BEWARE*** This company is a joke in the state of Fl. I've been told by OSHA they don't even recognize this company . This company records conversations which if fine but they beep out parts when played back to try and force you to pay. I also sent the package back same day I received it, they acknowledge receiving it but still want me to pay them more than $ 800. So please BEWARE they are trying hard to scam people.

The customer service I receive from Steve Hadley with Safety Services Company is always excellent and is one of the main reasons we use their company as our main compliance resource. I would recommend Safety Services Company to anyone!

Claudia Rios is by far the most helpful and capable person I have ever worked with at Safety Services. Her helpfulness, thoroughness, and responsiveness is priceless. I m hopeful her leadership team never assigns another person to work this account as long as I m working it too!

This company agreed to a price and then sent a statement for a totally different price 100% more , talk about scam artist , Raul the gentlemen I was working with claimed to be a manager and would get it worked out , ended up being nothing more than a slick sales agent with no power to make things right , they called back 3-4 more time trying to still charge me more, the only person that apologetic of the situation was Mr. Menzoz, other than that they seemed like a complete rip off and scam artist. Ended up going with someone else name undisclosed because they have done no work yet , thanks for a waste of time and much more important money ! -TC

If it is not in her wheel house she gets us to the right person who can help with what ever our questions are. They lied about being with OSHA, sent a package and billed us $500.00. This is pretty much a scam. The 5 star reviews I am sure are pretty much paid for or made up. I Couldn't even get through to contact them; their tactics are very deceptive. BEWARE #OMRG

Without a moments hesitation, Safety Services Company helped me meet the requirements from ISNetworld. I should have started with them rather than waste hours and days of my time trying to "swim upstream on ISNetworld".

Overall they are a solid company. I'm not sure what's going on with all these other people on here. We got a cold call exactly at the time we needed a safety company after losing our safety director.

The downside is I never have felt confident about what keeps our company compliant and what I need service wise. Sometimes emails aren't responded to promptly which is annoying.

Bob has been so helpful after the sale. Anyone can get the safety information but Bob sells "Service" and his follow up is like no other. If I leave a message in the afternoon, he calls me without fail the next morning. I appreciate this company and specifically, Bob Erickson, Safety Advisor, so much. They saved us, when we needed it most, from several thousands in fines. Thanks, Bob for your diligence and always making it happen.
