I had a car accident, drove on a priority road and got hit: because of an accident I got a knee prosthesis in Feb-2012 and therefore stayed home for two years for recovery. Rehabilitation. And thanks. why customer friendly as if I asked for a new kneecap and a PROTHESE, I judge you as VERY BAD !!!!!!!!!!!! just rude. you get a big 0 from me - 0

Absolute recommended! My motorcycle was stolen despite the fact that it was equipped with 2 ART 5 motor locks and an approved alarm system.
Fortunately, my motorcycle was recovered by the police the next day with a damage of approximately 3,000. Diks (who in turn functions on behalf of Voogd & Voogd) as an intermediary does not want to cooperate in any way to recover the damage from the insurer because they rely on a clause in the general terms and conditions that states that you must have a certificate for the alarm.
Asked the installer at Motoport and other insurers and it seems unheard of to have this as a requirement let alone rely on it. Occurs at 1% of the insurers, so Diks. So, guardian & guardian, you don't have to take out insurance there. They don't pay out, so insurance makes no sense of course.
Have not been pointed out anywhere when taking out this insurance on these "fine print". Gr. Jelle.

Scammers 1st class! They offer you insurance against a low monthly premium and call you the next day that it was a mistake by a colleague and that the monthly premium will be once as much! (The person who called me was really an indifferent farmer) If you then answer that you do not want them, they put you in a corner by saying that your car has not been insured for a number of days and that you now have a fine of 360 euro from the RDW. Very easy to register an insurance policy but impo...

Very easy to register an insurance policy but impossible to cancel with the report from Statistics Netherlands. The moment you deviate from their predecessor paths you will fall into a hole of communication and no reply will be given to your messages.

I've tried calling, emailing and chatting and do not get any response or information about how to proceed. I will never go to Diks again and can not recommend it to others.

Edit: After this message on google and an extra email my insurance policies have finally been canceled. Too bad it was necessary to do it through a public review and wait weeks.

This morning the first phone call went normal I wanted to change my quad insurance because I pay 80 per month and thought it was quite an expensive joke compared to fbto as it only cost 43, -
I was told that I could cancel the insurance if I only wanted to continue paying for another month, which is of course no problem.
So I call fbto to report everything etc.
And I again belle insurance who then comes to tell me that I am attached to them for a year ?!
TOO RIDICULOUS FOR WORDS!

That was suddenly undone by email in the evening at 5:30 pm, because they could not substantiate the 1 year damage-free. So instead of letting me pay the amazing 0.20 extra, everything is canceled?

And also informing me by phone that I am NOT insured seems to be too much trouble.

Called back the following Monday and I would be called back, that still needs to be done ..

The amounts that are then debited are also incorrect. I took out an insurance policy of 5 euros a month and just 41.50 euros was written off, even though I had said that I no longer wanted this because my daughter would then NOT be insured because she is 18 years old.

I bought a moped car because my daughter can drive it, but they don't want that, well then I don't need their insurance. The bad thing is that they do not mention this in advance. You can only read the policy conditions if you have applied for the insurance.
Had a very annoying telephone conversation with an employee. He claimed that I would get a hefty fine for not being insured of my moped car because they only respond after 3 days with the announcement that people under 24 are not insured by them.
I think they should state this very clearly in advance.

At the time I received a letter from them - with all kinds of test errors and substantive errors - about a change of insurance, even my name was not correct, I thought it was very careless. That was the first contact between them and me. I guessed it was a one-off. Now I ask - through their website - for information; there is no response so I call them after weeks of waiting. There I am automatically referred and my insurance appears to have been placed with another company. Very strange. Diks has not informed me about this. The carelessness is structural, it seems. I will never do business with this company again.

I have good experiences with Diks. They are correct and handle everything quickly. I was going on vacation and then my mother died. They are not difficult and have helped me well in this. Diks Verzekeringen is a very customer-friendly org...

Diks Verzekeringen is a very customer-friendly organization that is always there for you to help. I had taken out motor insurance and never had problems with long waiting times (always one employee on the phone within 5 seconds) or with employees who seemed uninterested or had insufficient knowledge. If there had to be forwarded once, I always ended up with the right person.

If you want to take out insurance, I definitely recommend Diks Verzekeringen!
