Apply for scooter insurance on Thursday evening, received provisional cover on Friday morning.
That was suddenly undone by email in the evening at 5:30 pm, because they could not substantiate the 1 year damage-free. So instead of letting me pay the amazing 0.20 extra, everything is canceled?

And also informing me by phone that I am NOT insured seems to be too much trouble.

Called back the following Monday and I would be called back, that still needs to be done ..
E-Mail also remains unanswered.
