Rooms were updated recently. Very nice clean, attractive rooms and grounds.only down side was inconsistent maid service. Only replaced coffee and creamer, once in six days. Never swept or vacuumed floor in six days. (If sweeping floor was not included, the they should put a portable sweeper in room) No microwave in room, which is difficult if you have a baby with you. There are microwaves in the restaurant you can use but my son's baby will not take a cold bottle.Friendly, extremely helpful accommodating staff. Hotel restaurant was reasonable and had many choices for dining. Pizza served until 1am. Nice pools. Would stay there again.

The room is nice with the Murphy bed making it a little small once its folded down. The skyliner landing right there makes it super convenient to get to the parks. The views of some of the hotels are nice. I would not say the food is all that but you are staying for fast convenient travel.

Clean grounds and rooms. Our room was a hike from the lobby and food court. Price was good, bus service good. Food was pretty good but pricey as expected. 3 or 4 pools were clean, the main pool had activities for the kids to do. Bar by the main pool was cool. Overall not bad for the price.

For a moderate resort it's decent. Transportation to the park is regular and even more frequent then some of the premium resorts we've stayed at. Good food court with something for everyone. It can be loud depending on the group (s) staying there at the time.

Staying here right now! Very pleased with service up until today... the lack of consistency in the food court ie: what sides and where you can get them is horrible. Every day I m being told something different and when I question this I m given dirty looks!!!!! Def don t appreciate the looks considering I m a customer and paying quite a pretty penny to stay here. If a customer wants a specific side I think they should be given that side. And some employees need to be taught customer service and to smile. If you hate your job then quit don t take it out on customers.

We were disappointed with this hotel. When we checked in there was a bag of trash outside our room that remained there until the next morning. We were gone from our room from 7am to 3 pm after a tiring day at dance competition to find the room had not been cleaned. The food options are limited to very expensive tasteless food in the food court. $58 for two adults and a child. It is too far to travel outside the Disney complex to get other food.
The staff were polite and wished us a magical day with every encounter. This stay was less than magical.

Fun place to stay. But request a non-pool view it you want a quieter experience.

Easy access to the Skyliner transportation hub is a definite plus.

The food choices at the Pop Century quick service restaurant and the food quality was unfortunately a casualty of Covid. I would recommend alternate food arrangements during limited capacity visits.

Pure disappointment. Super tiny rooms. Soap and shampoo is attached to the wall. No small bottles. Floor was dirty when we have arrived. Asked to wash it. We had two double beds. Took a while to find the second bed. Apparently, it converted to a bed out of a table hanging from the wall, which made it uncomfortable to set up a computer on the table, then wrap it up to convert to bed. Very disappointed in this hotel - it being Disney....... The price was definitely not right for it - $285/night for a tiny insy room. We ended up getting a refund.

Overall, a nice place to stay if you love to maximize your time at the Disney World parks. The renovated rooms are really nice, has plenty of USB plugs available, and a very comfortable bed. And the flat screen TV is huge! At 55 inches, it is bigger than what I have at home! Having said all of that, if you want a place to get a break from visiting the parks, this isn't the best choice. First of all, you have only one room, so it is hard for someone to take a nap while other members of the party want to go swimming or watch TV. Secondly, there are a lot of people walking around and talking (or yelling) at all times during the day and into the evening, so there is a lot of outside noise, too. And if you get a room by one of the 3 pools, there is a lot of noise generated there, also. There are some better options available at other Disney resorts that have family suites with bedrooms separated from the main living area, including the Family Suite at the Art of Animation resort.

this resort was a great value. The food court and the shopping center were awesome. They have a little area with desserts, drinks, and little snacks. Some of those things can be bought with a snack from the dinning plan. we requested our room to be close to the buses so that we wouldn't have to walk as much. The front desk is pretty cool. They have "Shadow Boxes" that show different, cool, things from the decades. The room was just a regular double bed room and it had a curtain diving the bathroom area. There was a coffee maker and a little fridge in there. Also, they provide a safe box with a set of keys. It is a great resort for the price, specially if you plan on being at the park all day. I would come back to this resort.

Nostalgia freaks will enjoy it. If you're looking for comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and the feeling you are not being gouged then this isn't your place. A fun place for 24 to 48 hours max. Anything longer look elsewhere.

We didn't get to enjoy this place as much as we wanted, but the staff and food was good. The pool was fun too. There were painter's painting it while we were there, so they clearly cared about presentation!

Great place to stay with kids. Essentially a motel with colorful theming and large characters. Cast has been helpful and readily available. Bus service has been excellent, except for to Animal Kingdom.

Very cool nostalgic vibe. They have the different parts of the hotel that represent the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. They are decorated with very cool touches including some huge statues of different characters from Disney movies. It's one of the further hotels from the parks, but it's also one of the most cost efficient. Definitely worth a stay here.

Staying at Disney is always better than staying so...

Staying at Disney is always better than staying someplace else. but the quality of this visit has definitely gone down from when I have stayed there before. The food was served cold or undercooked in the food court. it seems like the cast members had not been fully trained into the Disney magic. the stay was just a little bit disappointing from the times that I have stayed there in the past. As always the rooms were super clean and well-maintained. There had been a remodel since I was there the last time and the room was actually greatly improved. The only problem in the room was the bathtub was not installed level and the shower door would not stay closed. But I'll be back!

We normally stay in All stars, they are currently closed so we stayed at Pop.
Our room was basically the same room.. same beds, same tv same layout. We were excited to ride the skyliner but the line was really really long so we ended up driving.

