Former employee was the most horrid experience cold calling random strangers and using the yellow pages to do so should the auto dialer fail (which it did quite often) looking for a job stay far away!!

Slow to respond to requests, and you have to keep track of multiple Point of Contacts. Their email notifications are excessive.
To add onto the above, Mandy has been quick to get things done recently.

What a bunch of scum bags. They told me they would send me some safety posters (no cost mentioned) and then tried to charge me nearly $500. I've asked them multiple times to stop calling me since I will not be paying and supporting their scam and they continue to call. I wonder how their emoloyees sleep at night. SCUM BAGS. Make some real money like the hard working people you try to take advantage of.

When it comes to written HSE program policies, Safety Services Co. is by far the best bang for my buck. And what I appreciate even more than that is the fact that they won't continually harass you when you're not interested... like some of their very, very well-known competitors do.

Wish I could give zero starts. Called my cell phone and demanded that I call them back. Fortunately, the guy that answered the phone asked a few questions that didn't apply to my company so he said he had a wrong number. Regardless of whether or not they were applicable to my business, I would never do business with them based solely on the way they left a message on my phone.

They have been marketing to my commercial client forcefully. He said he didn't have the $2800 for what they said he NEEDED for OSHA or else he would get fined, ETC. Well; they mailed it to him anyway. Awful. Trying to take advantage of people!

BEWARE! READ THIS BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY - I signed up with SSE two years ago for my company's safety topics and training. The information was good info for my toolbox talks, but we hired a payroll company that included the safety topics as part the service. Safety Services has called me weekly since. I have complained and sent emails but the nonstop calling continues. Some of the salespeople will leave misrepresenting voice messages to get you to call back. Whatever you do DON'T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. If you feel like you must call them use a burner phone that you can discard when the calls begin.

Cassie Spaulding, handled our negative experience, into a positive experience. She listened to our story, and took the time to make things right. The way this matter was handled was very well. They supplied me with what I needed quickly. They do call and try to get you to enroll in programs certain companies like myself do not need, but hey they are in business to make money just like all the other safety companies out there.Safety is key of course, but I dislike being badgered.

I have worked with Safety Services and specifically Derrick Tesson, Client Services and E-Learning Supervisor, for 2 years. I use the term worked 'with' because managing through the world of Safety requirements is definitely a team process and Derrick is superb at communicating with me. Always check your receipt, make sure it is yours and not someone elses

I was on the phone with them about the invoice I received. I knew they were trying to suck me into their little game. They sent me an invoice charging me for 460 dollars for a small packet of OSHA construction safety meeting docs that I didn't even ordered. And you know what the retarded thing is? I don't even do construction. LOL. What a bunch of idiots. The information in these docs are information I could easily find online if I wanted to learn myself. I say if you want a legit OSHA training program, go directly to OSHA government website themselves and ordered from them. This safety services company Arizona is noting but a SHAM.

David and Paula have done a great job taking care of my safety needs. This is an excellent company and I appreciate all the assistance that I've recieved. I would certainly reccomend them. They are friendly and very attentive.

These guys have called numerous times, using the organization OSHA to make it sound like they are calling about a mandatory compliance issue. Even worse when I told the caller I didn't have any employees he hung up on me.

Companies like this increase the operating expense for real businesses that actually provide a valuable service.

We have been a customer for quite some time and this time our experience with dealing with the billing department was exceptional! When you have a person call you on the phone asking you for large amounts of monies that are owed; like all people we automatically become wary and question their intentions. Ray made us feel more then comfortable and was able to accommodate our needs and request with extreme professionalism. We were starting to shop the market to see if we can get a better deal but after ray made us feel valued and appreciated as a customer we have decided to discontinue are search. We appreciate what all Safety services Company does for us!

Janel Bruguier is extremely helpful and on top of all our needs at Jo's Anchor Service. We have her on speed dial. This company works with you on meeting your company requirements from ISNetworld , Avetta, TPS alert,
and PEC. This company is excellent and less expensive than having a full time employee to manage all these accounts when you are a small business.

