Slow service. Hardly any customer contact. I pay them 50 a month, but I have to pay the bill everywhere myself. To my surprise, I had to find out for myself that the actual insurance company, Guardian and Guardian, was still waiting for the claim bill. It seems more than normal to me that Insurance Advantage, as a broker, should keep me informed about the progress of the case. It also takes a long time before you receive money. Very bad mediator.
