I am extremely happy to be able to promote and recommend the services of Hotel Direct. Very recently due to a close family member's passing I had to ask for a rescheduling of a Hotel and Theatre break. Although this was not part of their Terms and Conditions due to my personal situation the Team could not have done more to assist me! Their Customer Service team is A1 and it is refreshing in this day and age to find a Company with a heart. Very efficient, considerate and courteous throughout a difficult time. Plus the Hotel was excellent and the Show fabulous! Well done Hotel Direct xxx Compliments xxx