I wish I would have paid attention to the poor review status and not spent my money. I did not get a refund because they have a 30 day policy.

I was very disappointed in the services I received. We were allowed to be red flagged in Avetta which halted services for our company. After we purchased the maintenance program we received a call later from someone else at the company trying to sell us something else using scare tactics saying that we did not have an OSHA required document. After researching it I found that OSHA did NOT require this. There are a lot of costs to running a business and I firmly believe that after spending it you should be able to rest in the company that you spent it with that they will hold up their end of the deal. This one did not do what we spoke about before purchase. They were super friendly when I called to cancel and offered to have a supervisor monitor our account but I chose to cancel after less then 6 months of service from them.

will never do business with this company ever again! Strongly suggest you find a different company for your safety programs.

We use Safety Services, to do our upgrading of all of our safety programs, including to help provide our safety manuals and upgrading as changes are need and required.
I work with a Lady whose name is Stacey Williams. She has assisted me and helped me since day one when we began working with I S N. I provide information as needed and she sees that is posted as needed. She watches and takes extreme care of our accounts. If I need help, she is but an email away or a phone call away.. I know she is very busy, but she answers back to me as soon as she can. She takes the stress out of working with our client and keeping us up on all our training needs. I would gladly recommend Safety Services as a Third Party to assist and work with I S N and other required Companies with whom the different oil and petroleum based companies.

Honestly I miss working at this place because of the people I worked with. Management was awesome to me and very helpful. They also have a new way of doing things since they knew that ppl didn't like to be called continuously at work or home. Now only 1 person is assigned to your account. Which makes it harder for sales reps to hit their goals but they care about the customers.
Of course NO sales company or any company is perfect and every company has flaws in it which is the reason for the changes. Good luck to you! Hope this review helped.

Superior service from knowledgable and helpful personnel

I wish I had looked up the reviews on this company prior to purchasing their Safety Meetings program. However, I did not and have now wasted a lot of money. I elected to receive them electronically, on a weekly basis, so I could incorporate their material into my company's custom forms. However, after only receiving the first two weeks worth of meetings, they stopped. I contacted their customer service only to be told they had "email server issues" (it had been over three weeks with no emails). I was also told to send my updated topic selection form to the customer service rep, and she would package an entire year's worth of meetings into one zip file for me. Wait, didn't you just tell me you've had email issues for three weeks? How would I send you a report if your email is down? Regardless, I sent the requested information and three hours later, when nothing was sent back, I called customer service again, only to find out the young lady had left for the day. This was Friday afternoon and we hold our tailgate meetings on Monday morning. Needless to say, I was hot by this point. After speaking with another customer service rep, who was able to actually send me a couple of meeting reports to "get by with", not 10 minutes later, another rep called my desk and proceeded to question me about how we were gaining compliance with OSHA's new work platform requirement. Let's not talk about the fact that OSHA only changed the rules for general industry (not for my industry, which is construction) and instead, focus on the fact that this same person called me on the exact same issue one month earlier. I proceeded to tell him (angrily) that I was already in compliance (the same as we were the previous month), and he then questioned me on silica education and heat exposure. When I told him we were fine on all, he got upset and asked why I sounded disgruntled! Seriously? I don't have time to tell you the entire story again so I tried, as politely as possible, to tell him we had this exact same conversation already.

This company tries to milk money from you by claiming changes to OSHA regulations they know nothing about, and then lecture you on how you're not in compliance unless you educate every single person on your job site on a subject that has nothing to do with their job.

I do not understand where they get their 4.5 star reviews from as there is no way to post a review on their web site. The only thing they have are supposed client testimonials, which, as far as I am concerned, are probably bogus. IF, and that's a huge IF, these are actual testimonials, they must be dealing with different people, or a different part of this company.

Please save yourself some time, effort, and frustration, and find someone else to help you with your safety program! I regret ever doing business with this company.

