A few weeks ago, our Company had an unpleasant interaction with this Company, so we posted our disappointment. The very next day we received an email, and phone call from Safety Services. Cassie Spaulding, handled our negative experience, into a positive experience. She listened to our story, and took the time to make things right. The way this matter was handled was very well. Everything was taken care of, and our views and opinion of this Company has changed drastically in a positive way! We appreciate their help, and see that they are making changes to show their customers that they are here for them. We can say, that when our company needs their services, we will choose the Safety Services Company. Thank you Cassie
