David Beavers gave me Prompt Attention, Effective Follow-up and Clear Communication regarding a problem I recently encountered with OnLine Training.

David answered multiple emails on various days very quickly. He returned phone messages promptly. When we discussed my difficulty, David presented the facts in a clear, unvarnished manner, and explained the course of action that would be implemented to resolve my issues.

From my perspective, David did a Great Job and was a pleasure to work with.

Imho, Safety Services is fortunate to have a Knowledgeable, Dedicated, Customer Service Oriented Employee like David Beavers.