Safety services Company is the best way to obtain the safety knowledge you need.

They have been harassing me for months. Said I have to buy their safety package or they were going to start sending me fines (I'm pretty sure that's extortion). The kicker is, I don't own a company. I'm just a college student, but somehow they got my cell phone number (which is registered on the national do not call registry every year) and my home address to send me things. They've sent me bills and collection letters for a company name I have never heard of ("Tempe Construction" even though I live in Idaho.... not Tempe, AZ nor do I work for or own a construction company) and they are trying to extort hundreds of dollars from me. Do what ever you can to stay out of their sights or your life will be hell, regardless of if you have even spoken to them or not. Truly disgusting.

We signed-up with Safety Services after a cold-call that happened to coincide with a specific compliance need. I have to say, that at the outset, I was a little wary - they promised a lot and their pricing was 'competitive', but they were there and we had a need... Our experience from that point on has been fantastic. They delivered as promised and our procedures were up and running within 5 days or so. We have somebody we deal with on a day to day basis if need be (the super efficient Janel) although that has rarely been required. I would be happy to recommend their services to any company that has a compliance issue. A brilliant service and thank you!

PS - After posting my review, I've gone on to read other reviews on this company. Some reviews are the diametric opposite to the experience we have with them to the point that I had to check it was the same company we dealt with (it is). Strange!

they told me that they could get me connected with apache in order to get working with them , paid them over 1000.00 and nothing . i had to do all the work on my ISN account , i called apache and they said that they do not know who theses clowns are . , russ told me that he had contacts their and it would not take long to get connected with them , LIES , i also called ISN and asked if i was on the preferred vendors list that i was promised and they told me that no such list exist!!! they told me that this company has been doing this to customers for years ! i also contact the AG office to report you scams !

I've used Safety Services for years, and my only serious complaint was their persistent sales efforts. They've modified that approach and I look forward to continuing our relationship. Their IIPP safety manuals are fantastic, and Ernie did a great job waking me through creation of our custom manual.

The caller stated they were from OSHA, not Safety Services Company, and that the owner MUST call them. Everyone posts this company is a SCAM and I agree.

David Beavers gave me Prompt Attention, Effective Follow-up and Clear Communication regarding a problem I recently encountered with OnLine Training.

David answered multiple emails on various days very quickly. He returned phone messages promptly. When we discussed my difficulty, David presented the facts in a clear, unvarnished manner, and explained the course of action that would be implemented to resolve my issues.

From my perspective, David did a Great Job and was a pleasure to work with.

This company has fraudulently taken money from my business account! They are not to be trusted!
I ordered OSHA products from them once in the past. The company then called back months later and talked to my secretary Tracy and subsequently took $4000 dollars out of my bank account using the card they had on file from my previous transaction. When I called to dispute this they claimed she authorized them to do so- She did NOT authorize that transaction nor does she have the authority to do so. I then received some packages from them which I promptly returned....
They have not refunded the $4,000!
I also got a bill for an additional $550! This company is 100% fraudulent and it's a shame because the original product that I ordered the first time was actually decent. It is sad that they have to operate criminally to generate further revenue.They are stealing from people!

Safety services make training a lot less painful, so it does get done. Once per week, get everyone together and make it an interactive meeting. The folks start looking forward to it, which means the remember the content. Doughnuts help too.

Apparently I owe them $450 for some safety videos I didn t even ask them for. They tell you they ll send you their products to see if you like it etc, once you get them then they say you owe them $450, not a good business practice.

Safety Service Company is great. They have helped me get through several obstacles in a timely manor. They have helped me be proactive with my safety topics and for cast up coming events and audits. My contact Stacey Williams has been more than I could ask for. She always responds to me in a timely manner and gets me all the training material I need. She and the company have really helped me with learning the ISN Networld and maintaining it up to date.

