Landmark Resort Mooloolaba Review

Love staying at Landmark wouldn't stay anywhere else ,lovely staff and always willing to accommodate all needs and clean rooms.

everything was nice. just the games room was a dhame as most machines were out of order

Located just by Mooloolaba beach, the location is superb. However, the accommodation is a little old, dated and in need of a makeover.

Reasonably sized units, nice building facilities and right on the main drag.

Stayed here twice, both times the unit had ocean views.

Shower and toilet floors not clean. Forced out of room for four hours due to maintenance (no water). Asked to leave car in car park for extra two hours after check out and well before check in time for next guests and told no (despite not being busy at all). Water temperature in shower unpredictable. Almost scalding hot water at times. Other times temperature went up and down.

Very happy with stay executive apartment. Glorious views, clean apartment however rooms getting a little dates and could do with a spruce up. Staff lovely and accommating. Very centrally located. Would certainly return for another stay

Great location right next to the beach with cafes, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Very quiet on a night despite being so close to all the action. Staff friendly and helpful but reception is closed overnight. Heated outdoor pool is great for cooler months, and has plenty of shade during summer. Great for kids

Very good but the fox tel did not work. Could have been operator error! Very close to beach and the surf club for meals!

A dated hotel with basic facilities saved only by its location and proximity to the beach. Staff less than courteous and helpful only when pushed.
Would look elsewhere when coming back to Mooloolaba.

The private spa didn't work and they sold the room as two bathroom but it only had one. But the view and location was amazing.

Pretty average, and my beach view room should note that you can only see 5% of the beach.

Just spent the last week at the Landmark and found it absolutely excellent. Room was very clean, great kids pool, so many food options just downstairs, close to the beach - no need for a car here

Great place but the bed in room 8112 is the worst I've slept on in 50+ years

Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. The rooms were so noisy we had no sleep. The shut off the water during the day, and we would have no hot water for the rest of the time. The gym and pool were closed some of the time. All of the staff were very rude and never apologetic about their lack of amenities.

A nice, comfortable resort, with good pool and great access to Mooloolaba Beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Amenities here are fine - location is the key draw. Unit did not have wi-fi, but apparently other units do. Fitness centre, sauna round out the resort amenities.

Nice rooms, well maintained, lovely outlook. Staff very friendly. Prime position for the beach, walking distance to Coles and heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms are self contained with decent kitchens (not sure about studios). The pool area is lovely as is the rooftop BBQ and spa area. There is a beauty spa onsite (Waterfall day spa) that is very nice too. Landmark can be pricey but if you keep an eye out for specials there are some very good deals.

Visited friends staying here for 2 weeks. This is an upmarket holiday resort hotel with all resort facilities. The apartment however is rather small for a longer stay. However it's very nice and situated in the beautiful Mooloolaba beach area.

Great location, facilities pretty good. Only supply enough disposables (wash powder, dish washing liquid etc) for 2 nights.

The location can't be beaten! Great service and very helpful staff.

Dirty Moe's is located here. Facility friendly and assisted with parking for someone with disability. Wonderful and accommodating.

Considering it's a resort and spa, spa closed on Sunday. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, had a kind of lint trap in spa bath full of hair. Splashes of food and cooking on outside of cupboards. Even though lots of signs re no smoking, the smell of smoke in the hallway was very strong, did tell reception. The dividing panel had lost one of it's panels so couldn't partition properly.

Excellent location and facilities. Easy walk to the shops, aquarium and marina. It's also right across the road from the patrolled surf beach.

We were very disappointed in the state of our room, we stayed in a three bedroom suite. upon arrival the gentleman at the counter told me the rooms were amazing. We understand renovations are currently in process and clearly ours was yet to be done. But there was more issues than that food wrappers in the rooms, nuts on the floor, blood stains on the stain covered fold out couch, missing curtains and half hanging off curtains. Bad patch work over previous damaged walls. Missing mirror in bathroom. Broken tiles on the balcony.broken pictures on the walls. Balcony doors that you need to summon the strength of Zeus to open.

We had a nice studio room on the 8th floor with a SW view of the marina

Firstly, this is a great place to stay. There are so many great things to mention like the friendly staff, the awesome facilities and the proximity to the beach, shops and variety of restaurants.

There are a few areas that could have been better. Firstly, the gym, pool and roof top spa/bbq area opens at 7am through to 9pm. These hours seem quite short especially in the mornings. The area is alive by 6am but you have to wait till 7 to do anything.

The mid stay clean was not as advertised, we saw the beds being changed and the toilet paper and soap replaced but they didnt appear to to much actual cleaning like a good vacuum, clean the benches etc.

The only other point that comes to mind was the lack of a toilet by the pool. You had to go into the lobby witha swipe card to use the toilet which ment you needed to dry before entering.

In closing, a great place to stay, rooms can seem a bit dated (oh and the TVs are pretty basic), the hours can be a bit short but its stuff you can get over and just enjoy your holiday so don't look past it.

Perfect location, great pool,spa,friendly staff,room bigger than expected, kitchen fine but tiny fridge no freezer space..Lots of coat hangers.

Stayed here with the family during the week, friendly staff and amazing views of the beach. The room we had was nice but a little dated, could do with a little TLC but still a lovely location.

You could enjoy the morning sun. Listen to the sea in the morning on the balcony. Or chill in the evening in the pool or whirlpool ..

It's in a great location, lots of good restaurants nearby

This place was amazing! Rooms were clean, Free foxtel, Shops and beach like a 2 minute walk. Pool and spa on site. Day spa on level 1 was amazing also. Just beware if you plan on buying food to store in the freezer there's not much room. Everything else was amazing! I had a spa bath in my suite and it was lovely. I will definitely be back! The bed was pretty good to sleep on also. The view was pretty good also. The reception were lovely and check in was easy and efficient. The resort is also very secure with room key cards for entry to the building,lifts and rooms.

Great pool, great service, rooms just a little small

We've gone here a couple of times over the Christmas holiday periods and have been overall happy with our stays. When you are within 100m of a perfect swim beach and wake up to the view of the beach, it's pretty amazing! There's always deals online and the staff have been friendly and helpful when we've had any questions.

The people were lovely, it had everything you need and a fantastic location. Thank you!!!!

Wish the pool wasn't being maintained during our visit but apartment very nice and reception very efficient.

Over priced. Dont even make the bed everyday. If you need another toilet paper roll you need to pay. If you need anything you better pay or miss out. only gave two stars because its a beautiful building or I would have gave one...
