Easy to use site, compared other sites for same theatre and hotel deal and this one seemed the best for what we wanted. Received a confirmation email on booking and then a second email a couple days before to confirm that they had spoken to the hotel and all was ready for us. We had to collect the tickets from the box office and this was very straight forward. Would use again, can t say a bad word about my experience.

3 night stay in crown plaza hotel kings cross with return train travel from preston to London...got all details sent to me via email and everything went so smoothly no problems at all ....even got email wishing us a great holiday ...great touch.....fantastic break in London..will definitely book through hoteldirect .co.uk again highly recommended.

After making a booking for a theater and hotel package for my sisters birthday present, we had to cancel at last minute due to a family emergency, however our customer service person (Rebecca Saunders) was fantastic and really helpful in getting the whole trip re-booked during the difficult time we were going through.. Give that woman a promotion! :-)

Excellent value for money and the hotel was almost next door to the theatre we were going to. I would definitely use them again.
The hotel was good and train journey as expected. Only downside is that it was not made clear that the package was non refundable and that the seats were not actually reserved, although we were given allocated seat numbers. Other passengers had the same seat numbers which led to some confusion and upset.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean and all amenities that would need available and amazing choice for continental breakfast. Would highly recommend and will definitely be stopping again when in London.
Truly the worst booking agent ever the hotel was disgusting and hotels direct didn't even care just said contract with hotel yet it was there misleading pictures that got us to book terrible customer service

I am extremely happy to be able to promote and recommend the services of Hotel Direct. Very recently due to a close family member's passing I had to ask for a rescheduling of a Hotel and Theatre break. Although this was not part of their Terms and Conditions due to my personal situation the Team could not have done more to assist me! Their Customer Service team is A1 and it is refreshing in this day and age to find a Company with a heart. Very efficient, considerate and courteous throughout a difficult time. They do not clearly state bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable compared to their competitor websites who offer this.
It does not matter what reason or time notice you give, they point blank refuse to be helpful or accommodating to customers.
Following a sale, the customer service is extremely poor only directing you to their Terms & Conditions hidden within their website.
To rub salt in to a wound, following their lack of customer service and understanding, I checked their competitor websites in order to compare policies and prices. On all three websites I checked, the price was cheaper for exactly the same package.
This is certainly a deceiving and unethical company, who clearly put profit and sale before customer service. (following your purchase).
I strongly advise to compare simlar websites prior to committing to your purchase. It only takes a minute and can save you a great deal of money and stress.
Went to London for 3 days by rail, the hotel was great, the show was excellent and the trains were on time. Hotel Direct; have used before and will use again next spring :)

Hotel Direct have just done a terrific job of arranging our London theatre break. From start to finish they made it all so simple for us. We had an excellent hotel, The Kingsway Hall and the theatre seats were very good also. Our train bookings were taken care of and all the confirmation paper work arrived the next morning by post. We were given very accurate written instructions to get to the hotel and the theatre, probably the best that we have ever had. To sum up we had a really great time with absolutely no worries at all. We will be using them in future for all outings to the London theatres and beyond. Well done Hotel Direct and thanks. John Hill.