I would like to say that Janel has always been amazing. She has always been willing to take the time to help me with all my questions no matter how big or small. Safety is a big part of our industry, and now plays a very complex roll in day to day business, so I'm very thankful for the services that have been provided. It has truly been a blessing.

3rd year in a row I sent in my request for substitutes then i get their list instead of what i requested. Also the 2nd year in a row I requested ALL our safety meeting sent to us to avoid the mix up of them reverting back to their list instead of our list. We got our first set of safety meeting 3 weeks late with no offer of any credit for that foul up on their part.

These guys called me last week claiming to be OSHA. They aren't affiliated with OSHA. FRAUD. OSHA trains for free, they don't call you and try to scare you into training.

Danica was very helpful. Our company has been growing rapidly, and what comes with that growth is the necessity of safety compliance with our customers. Danica was able to ensure we were ready to go before we made it out with our customers with her guidance and experience. Easy to work with and would recommend using their services again!

Seriously, these guys are a joke. Hopefully whomever reads this review, reads it before they make payment. My father and I run a small construction company. These guys called my dad about their services, and my father clearly told them that he was going to talk about it with me first. These guys sent their packet anyway. The calls started pouring, asking for payment. To make things worse, we sent their packet back to the return address. I don't need any OSHA information that I already know, nor pay $250 for information I can easily find online. I'm not new to the construction industry and we follow all regulations. We are a small company, and anyone else who is on the same boat, don't make payment. My father went ahead and paid these guys cause he was fed up with the calls. As any business owner, you don't need any unnecessary calls from people asking for your money for a service you didn't even order. Everyone beware.

I had a meeting with our workers comp rep and needed to provide a safety manual. I was scrambling to get it done before the meeting when I found this company online. I called them and Robert Allman assured me that he could get the manual emailed to me before the 10:00 meeting the next day, with enough time to print and compile it. That didn't happen. Luckily for me, the rep had to reschedule at the last minute. Robert asked me details about what our company does and how many people we employ. This information was definitely not taken into account when the manual was prepared. I finally had to give him the name of the OSHA booklet that covered our type of work. That information was thrown in at the very back of the book. The majority of the other 18 chapters did not even apply to our business ! Do not do business with this company! I would not have given them 1 star, but I had to in order to post this review

Not only did they work quickly and diligently to get this to me, they also went out of their way to make sure it was in my hands in a VERY quick manner. Wanted to have help relieving the load for PEC Safety website. After a year I still do everything myself, but a get an email once a month telling me what I need to input. They would not fill out the questionnaire with all the safety topics using my safety manual. But they would if I bought their safety manual. They promised to help me make contacts or intrude me to people, but that was a lie. Right after I paid them, they told me that they do not do that.

Do not under any circumstances do business with this company!! It is a scam. They lie, strongarm and use extortion to get money from people. Inform the BBB, postmaster general for mail fraud and your local attorney general ASAP if you have any contact with this company!!

I would recommend anyone looking for someone to handle their company's safety manuals and ISN/PEC needs to use these people. They are very knowledgeable and professional and always exceed our needs.

I am so glad that I looked at their reviews and ratings prior to signing my company up with them. I will be notifying the AGC Safety Services to make sure no other General Contractors fall for this. It's a $500 Toolbox Talk, you can get those for free on the OSHA website and other free sites.

Best decision ever! So helpful, patient but persistent when needing information to keep your account current. I feel like their pricing, compared with the service we get, is acceptable. This company is a complete scam! they called me pretending to be OSHA and then proceeded to send me binder with instructions how to "become complaint with OSHA" along with an invoice for $499!! All that money for a plain binder with useless paper!! Then to return you need an RMA which they will not give you unless you give them your cc for them to charge $35 return fee for something you NEVER ORDERED TO BEGIN WITH!!! They are unbelievable and should not be in business. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SMALL BUSINESSES!! I DONT UNDERTAND WHY THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO DO "BUSINESS." I suggest you report them!

