what fantastic customer service. After making a booking for a theater and hotel package for my sisters birthday present, we had to cancel at last minute due to a family emergency, however our customer service person (Rebecca Saunders) was fantastic and really helpful in getting the whole trip re-booked during the difficult time we were going through.. Give that woman a promotion! :-)