Rooms are basic but clean. Food excellent, simple, kid friendly fare. Only complaint is that the AC in the room is locked to energy efficient settings; can only be set as low as 70 degrees, no noisy fan to drown out noises from other rooms. Parking and check in is easy, quick and operates with german-like precision and efficiency.

Let me start off by saying Disney is fantastic but they really need to update their hotels, put new carpet, new beds that's comfortable and has better bug patrol there were bugs coming into the hotel room. PS the Magical Express luggage takes forever you are much better off checking your bags and doing that yourself.

Service was great, as expected with anything Disney. The rooms are a tad small but you spend all your time at the pool and parks anyways. Great choice for people looking for a decently priced room at Disney

Pop century was great. Management was fantastic when we had a minor issue with the way they ran our bill at the dining hall they have. The only time there was an issue was that housekeeping didn't come one of the days we were there, but we made a call and they came and fixed it right up. Good hotel to stay at and really close to Hollywood Studios.

I give it a 1star because of the rooms. We have 5 people in our family and the rooms had double beds! Should have had Queen beds. We needed a roll in because not enough room. The rest of the resort was fine. We will not stay there again

We stayed here for a couple of days for my oldest grandsons wedding that was at Disney. We had a room in the 1950 section. What a thrill it was to see all the items from that time period displayed all over the area in more then life size. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave us really nice items in honor of the wedding. Would stay there again for sure.

The room was very nice. Seems to be recently renovated with lovely tile floors and Murphy beds. I love the iconic statues and signage makes for a memorable stay. Our room was very clean although the hotel did not provide lotion. Food is very over priced but that is to be expected. Nothing is complimentary.

We're stayed here several times and we keep returning because the value can't be beat. It's very convenient for the bus service to all the parks (though MK does take >25m) and it's affordable for a family. The rooms were a bit dated when we stayed, I didn't mind too much because it reminded me of Disney trips as a child. From what I understand however, they are renovating all of them and the new look is pretty nice.

Totally remodeled and funky fresh. Sliding glass shower doors, pocket door for bathroom, and barn door to separate the sink and makeup room from main/bedroom area. Huge mirrors and a ton of counter space and storage slots around the sink. Abundant lighting and even a lit magnifying mirror too. Beds are
Comfortable and have fresh white sheets/linens that are so clean. The bed is also raised so there is storage for your empty luggage and backpacks. Huge 55" flat screen TV. There's also a mini fridge that looks more like a wine chiller, but it works. There is an iron and board and a hair dryer in each room. Open hanging bar for shirts and pants with those type of hangers provided. I love the little knob off of the closet that allows you to hang a item and steam it, if you brought your own steamer. Gone are little Micky Mouse shampoo and soap bottles for a cruise ship type "hotel refillable trio" of soap/shampoo/conditioner. HUGE improvements over most hotel rooms at this price point.

Have stayed at almost all of the resorts on property and this was hands down the worst. Thin walls, no service, lost my package, food court was a joke, and badic overall feel was just not magical in any way.

The room was pretty nice. Wish the food court had more healthy options. Service was average. One occasion my order was missed, but they refunded me with the food at least. On another occasion the "hot" food was cold.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Two adults and two children slightly cramped but worth it at that price point. Transportation, by bus, takes about 10 minutes to any park. Food service is very good and well thought out.

Resort is a blast, rooms were recently renovated and are extremely nice for a "value" resort. The pools are fun, or you can take a short walk across the bridge to Art of Animation to explore the wonderful scenery and swim there.

Really nice place to stay, excellent service and loved the room decor we got the 50s rooms they were very well kept! Only down side is if you are looking for a nice sleep in a quiet hotel this is NOT the place, you can hear every door on your floor open and close every time someone leaves or enters their room all the way from 6am until 1am at night and the room next to us had someone coughing and you could even hear when they would speak at night so the walls are very very thin. However it is a very nice place to stay if you are going to be doing the disney theme parks while staying there as the busses come every 20 mins and it is about 5 to hollywood/epcot and 15 to magic kingdom so if you keep yourself busy while staying there the noise is barely an issue (especially if you keep the tv going at night) Overall it was a good experience just wish I could have slept a little more because by the third day I was a bit exhausted from the lack of sleep due to all of the noise occurring throughout the might/ early am. Would recommend for families 10/10, young couples such as myself 6/10.

Mostly a great place. Stayed in a newly refurbished room in the 70's building. Room was very nice, lots of outlets, hairdryer, electric safe, and more.

Cons on my trip... The electronic safe "crashed" one night and we couldn't open it. Took over an hour for people to come and fix it. One hotel manager was of no help with the situation. Everybody else was great through the entire stay.

Also the walls are very thin so hopefully you're not a light sleeper.

The rooms are kinda small compared to the average hotel room, the entire exterior smells like the tower of terror. But the bathrooms are the most spacious and cleanest I've ever stepped foot in in my life.

We had a great time. We just got home from pop century last night. We loved this resort more then some of the moderate resorts We've stayed at in the past. The food was good pool was nice. Our room was in the 80s building. It was a renovated room with a king bed. We were very happy with our resort.
Side note. I'll do my research next time. We shared our resort with lots and lots of cheerleaders for Nationals. It was pretty loud and overtaken in some spots of the resort. Other then that it was perfect.

The resort itself isn't bad. Fun things to see. However the bell services was horrible. We dropped our luggage off to be delivered to our room so we could head to the park. When we got back that night our luggage wasn't there and it took them an additional hour and a half to bring it to us.

The new update of the rooms are very nice! Almost all outlets have USB plugs. The TV is huge with extra HDMI plugs for your potable DVD player.