This company used cold calling to trick us into purchasing a safety program. The person contacting us told us that they would be sending out a partial safety folder for us to review and see if we liked the package which we could later make adjustments to, then order the whole package of we so chose. They made it seem as if it was a trial...until I received the package with an actual Invoice attached to it. Reading the Invoice which had a due date that already past and literature stating we had to return before the due date, I knew the game they were playing.
They contacted me to acquire the payment and I told them how I felt about how deceptive they were. They offered me a discount to keep the package and I told them if they wanted to earn my trust and possibly future business, they would just except the unopened package back and I would, in the future, possibly consider taking a second look at their company for future needs. The higher up on the phone told me to just keep the package and no need to return it.
I asked for a follow up email to confirm what their guy said and all I got was another Invoice days later.
I will update this review if the company make this right. If not I will seek other options.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS company. They first implied that they were OSHA and said we needed to buy products to be compliant. Then when my partner attempted to decline products, they said that they'd have to report us to OSHA if we weren't compliant. They sent a ridiculously expensive packet for him to look over, at a cost of $224.98. I'll be contacting them ASAP to send it back. Ridiculous!

I bought the OSHA 30 online. I could not run the program I purchased from this company with the software off my Brand new Mac computer. I tried to download what the required program was to run this program, my computer would not allow it. I have called this safety service company to find a solution. All I get was an answering service and no return phone calls. But it s funny because they returned my calls quickly when I had purchasing questions . I would not Safety service company again and recommend that you find another safety services to handle these types of services. With no return policy anyways, I bought something I never had the ability to use. Scam all day!!! Please learn from my mistake. Will save you money in the long run.

I work for a roofing company in San Diego and have recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin Buchanan. I just want to say that he is an exceptional example of professionalism, works to provide answers in an expedient manner, is proficient and knowledgeable, friendly, funny and kind. Trying to get our roofers to do paperwork or handle anything except a nail gun is a little bit like herding fish...Kevin was very patient and followed up exactly as he promised. We have been using Safety Services for (I think Kevin said) 16 years and we have a loyalty factor and are proud to say that we will keep on working with Safety Services for a good long time, thanks to 5-Star advisors like Kevin. Called me with the wrong name. I let it go a few times. Asked how they got my name and number. Had no good answers. Kept calling me Marty. I asked them not to call me again for a second time.

They have been hounding me to give them $500 for something that we never ordered and could as easily print from the OSHA website. Another foreign based Company trying to bambozel hard working Americans from their well earned money. They should be reported to BBB and consumer agencies.

These guys called me up pretending to be from OSHA telling me that it was required by law to buy their $384 OSHA training program for my employees. Very smooth talkers, I almost fell for it. SCAMMERS

I have received calls from safety services company, and I don't have a business, only because I went on there link, also no one can make you buy or do anything if your not under contract. 9times out of 10 they had some type of lead or ok to keep calling back. They only deal with business large corporations, they already know the ins and outs of safety in the work area, safety services as a company, is only helping company's stay compliant with the safety procedures in a cost sufficient way. If I call you as a business, to sell you something telling you the pros and cons to the product and you don't want it , of course I am going to try and convience you in a positive way,I'm a sales person we are aggressive, but not to twist your arm or put a gun to your head. if you are under no contract, how can they make you do anything!!!! I'm just saying. The two people who did a review most likely are X employee . Safety Services is by no means is a scam or rip off, what's the scam, OSHA laws in your break room??? and large company's know how expensive it can get to bring a Safety trainer in each time there is new employee's , or update safety laws. So try Safety Services Company for yourself, if you have a business, if not and your getting calls, simply tell them i don't have a business and they have no reason to call you back.

These people will trick you into paying for their services. Then charge you to tell them you don't want it or need it for a cancellation fee. They get your info from any where you advertise as of now they are on the prowl on Craigslist so be careful. Why these people are still around I have no idea. I wouldn't even give them a star if I could.

Horrible place to work even the managers are horrible we make outbound calls nobody picks up and they expect us to collect atleast 4,000 a day
