
The location is great. The rooms are nice, except the pack and play can only fit in a spot where the a/c is blowing right on it. Check in was really easy and housekeeping is great. They brought the items we needed very quickly. The bus service to the parks is so slow. We waited way over 20 mins a few times. The cast members are really amazing here and make the stay more enjoyable. My husband experienced the bar and he enjoyed it. Overall pretty good just wish the bus service was better.
Great value for the price. Convenient if you are going to Disney Studios. Food is improved but late night service hasn't since the last time we stayed. That is disappointing. They need to have more late night options and better service. Art of Animation food court is so much better and worth the trek. Can't understand why Disney can't get this right.
The cast members were rude making my ill mother hurry to get out of the car so a bus could be welcomed. We were turned away at the food court because you are forced to have an app on a phone to pre order. There are no workers on property to help you find where to go. The manager doesn't seem to care when I talked to him about it. Not the Disney it used to be. Aweful experience.
Rooms were clean. Resort was quiet and food was pretty good, better than expected.
Room service responded quickly with requests for additional towels/sheets when needed.
We did get a little bummed when there were no luggage carts available to get our suitcases/bags to and from our room/vehicle. Bell hop's were limited also. Other than that it we had a great stay at the Poo Century Resort.
This is a value resort with 4 star service. It is very clean, convenient and fun for the kids. Would definitely stay here again
Love that there are two USB ports st each outlet on both sides of each bed! The beds are super comfortable and there are plenty of pillow so you won't need extras!
Comfortable easy going helpful a little expensive but worth it. Oh laundry in a little machine 3 dollars and dry 3 dollars. Bring debit card. And credit
Pop Century is a good value for an on-property resort at Disney World. The rooms are clean, there is a beautiful lakeside walkway, the grounds are landscaped pristinely (like everything at Disney), and bus transportation to the parks is free and convenient. The lobby has a variety of eating options, a gift shop stocked with basic supplies, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downer is that resort is REALLY spread out (prepare to do a lot of walking), and the cafeteria gets SLAMMED with people at meal time. The rooms are basic, with moderately comfortable mattresses and pillows, but they do the job. As far as value, though, you can't beat the Pop Century for an on-property stay at Disney.
Hotels not bad but need better mattresses. They are like rocks.
Some minor room issues but a pleasant stay overall.
Nice place, though the walls are thin and you can hear all other guests. The wrist bands allow for everything which makes it very convenient.
Ok restaurant breakfast very fast and good and cheap
Newly renovated rooms are very nice. We had a two queen beds but one was merphy bed. Worked for the two of us. Close proximity to art of animation that you can check it out or grab a bite to eat. Pool was right outside our room. Only issue was a smell coming the end of the building. It might have been fresh manure for the plants. Overall a sold stay for the price.
Stayed here in the past. Ok resort. Very busy but buses run regularly.
Good food service. Decently priced food for the portions. Decent food quality.
We got the awesome opportunity to stay at the Pop Century resort this past December, and we all had so much fun! The whole vibe of the resort is so great, and the kids enjoyed it so much. All the decor is so fun to look at, and the pool is amazing!! The restaurant is really good and kid friendly. It has easy access to Disney, but there is so much to do, we didn't even want to leave! I would definitely love to come back and stay here again, and I will for sure recommend this to anyone who wants a fun, family-friendly resort in Disney! What a totally tubular experience!
